Ive heard stories about how bad this store is, but today I experienced it myself. A member of management, Joe, was pushing his politics. I politely asked if his political advocacy represented his own views or that of the company. Both, he replied. I stated that I dont know why it is necessary for CVS store employees to advance one particular (and polarizing) perspective. At this point he became hostile with me and I informed him that I will not be shopping there anymore. He responded, Good. We dont need you. Considering that this store has a 1.6 / 5.0 star average review makes me think that Joes time would be better spent trying to improve the customer experience and less time advancing his political opinions.
Wondering why all the one star reviews? Two years ago a man tried to get a copy of his military photo but it had a copyright, so CVS couldnt give him the copy he had printed. He asked the manager to destroy it, and she did. He then lied about it, said CVS hated veterans and the military and put it on Facebook where it got shared thousands of times. He later admitted he was misleading people and deleted his whole account. Ive always had timely service and friendly exchanges with the workers here. Take any review that claims this store hates veterans with a grain of salt.
Seem to always be helpful and have had good experiences when we have used this location.
The pharmacists and techs are rude beyond imagine. They don’t know the basics for insurance and drug cards and won’t take the time to look into drug card info. The techs also recommend over the counter drugs that cannot be taken with rx they are filling. I’m not sure how they have not been shutdown or have a lawsuit by now.
My doctor had placed an order for a special shampoo to help sooth my Chemical burn a day before and my partner and I had called to see when it would be ready and they had said Tomorrow around 4, we call today about it to find out it was put on back order and will take a few weeks to months before it arrives, like Im sorry? Chemical burn isnt a fun ordeal to fight with, I feel horrible for the other people who have this issue with even more important medications being put on back order for so long.
Great service with my prescriptions, vaccinations and they do a great job considering the huge demand in the pharmacy. While their work is hectic, they simplify my medical and medication needs, always very polite and smiling!! I have been with CVS for many years and they have been the same since day one, and I truly appreciate it. 👍💯🤗
Staff is always very friendly. Pharmacy staff is the best!
The Celina CVS is a good one. I personally have never had any issues with it. The temperature is always extremely comfortable. There is only one issue; sometimes, your pills may get mixed up. It does not happen often, but more than once is definitely cause for concern at a pharmacy, as considering that the consequences of such a mix up could prove detrimental to your health. Just make sure you have the right order and you’ll be fine.

This store manager needs remedial training in customer service and it sounds like the corporate office does too. I called to cancel my Care Card and will happily take my business elsewhere.
Horribly rude store manager who hates military veterans and tries to criminalise them with made up stories and calls the police on them if they just want to pick up a simple picture of themselves! This manager is beyond remediation training and needs to be terminated immediately and without further ado! I will not spend a single cent at any CVS until this horrible individual is terminated from CVS employment!
They “respect” their military. Only thing respectful you could do at this point is fire the manager that chose to make a horrible business decision on CVS’s dime. If you ask anything about it they just simply say “no comment but we PROMISE we love our military”
Trouble with my medication always on back order for the last 4 months. But the the real problem is them LYING about them having it. I call and ask if its ready. Yes. I ask if its in the pill bottles for pick up their answer is yes. I ask them to check again their answer is Yes. Pull up through the drive thru window. We dont have it its on back order. Now I have no medicine. I call my dr to get it elsewhere.REPEAT for next month. Now their back to lying again. Im going elsewhere.!Definitely need to get new management. She dont listen all she says is you must of had a miscommunications . Its because my meds are on back order . Everything is because of back orders. Didnt want to take any responsibility.
I will no longer do any type of business here after the disrespect shown by your manager to a fellow veteran.
Everyone pretty much has a veteran in their family CVS needs to fire this manager and her entitlement thinking .Im in Texas and I wont support Cvs as my step dad was 23 yrs airforce then u.s. marshal ....cVS is like starbucks neither will get my money for their liberal ways of thinking .once it airs on tv, and other news reporting sights CVS be a has been company, CVS executives be prepared to close stores and loose money, and look for another job, but if yall just sit there and not do any actions on this michelle lmanag
Horrible management and corporate offices.. when corporate knows a manager has done wrong they won’t correct it and or contact a person back about a problem. This is the worst example of professionalism I have ever seen.
Disgraceful actions by a manager. She needs to be fired tor treating anyone as badly as she did to one of our respected veterans. Total shame on you.
I think they do a very good job with what they can. The pharmacy seems to have their hands tied by the insurance companies in many cases. Everyone is always very nice to me.
Not sure if this is a corporate policy toward the military. I know they no longer fill prescriptions for Tricare the military healthcare insurance.
Rude service. Continually screw up medication amounts and types and then refuse to fix it even when the doctor contacts them.
Store manager and company hate America. They actively attack veterans and destroy there property. Terrible management
CVS Corporate should be embarrassed for the conduct of one of their female managers at this location, the one who has garnered nationwide attention in the way she treated and disrespected a United States Marine Corps veteran.Wise up CVS, save face and terminate this women.
Taken from an article:CVS Manager rips up Marine Corps Veterans photo in front of his face - Celina, Ohio.Summary. I tried to get a copy of my Marine Corps boot camp photo. CVS manager rips it up, and calls the police on me and my mother. My name is Larry Regedanz, a 51 year old United States Marine Corps Veteran, and currently a high school teacher in Van Wert Ohio. When my mother asked me to help her get a copy of my 1986 boot camp photo to replace her damaged photo of me I thought it would be an easy task. I couldnt have been more wrong.I sent a scanned copy of the 33 year old boot camp photo to CVS and it met the resolution requirements for an 8x10 printout. When my mother, Linda Regedanz tried to pick up the photo she was told that it belonged to the government and was threatened with a $10,000 fine for copyright infringement. I told her not to worry about it, so after school I picked my daughter up at the YMCA then took her to get her new glasses, drove through McDonalds, and stopped by CVS to see what the deal was.The cashier was unable to find the photo so she called a manager who was also unable to find the photo. When I explained it was my military boot camp picture, the manager wasnt so nice anymore. She told me it was copyrighted. I tried to explain to her that it was a picture of me that I purchased and owned the rights to, and that I have had several copies made over the years and have used it on social media, and its even been in the news. She said no, I cant have it. I asked where it was, since she couldnt find it. She said it had been destroyed. I asked to see the destroyed remains, she couldnt find them. I then said that the photo was in the store a few hours ago, and now its gone, and that I was concerned since it was my photo. She eventually found it, not destroyed. When I pointed out that it was not destroyed, she held it up to my face and ripped it in pieces, smiling as she did it. I kept my bearings, and said thats nice, how about thanks for your service? Not sure why I said that because I dont really expect any special treatment as a Veteran, I didnt even use the CVS Veterans discount for the photo. I asked the Manager Michelle what her last name was. She told me it was none of my business. I asked for a contact that my lawyer could reach, because at that point I felt something needed to be done. She told me to call the VFW. I said thanks and left.At this point I was planning on contacting CVS corporate but in the meantime I was contacted by the Celina Police Department who told me the CVS manager filed a complaint on me because she felt threatened. The police officer told me that it already sounded fishy before he spoke with me as she was trying to cover her actions by filing a police report on me first, which didnt work. I had recordings of the entire incident. She also called the police on my 67 year old mother, who I later found out only wanted the photo to have it put up in honor of me on the light poles in our hometown which honor veterans. She has since changed her mind because she feels that every time she would see my banner she would be reminded of this incident.I will not be visiting the Celina CVS or any other CVS for that matter until its made clear by CVS corporate on 1. their policy of veterans getting photo copies of themselves which they own. 2. CVS corporate’s policy on how managers interact with not only veterans but customers in general. I am still waiting to hear back from CVS corporate.#CVS #USMC

How do you give 0 stars? Every time I pick up a prescription its wrong snd they blame my insurance company. If it was not required I get my medication here I would never step foot in the door. They tried to give me a 18 day supply for the same money for a 30 day supply.
CVS should be ashamed of themselves. Disrespectful, ungrateful, and a few other colorful metaphors.
Poor management, MANAGER ripping up people’s personal photos. Veterans should take their business elsewhere or prepare to be treated poorly.
CVS Hates America. Never steadily shopped here, but now I definitely wont.
If this is how they treat veterans, never again cvs. Until you fire that disrespectful manager, I’ll be taking all my business to Walgreens and rite aid.
As an air force veteran i support my usmc brethren. I just transferred my prescriptions from cvs to another pharmacy.
Terrible customer service by the manager Michelle. Will never go through the door again. Will use either WalMart Pharmacy or Schwieterman Pharmacy. Neither of those places are anti veteran. One can assume if nothing is done about the manager Michelle, then corporate shares her views.
Manager needs a good water boarding
You should treat your military veterans better! The manager should be ashamed of herself!!!
Shouldn’t of messed with a veteran !!!!! Lost my business
This location hates veterans. Most disrespectful management we have ever encountered.
Out of the 7 medications i take daily for lupus and RA, not once do they ask what it is for. But EVERY time I get my vicodin filled, after months of going there, its the only place that has to ask what its for. A medical condition and its none of your business about my medical history. Stop treating the rest of us like heroin addicts. Read my long med list and you would know. About to move all my meds to somewhere more comfortable and friendly to deal with
I dont recommend this pharmacy. They are disrespectful to veterans.
The manager is completely unprofessional and needs to be replaced with someone who understands what customer service is.
Treat our Veterans better
Teach your managers some customer service or at the bare minimum some respect for other people’s things.
CVS Hqtrs. Need to be notified of the horrid treatment of the Marine that was so badly treated. The manager is a disgraceful representative of the CVS Corp. This is terrible customer service.
Its a shame when a veteran cant even get a copy of a picture of himself from bootcamp.
The manager of this CVS should be fired immediately!!
Will no longer shop in this or any other CVS.
I tried to rip a photo and its basically impossible. They arent paper. If this is a lie what else is a lie? Sounds like a libel case
Just trying to see if this is the CVS that has managers tearing up photos of veterans? More importantly, why are you tearing a customers photo? Waste of resources and loss of profit.
Michelle Saylor the store manager should be FIRED!!!
Management disrespectful to Veterans. Avoid at all costs.
Worst CVS ever! They dont give a damn plain and simple.
Despicable! Your treatment of customers, false police phone call/report, and lack of apology is disgusting.
Tearing up a veterans photo—are you serious?? He’s also a high school teacher! Your manager is a poor excuse for customer service.
Disgusting manager is disrespecting our veterans.
Terrible customer service...lack of respect towards veterans is disgusting..Michelle needs to be fired.
Rips up photos of veterans!
I get all my medications there
Veterans stay out of this store
Ah, CVS, CVS, CVS. Money is mighty, but Marines stick together.
Very friendly and helpful
Disrespectful to marine corps
Manager is disrespectful to veterans
Shame on this company...
Respect our Vets
Terrible staff
Incompetent management
