Outstanding customer service, called and explained I was running late and would not make it by 7pm closing time roger was kind enough to wait around and make sure I got my package shipped, you sir are a life saver.! And give an outstanding example as to how customer service should be.!!

Today is a cold and rainy December day. I received a delivery (via the Celina, OH, UPS) this morning, and not only am I happy with my delivery, I am also grateful and impressed! The box that I received on this very wet day was wrapped in a plastic bag, and although it was on my porch for over an hour, the box was as dry as a desert!! A big shout-out to our UPS driver!! He is truly a great guy!! 👍🏼👍🏼

Clearly the most inconvenient service provider there is only useful to those who have bankers hours and dont travel during the week.Ive been to smaller communities who have better service from thier UPS Store.
