My experience with CMC Windows, both the office and one of the owners, Cody Casey, was superb. They got right out for an evaluation and estimate and the level of knowledge and willingness to explain all the details of water damage, why it happened, and what was needed in both process and materials in replacement of the window and door was beyond impressive. The overall experience we had with Cody and his companys staff was so rare. I rarely write reviews but this company is exceptional. This was for my parents home but if I ever need windows and or doors I will be contacting CMC as I have complete confidence Im in very experienced, competent and caring hands. Thank you CMC!

From start to finish, CMC was very responsive to our needs for a new front entry door. I am very particular on what I want for the look of our house and fell in love with the Provia door and their color options. I had a lot of questions for CMC and they help us through the process going over every detail.Our door was not a typical size and we were really concerned about the craftsman style door we chose and whether the handle would look correctly on the door. The options through Provia werent exactly what we wanted, but CMC worked with us and we were able to order the handle ourselves and have Provia install it in the door (it was still using one of the same manufacturers that Provia uses just a different style than was offered). We made some updates a couple of times to the color of the screen door and CMC was very helpful in getting the color we wanted. The door came in when they said it would and we had no problems scheduling the install.Justin finished the installation quicker than expected and Destiny with Wildflower painting (who CMC contracted with for the paint) was great to talk with and did a fantastic job on the interior trim to match our baseboards. I would also recommend her for any painting needs.Before Justin left I noticed some light coming through the bottom of the door and he said he would have it set up to get the weather stripping on the one side replaced since he didnt have any extra material with him at the time. After he left I noticed a little bit of a gap on the bottom of the frame for the screen door big enough to allow unwanted insects in. I brought it up with CMC and they had Justin come back out and it was a quick fix (less than 30 minutes) and the door looks fantastic and functions as it should.We couldnt be happier with the final product. I would highly recommend CMC Windows and Doors and look forward to working with them in the future.

His counsel was invaluable, as he explained problem areas around our windows that we were not aware of in the building of our house, but was evident with his explanation. We replaced our home’s windows finding an immediate difference in a warmer quieter house. After the window installation, Wildflower Painting completed the touch up work. She did an exceptional job of finishing up painting the frames and making sure the windows we sparkling

The service we received from the CMC Windows team (and the Marvin products installed) exceeded our expectations. The install (of 10 windows, impacting 4 rooms in our home) was done on budget, on time and the results look great. Per the before/after images included the CMC team worked well alongside other contractors doing concurrent work (on two of the rooms). Their team was quick, communicative, cleaned up daily after their work and was pleasant to have in an around our home for those 3 days. Justin, the installation foreman, was especially attentive, ensuring the job was completed to our satisfaction and communicated with us on a daily basis. We highly recommend CMC Windows!

Made an appointment with them to come out to provide an estimate to replace 1 window. At the last minute, they canceled our appointment - greedy Nae Miller stated that they dont bother with anyone until they want at least 4 windows. Poor customer service and hope that others will stay clear of them or else risk overpaying.

I purchased a bay window and patio door from CMC. Cody was the sales agent and he was very responsive. They were the only company I found (I called several), that offered a lifetime warranty on the product even though I opted to not have them do the install. My contractor said the quality of the product was top notch. Highly recommended.

Very pleased. Almost gave up trying to find a company that was able to do the unique shapes and styles we were wanting, but then we found CMC. The installation was great as well. They were professional and took their time to install our windows the correct way. We went with the Marvin Ultimate line and love them!

WOW, finally we found a good contractor. After several different projects and several different contractors, CMC stuck out! This company actually did what they said they would do in a reasonable amount of time. We put in a large sliding (4 panel Marvin) door and everything was done to our expectations. The masons (Gardner Masonry) stuck out, as they did a fantastic job on the stone work of the outside of the house and we hope to use them on future projects. Justin the project manager was grate at communication and kept us informed on what the next part of the project would be. The painter, Destiny did a fantastic job on the finish. This company seriously gave us a break from the many frustrating contractors we have used on various projects. If you’re looking for a door our windows, I would highly recommend CMC.

We called CMC for replacement of 11 windows, due to fogging and mechanical defects. 3 other window companies had already done their assessment and explained the process and costs for their replacements. Cody from CMC came to our home, for a no cost evaluation.To our surprise and delight, after his careful review, he explained in detail the how and why, of our not needing what we were asking for.Instead of the expected thousands in unneeded window replacement costs we are taking his recommendation and contacting a glass company.We are so very, very grateful to Cody and CMC for sending him out to visit us.

CMC windows is a top notch professional window company. They listen to what you would like to have done, ask the proper questions and provide proper recommendations all without the high pressure sales experienced at other window companies. They work patiently with you to get your order right, as I requested updates to my order three times adding options and additional windows with each update. We chose CMC to replace three sets of custom french doors in our home because their professional representation of the product. First-rate organization from soup to nuts. Front end business piece was easy and efficient. The factory sent the wrong sized storm door and CMC handled the replacement without a hitch. The real strength is their installers, who are all craftsman-level folks who do the job right the first time and who go the extra mile if needed to make sure it is a solid, professional installation. In my particular case, they filled some hollow cinder blocks under the window with expanding foam to ensure a leak-proof seal. This was phase 2 of a replacement project (they also did Phase 1) and I will be returning to them for Phase 3 in the Spring.

We ordered replacement windows with CMC and highly recommend them! From the salesman coming out to give us a price, all the way through the installation, we could not be more pleased! Communication through the process was wonderful and the windows are beautiful!!! The crew that came out to do the installation was the best crew I have ever been around! They were punctual, very pleasant, cooperative with us and with each other, never complained, and each day they left the house so cleaned up after themselves that you would not even know any work had been done!
