Placed an order online the pot Le Creuset didn’t work the size, returned it and never received my return. Will never order from Sur La Table and will make sure my friends do not either.

The staff at Southglenn went above and beyond to help me with my eleventh hour baking emergency! Great employees and the store is always orderly and well stocked!

Ive been to this location a few times, the tall lady (probably around 60) is always unpleasant. Not welcoming or trying to be nice at all.. saw her again today..No acknowledgement but another lady was very welcoming (5 stars) and kind. So thats why I am giving a 3 stars because of her service. I even complimented her. Theyre is also another young lady that I have seen in the past was super friendly and helpful, its just that one that should really find a job out of retail.. Sorry.

I wasnt sure if Id get enough to eat. The picture I posted was the serving sample I received - and it was plenty (plus the ice cream/peaches dessert). We had a small group for four people in our class, which was excellent. Chef Erika was fun and informative. She coached us on technique and answered our questions.

This is a new find for me, I found this store to be really good. The staff are super helpful. The culinary school is very organized and again the staff in that part of the store were really helpful.

I ordered from the online store before Christmas. It was clearly stated that I would receive the item before Christmas, if I ordered before a certain date. I did that - and did not receive the item. I have made numerous phone calls to the company since and - every single time - have been told some variation of you were told ... or you should have been told ... Not only is the former condescending, but I was never told any of the things they said I was. Ive been trying to cancel the order (because the item wont be shipped until Feb) and have had numerous miscommunications regarding that as well. This is the worst online experience I have ever had. Id prefer not to give any more business to Amazon than I absolutely have to, but I am unlikely to order from this company again.

Visited this location about a month ago. Husband and I were ready to drop some cash in this store, we both love to cook. When we entered the store, we were immediately confronted by one of the staff ladies behind the register. My kids were not wearing masks and she told me that they must in order to be in the store. I informed her that they were too young and about the age limit. She was unkind as she told me that it was private property and I either comply or leave. I left with my kids and my husband continued to look around the store. He was ignored the whole time he was in there. We decided to take our business elsewhere.

Michael, Manager, at the Centennial / Streets of South Glen, is awesome! We were having trouble reserving a Cooking class for two and Michael was knowledgeable and VERY patient with us. He saved the day and could not have been nicer - great Customer Service skills.

I wandered into the store looking to get some knives half an hour before closing not knowing how much of a big choice that can be. Michael was super friendly and knowledgeable, walked me through a bunch of different options, wasn’t phased at all by my indecivesness, and was just all around incredible. It was just past closing time, and he still offered me coffee, and to put mineral oil on some wooden serving utensils I got. Rarely get someone so obliging, let alone after they’re supposed to be done with people for the day. Big big thank you for the above and beyond service!

As someone who likes to cook I love walking in the store and just browsing. Today I visited the store again and the staff was super friendly and helpful. They even offered me free coffee which was really nice. When I need cool new toys for the kitchen this is where I come.

Class was great! However; its very expensive ($69 per person) for the amount of food provided. I would suggest either drop the price 20% - 30% OR give enough food for attendees to take home.

Went for a cooking class with my wife, started out pretty awkward with the other two we were paired up with they finally warmed up to us personally though, if your going to call it a date night class, make the groups two people, not 4 nothings says, i love you, like being forced to work with complete strangers. The chef was ok, she took time to explain what we were doing bla bla bla, just also seemed like a lot of, extra bla bla bla. She has a great personality, easy to understand and hear.We made GREAT tasting NY Steaks, potatoes, salad, dressing and chocolate brulee (i wasnt personally a fan of the brulee, but it wasnt anyones fault, i just dont care for it.) We got to play with Fire! That was fun.A suggestion would be, add rolls at dinner, all that juicy goodness just sitting there on your plate going to waste HA! NOT ON MY PLATE! I have fingers! Ill get that off my plate! There is PLENTY of food to eat when its time . Let me repeat, THERE I S PLENTY TO EAT!!! Take a class, its worth it

Very disappointed in this particular location. I love Sur La Table, but the manager here could seem to care less about anyone other then the girl who wanted to try out knives. I was trying to register for my wedding and instead of being helpful, the manager gave me a post-it note and a pen and told me to write down all the item numbers and plug them into the computer. So much for the VIP registration treatment that was claimed. I will always recommend Sur La Table, but never at this location. Go to the Cherry Creek location, they are fantastic there!

Needed a kitchen knife set. Used Google. Saw this shop had a 1-star review because the staff were more interested in helping a customer with a knife purchase than in helping a bridezilla. Knew I had to check it out. TAYLOR the sales lady was absolutely brilliant, knowledgeable, helpful, and gave me all the time and education I needed to make my purchase. Very happy with the gear that now graces my kitchen and I will definitely be back.

We attended a class taught by Chef Jenn and had a great time! She had a lot of great tips, and went above and beyond the recipe. And we went at 11am, so there were only four students, and there was plenty of food to go around.

This cooking class was way over priced. I paid about $150 for a meal where my husband and I had to share a steak. We were still hungry when we left. Also, this location does not have a bar. Would have been nice to have a glass of wine or something during the class. I was really looking forward to this experience, but it was kind of a let down.
