Jessica and Kristan went way over expectations when we had an issue with an insurance claim. Jessica even put a charge on her personal credit card when our card would not work. They quickly switched everything over to a new phone. Excellent customer care!

The store was very clean and smelled amazing!! the girls who work there really know their stuff and is willing to go the extra mile to make sure that everyone is happy and they are willing to do anything to make sure everyone leaves happy. I will recommend this store to everyone.

After being told I could upgrade my phone at this location by corporate the women at this location said we couldnt. They were rude and also very wrong. I was happy to upgrade at a different location and purchase accessories. Not going to return.

They messed up my account and the manager told my brother he could pay his girlfriends monthly bill by going onto his phone through my account. Which is false and caused trouble between us. I would not recommend this cricket store to anyone and I will never be back there! It isnt worth any stars as far as Im concerned.
