Ive been here twice now for pre-workout purchases. I had great service here the first time I came, but the second time (7/17/21) was even better. I came at 6:01 PM (closing time) and the older lady still allowed me in to buy what I wanted, despite locking the door. I didnt get her name sadly, but thank you so much!

This GNC will not remove a $92 double-charge made because of its malfunctioning card reader. Paypal case opened. Will not communicate or respond at all even though all of this was put in a letter and they know perfectly well I was overcharged. Hopefully, Paypal will issue a credit. But these people - astonishingly - will not cooperate at all.

I visited GNC because I am having surgery Jan 14 and my doctor advised me to purchase certain supplements and a certain type of protein. I went in and was greeted by an associate name Kiros. I explained to her Im not sure what I am doing. She recommended tons of things that I did not want like a fat burner? I told her Im not allowed to take certain things due to restrictions. I was gathering the supplements that my doctor advised and took picture of the B-12 to send to him via text. I am supposed to purchase a certain B-12 that is easily digestible since my surgery is going to be on my intestines and stomach and will affect absorption. The lady proceeded to tell me I am not allowed to take photographs of the product. I confirmed with her I dont know which supplement that I need and I need my doctors opinion to select the right one. She again told me to put the product down that I am not allowed to take photos of any of GNC products. I placed the item back on the shelf and she proceeded to follow me out of the store. I am so distraught. I feel really offended.I left the store so distraught. GNC is a company that I trust for supplements and I was very offended that she would instruct me that I can not take pictures to send to my doctor. Or take a picture of the products for any reason that I wish.I have to say that I am VERY disappointed in the employee and her customer service and also IF this is GNCs policy. Then why? I will also be following up with GNC corporate office about this policy. I feel totally humiliated

Stopped at 2 locations with posted hours ending at 9:00pm (that I previously have visited at 8:30pm). They were closed and wasted at least half an hour of my time. Dont say youre open when youre not. Or hire employees who care about their job enough to not close half an hour early.
