Id never been a Dollar Tree shopper until I started participating in a group that collects cleaning supplies, personal care items and health supplies for refugee families. Now its my go-to for everything from greeting cards to a simple cake decorating kit Ill use to fill deviled eggs. Also has fun seasonal decor. And some items cost less than a dollar each! Wow!

I came for tape. And I leave with GOODIES!!!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE DOLAR TREE. THEYRE GETTING NEW STUFF AND SINCE THEY BOUGHT FAMILY DOLLAR. SOME DOLLAR TREES SELL 3$ AND 5$ ITEMS TOO ABSOLUTELY CONVENIENT FOR ALL!!!

Nothing wrong with the merchandise or the pricing as its the same as every other store but the clerk did not want to wear a mask even when he was told it was a state mandate. After I asked him to wear it he proceeded to just stick my glassware in a bag carelessly without taking any precautions to keep them from breaking. For customer service from this gentleman

One of the most unpleasant customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Completely rude and impatient from start to finish. Bought a helium balloon and it has deflated by the time I left the parking lot. Brought it back and they offered to refill the ballon that didn’t hold the helium in the first place but didn’t offer to replace it. Will drive a little further to a different dollar store from now on. I will never go to this location again.

This Dollar Tree, although smaller than most of the other D.T.s that I usually go to, it had items Ive never seen at any other of the stores, so it was kinda like shopping at an entirely new store.. It was clean and very organized..

Store is fine. In the age of Coronavirus employees should be wearing Mask. The Manager was not wearing one at all and both employees had them on but below the nose. Dollar tree must not care about their employees to let this happen.

A very good experoence at this Dollar Tree. Sufficient checkers so no long lines. Some of the DT stores are not as accomodating.

I ordered a crocodile mask on Amazon for my daughters play. Well, it got lost in shipment, so I was in panic mode to find a replacement the night before the play. I called this store, and not only did they answer the phone, they verified they had crocodile masks in stock! EXCELLENT customer service!

Could not find everything I know you guys carry...

Ive been to a few different Dollar Trees over the last few months but my new career. Just tell her she was very inviting with great people and Caring Hearts. It had a wide variety of materials that I needed for a youth project. If anyone needs simple stuff like crayons, markers, post towards, scissors, and other school supplies and doesnt have a fortune to spend on it I suggest a Dollar Tree. Ive got all of those items and more for only $30. Go check it out, I would highly recommend this Dollar Tree

I really wish they could keep the store cleaner. There was a lot of aisle congestion with full carts and a sense of disorganization. I did get the cards I was looking for.

None of the employees were wearing masks and they were getting way to close i don’t care if people wear masks or not but literally no employee was wearing a mask

If you know what to buy then dollar trees can save a lot of money for any household. We go here often and so far have rarely been disappointed. Seasonal stuffs are really good bargain compare to prices in grocery or other stores. Do not expect the best quality considering the price. Overall dollar trees save a lot over time for us. We love dollar tree!!

Typical Dollar Tree in a strip mall - they have the usual gamut of items youd expect at a dollar store: cleaning supplies, food/snacks, candy, basic art & school supplies, inexpensive dishes and kitchen storage, kitchen utensils, party supplies and so on. This store also has a good selection of event-themed (birthday, congratulation, etc.) mylar balloons that they fill with helium on the spot. This is a little smaller than some of the bigger stores so the selection may not have some of the less common items that are found in the larger stores.

Love Dollar Tree. It is my 1st stop for groceries, decor, seasonal items and much more. Always changing, new inventory weekly. Helps with my fixed income to make dollars go further.

Good deals on household products. Only 1 dollar per item. I buy Sugar free Vanilla Sryup for my coffee. Taste just like the expensive syrups at you favorite coffee shop or grocery store aisle. 1 dollar compared to 6 dollars..

Has a large variety items, you have to go the front to go the restroom which is understandable, the staff is very polite and always looking to improve. Whilst I was waiting to get the key they were talking about reorganizing and restocking which they were a little low which shows that they always want their customers to be satisfied in the amount of products they have.

Some of your customers are so rude, making a mess of everything. There was a girl named Carly, who was trying her best to straighten and stock shelves but she took time away from that task to help me find what I needed. Friendly, polite and very helpful. She gets 5 stars.

Employees do not know how to wear a mask. One had his hanging off one ear, the other had hers under her nose.

Ok, its a dollar tree, so dont expect much. It was clean and we didnt have to wait in line. The staff were friendly. Well stocked and we found what we were looking for.

I generally love Dollar Tree and I must admit this one did have the mugs I was looking to find. However, the place looked like a tornado had just come through. Stuff was everywhere! Boxes to be stocked blocked several aisles. Rude customers must have thrown unwanted items in the floor, but no one picked them up. It was a hazardous place. The one clerk had a broken wrist so I had to wrap my own glassware (which was okay, but not professional on the managers part). Probably wont return to this location.

I wish there were more stores like this for the needy. I have a lactose problem. And I noticed the box soymilk. Awsome solution for needing calcium without refrigeration. Now I also noticed that someone comes out of the mountian once a month and buys every last bit of lactose free. Please provide for all not just your one shopper. The shelves have been dry for a couple weeks now.

They dont have an cold section in this one. However its a good location with most Dollar 🌲 goods.

Old lady is very rude lol. I said hi and was being friendly and she continued without a word. Then when I used my card it denied and instead of seeing what the balance was she crumpled the paper. She held her had out the entire time I was counting a dollar in change...rude as hell. Refused to let my son use the bathroom and told my boyfriend to hurry up with the key when she decided to let them use it. Also one night u went it there, they were all the the back room, I asked them if they had anymore brooms and she said, No whats out there is out there.....always have to wait for someone to return to the register.

I love Dollar Tree, but this location—University at Dry Creek, is a disaster. It’s filthy—boxes everywhere, empty shelves. I won’t return.

Everyother store around you are open but yall are closed to a power outage from the prior night. Piss poor excuse to be closed! I swear the managment at these south location are getting worse by the day!! Multiple times Ive been in and the manager just sits in the office talking on the phone or just walks around not doing a damn thing! Need better managment and more employees. Theres always just two people working and one is a manager not doing her job. Always a line for the registers with one person on cashier. Get it together

I reviewed this store six months ago and stated I would never go into this Dollar Tree again. However, today I was in a bind and took my chances. The store was cleaner and employees were stocking the shelves. The cashier was very friendly. I’m glad I gave it a second chance.
