The advisor Andrew Budd was pleasant and gave full attention to me answered my questions. He advised me clearly about the service I requested. He came to me quickly to inform me of a need that was not expressed until mechanic had worked on my vehicle-some filters needed replacing. After consulting me they were replaced as I desired. Mikayla Pierce (the agent that I got my car from at Kuni Honda) was a great person to work with. She was very helpful! She explained me the different financing options very well based on my budget. Due to the shortage in the car market, I couldnt check my own car in advance, but she helped me to get good info and feeling about the car I was planning to buy by sending me the YouTube link to the exact model and the exact color, and explaining me its features and its difference from other models. What I loved the most about my experience working with her was that she was not pushy at all and she was very responsive. So, I felt comfortable and confident about my decision on buying a car from Kuni Honda.

Brian was great and i love the video of walking through my cars inspection. I am sad to hear that the shuttle was closed but the uber was appreciated. You definitely have a well run customer service loop. The only thing that could have been better for me was when they found my oil leak, they didnt check my oil level and by the time I got home it wasnt even registering on the dipstick. I would have gladly paid to have oil added had I known. Otherwise, all was great!

I dont know if other Honda dealerships are so customer-focused, but Kuni Honda has always provided topnotch service. The staff is attentive and friendly, and I feel like I get honest service each time. I have not ever had a bad experience at Kuni Honda. I have used many other services at other brand dealerships and service-only businesses, and Kuni Honda is far superior. From the detailed inspection videos to the friendly staff, this dealership is about excellence and true customer service.

Quality of service is really good. Waiting area is well maintained. Technicians are really knowledgeable and courteous. This time I was on a really tight schedule but the representative was nice to honor my request and I got my vehicle oil-changed within pretty reasonable time. They also do a complementary exterior wash which is really helpful. Overall I am very satisfied with the service I am getting in this location so far.

Im impressed by this dealership. Not only was Daniel very professional & answered all our questions but he showed us all records on the vehicle including what the service department did to the car when it was traded in. The sales people are not commission based so they really look at getting you the best deal & they dont have a reason to rush you. I came into Kuni Honda to address a recall I had received in the mail. I arrived early for my appointment, and they helped me right away. The team also did an additional safety inspection and washed my car. I also liked that they sent me a video showing all the items they looked at on my car.Everything was completed in a timely manner, and all employees were friendly, respectful, and efficient. When my car was ready, the initial person I had been working with was tied up with another customer, and a different team member jumped in to help me so that I wouldnt have to wait. I am on my third Honda and will absolutely be visiting Kuni for future service and possibly sales needs.

- Customer service: bad. I called to cancel an appointment and the lady was rude about it, she didnt even find my appointment.- Cleanliness: good.- Price: expensive.- Would I recommend it? NO.** Suggestions: do not charge for GAP insurance, handling fee, or expensive useless accessories.

I understand that we are experiencing strange times throughout the world right now but I thought your dealership could have worked with much more cohesiveness. The salesman we were placed with was very pleasant but was juggling 4 different sales experiences at the same time. During this time I noticed 2 other sales agents without any customers just twiddling their thumbs. Show some initiative and help out your co workers! Especially now more than ever as it seems every business is short staffed.We also needed to bring the car we purchased back to have some accessories installed which is fine. But when I made an appointment for today a week prior where you guys knew that I would need a courtesy car while you had ours, try and have the car ready! We sat at the dealership for 30 minutes before your service tech told us that the rental car was going to be another hour late! I feel like your dealership needs to button up a few seems throughout its processes.

1st time here and had great service! As soon as I stepped out of my car, I was immediately assisted by Colin Rumney. He was very kind and quickly got all the paperwork done. Waited for my oil change to be done and when it was finished, Colin helped me check out and finalized my transaction. He even put a discount on my oil change and apologized for the hour and half wait time (which he did not have to do at all). I was very appreciative of this and surprised. Multiple salespeople and the GM at Kuni refused to help with sending a fax to Honda financial services to complete the final steps of my lease purchase. Their claim was this action would make them part of the transaction without getting compensated. They would be no more a part of the transaction than FedEx would be had I gone there to send the document that way. The salespeople refused to help because they were not apart of the sale due to me making the payoff online. When presented with the option to pay a $600 filing fee or to make the pay off online and go to the DMV myself, I opted to save $600. A simple 30 second task of faxing a document to Honda would have made a customer for life and an advocate of their services. Instead, theyve shown that they truly see the customer as a number and only care if a sale is being made. When my family is making the decision on where to buy our next Honda, well gladly go miles out of our way to give our business to someone else. If you want to be treated like a sale then Kuni is the place for you. If you want to be treated like a person, go anywhere else.

This dealership cares!!! My wife and I were driving across the country in our new 2021 Honda Accord. While we were in Colorado visiting our son our Accord developed a noise in the front end on a Sunday. Being 1,700 miles away from home you can imagine our concern. We contacted Honda Care, which towed our car to Kuni Honda. The next morning I contacted Paul at their service center. Paul told us that their Service Department is closed on Mondays but would handle our case under their emergency policy. Paul and a technician discovered the issue and fixed it in a very quick and timely manner. It was a major relief to my wife and I that a dealership, which we didnt buy the car from, treated us with the urgency that we were feeling. Thank you Kuni Honda for fixing our car and showing there are still dealerships that care about the people and not just the bottom dollar.

Ive always had such great customer service at Kuni Honda on Arapahoe. There have been a couple of times where theyve done work for free (like buffing scratches out of one of my side doors or replacing the liner for my trunk). I wish I lived closer to this location so that I could take my car in for regular service checks here.

Service and sales are great. Zach has always been extremely helpful and friendly. However I’ve had two experiences with the body shop and it’s mismanaged. They keep the car longer than most places and drag out the process. I’ve also had to go back because body work isn’t done correctly.

I am sorry I forget his name, he was outstanding.Please look it up. We are elderly and have an older 2006 car. We put on about 6,000 miles a year but we were treated like we have a new car.

Terrible dealer i ever seen brought the car with lux care protection . But when you come to dealer submit the claim it took a month with no reply back so i have to come back and talk to the them they said they lost my information….. so funny the information is in the system how can they lost it . Then they submitted it and told me to wait for the protection to call back; until now almost 3 months haven’t received the call . And i paid almost 3000.00 for the protection … if i could give 0 star I would dont come here to buy car

Two months later, I returned to test drive a car and make my final decision.Kuni Honda had right car at the right price so I pulled the trigger. I was extremely pleased with the condition of the certified vehicles and attention to detail (they detailed the car and even topped off my gas tank before handing me the keys).The only part I felt uneasy about was the warranty sales pitch and title exchange. While Im sure that guys approach closes some sales, he didnt show the same professionalism Id seen from the rest of the team.Nonetheless - Im loving my new wheels. Thanks, Eric!

I purchased my vehicle at Kuni Arapahoe 4.5 years ago and their service dept. has done all of my services and Ive never had a bad experience. The service department is extremely helpful, fair in pricing, and honest when it comes to repairs. In other words, they dont try to upsell you for no reason. From lots of experience, most dealerships service depts. are notorious for price gauging, but Kuni Arapahoes service department doesnt fall into that category at all. Great all around!

I had been bringing my car to Kuni Honda and decided to try a shop closer to my house for convenience. It was a local women owned shop and I liked that aspect. When I first took my car there they were so inviting and helpful. Unfortunately on my 3rd visit I had a very back experience where they overcharged me ($500+) to figure out what was wrong with my car and then told me it would be $8000 to fix it (a 2000 Honda civic). I decided to tow my car to Kuni Honda for a second opinion since I had trusted them previously and I am so happy to be back. Are things cheap? No. But I really feel I am being well taken care of and that they are honest with me and I really value that. I have nothing but positive things to say about Kuni Honda and specifically Kellan.
