Recently made a hair appointment there for 10 a.m. on a Friday. I get there and the shop is closed. No one ever shows up. So I left a message. The owner contacted me and apologized and said she would send me a gift certificate or something in the mail to make up for this. Then that never happened! I never received anything from her at all. Apparently this Salon does not want or need new business. Very disappointed in the unprofessionalism!
