Fastenal has been extremely dependable for our company the last 4 years. Most of the employees at this location seem professional and courteous. The Manager however is very slow to respond. For a company that prides itself on customer service, I can say it was pretty disappointing. Any time an email or phone call was made, John seemed to be incapacitated and insisted on blaming someone else for delays. Ownership is huge in my book and this particular dealer did everything to pass the buck.

Tried to sell me a box of screws at hugely inflated store price. I ordered online at the counter and saved $25 in 5 min while the employee stood there like he could not have sold me the screws at the online price at the counter. FYI - I already bought 5 boxes of the same screws at the counter for below the online wholesale price. NEVER PAY THE IN STORE PRICE. You can order online right at the counter if they want to overcharge you.

Hands down, these guys are the best. I work on developing and building 3D Printers and similar CNC machines, and they either have in stock, or can get me, any nut, bolt, screw, or fastener; whether metric or imperial, overnight.The parts appear to be a much higher quality than anything Ive ordered online through Amazon or otherwise, so when it comes to high-quality hardware, Fastenal is my number one choice now.The staff are always friendly and ready to help; you really cant go wrong with these folks!

Thanks for selling me a bag of bolts that dont fit and i cant return. Great policy you have there, no we cant let u test fit one, no you cant come in the store and pick it out yourself....thanks alot

Great customer service. I usually deal with Nick Chapman and he always has the answers to all my questions, knows what products Im looking for, and takes care of me every time I call or when he stops by. Definitely recommend these guys!

James brown helped me out and he knew exactly what I needed quickly. Ill be a return customer again and again especially with service this good.

I went to four hardware stores over the past couple of days and even tried a speciality store looking for a specific bolt. None of them carried it.As I prepared to enter yet another speciality store and order a bolt from a manufacturer I decided to check if there was a Fastenal store nearby and sure enough one was just a couple blocks away.This store was not easy to find. The address is Fulton St but you cant see the front door or the sign from Fulton. Instead you have to approach from the cross street where its clearly visible. Heck, even the building numbers werent easy to spot. The only reason I knew it was in this building was because I was at the 7100 block on Fulton - 7085 had to be close.When I walked in one of the two men sitting in the office looked at me as though I was lost or maybe he was wondering why I thought I could just mosey on in. The sign says, Come on in. Were open, I said to him. He still didnt respond and I started wondering if they took foot traffic.The other guy (James) got up and asked me how he could help. I showed him what I was looking for and he found it quickly. I showed him a couple of other items I was looking for and we found those as well. And - best of all - it was far cheaper than comparables at the other hardware stores I looked at.If I need another bolt, screw or anything out of the ordinary Ill gladly return to this store as long as someone is working with the other guy. I didnt catch his name but the expression on his face led me to believe I was either trespassing or annoying him.

This store has the best service and a vast collection of all the hardware I’ve ever needed. Would go back every single time.
