AVOID AT ALL COSTS! -- There is no security at all and its mostly the owners fault. I lasted one month before deciding to find somewhere else to park my trailer. -- I rented a space and was given the owners (Toms) generic access code for entering the facility. Tom said he would set up my individual code once he got to his computer. I kept informing Tom every week that my code was not working. The entire 45 days I had my trailer on premise, my code never worked and I was told to keep using Toms number. -- When giving Tom my credit card number for the space, he wrote it down on a yellow sticky pad and said hed take care of it later. When I returned with the signed contract, there was someone in his office sitting at his desk with all the paperwork around using the phone that did not appear to be an employee. A week later Tom called me to say he lost my credit card number, and he needed it again. Two weeks later he called me again to say he had found my credit card number and that the second one I gave him was different, and that he was changing it back to the original number. -- I was also told there would not be a rate increase in the foreseeable future when moving in. As soon as my first payment posted, I received a letter stating the rates were increasing as of the very next month. -- Tom sent a windshield sticker to access the property. I texted the guy every week telling him my sticker was not working to open the gate. A week later he called to ask if he every sent me a sticker to get in the gate. -- There are also people who seem to be overnighting or living on premises. -- Upon completing the move out process on the company website, I was sent an invoice with a prorated refund amount for the remainder of the month. When following up with Tom to make sure my card would not be charged for the following month, he told me there was a 20 day required notice for moving out and that he would not refund me the balance as stated on his invoice. I sent him a copy of his own contract that shows the required notice is 10 days (not 20), and that I processed the move out 20 days prior to the end of the month which made his point moot. -- I wanted to like Tom and Broncos Storage, but he is just so unorganized and un-secure with his business, that I cannot trust my property at his location.
Good place to store an RV, no frill but has a dumping station, cleaning station, bathroom, and it does offer cover parking if you can afford it. Being close is a huge bonus too. The owner is really nice
We appreciate the flexibility and ease of use with the access codes at Broncos Parkway RV and Boat Storage. Being able to drop after hours into a locked facility means the world to us. Knowing our belongings are safe and guarded is also a valuable resource.
Weve been renting here for the past year and have been impressed. The owner recently installed a new security system which does away with a keypad entry and instead uses a digital sticker that corresponds with the gate making it very convenient.Well lit, cameras at the entry, and next to the Arapahoe County police department makes you feel like your gear is safe and secure. Dump station, water fill, and car wash make it a one stop shop.Another lot opened near us but given the competitive pricing, convenient location, attention to detail and great service we get, well stick with Broncos Parkway. Thanks for everything!
Great service and pricing. Tom goes out of his way to help. The whole set up process was very easy too. The lot is very big and the spaces were just what we needed. Definitely recommended.
By far the WORST storage facility weve ever used. Non existent security (The main gate in/out has been open for MONTHS!)..cannot provide adequate power as promised (we needed power for a mini fridge for our business so not asking for much..But bc of power issues caused by this facility our pipes in our food truck froze over, instant water heater had to be replaced due to freeze over, had to buy a propane heater just to make sure it didnt happen again- all bc he said he could provide power but couldnt ), he puts bandaides on major issues like inadequate power and security gate (U know hes pulling in MAJOR CASH but is TOO CHEAP to use the $ to fix things), allows ppl to LIVE AT THE LOT IN THEIR RVs. Tom, the owner is a old senile jerk that if he doesnt like you he will find ways to get u out including threatening to charge $100 a week (totally ILLEGAL). RENT AT UR OWN RISK WITH THIS FACILITY!!!
Convenient, safe place for RV and boat storage. Right next door to the Arapahoe County Sheriffs Department. Motorized gate is keyboard controlled (enter storage space number and passcode). There is a dump station and potable water spigot to take care of your fresh and grey/black water tanks on site.Very near to the Centennial Super WalMart, so supplies for maintenance and getting ready to camp are very easy to get.
Called to see about using the dump, man told me only for customers and hung up very poor public relations, wouldnt even consider storing my camper their
I keep my trailer here. Tom is great.
Can never get anyone on the line. No message possibility either.
Safe, secure, and easy access
Great location, facility, and management!
