Amazing service! Words cannot express my gratitude toward JoAnn and her receptionist Shamya. JoAnns compassion, knowledge, and kindness put my dad on cloud 9 as she walked him through his hearing aids. He learned from her as she patiently answered all his questions and concerns. She improved the quality of his hearing aids as well, much better than his prior provider. Shamya is a ray of sunshine---so congenial and welcoming. FYI, my father is frail, almost blind and is hard of hearing -- a triple whammy and to know there are people like JoAnn and Shamya who treat him with care gives me comfort. If ever you have to choose, choose JoAnn and Shamya!

I have been going to Affordable Hearing for about one year now. From the initial consult and purchase of hearing aids to the check ups, Joann has been fantastic!!!!I recently sent my hearing aids through the washer and dryer, and thought they were ruined. One of them wouldnt work, so Joann sent them off to get them checked. I was very pleased with my visit to Affordable Hearing Center. I have been wearing hearing aids for a long time and it was time for new ones. I had a thorough hearing exam and tried new technology hearing aids and love them. Joanne was awesome. She is very knowledgeable, very patient and caring. Ive never felt rushed and have appreciated the quality service I get every time I go there. It was a wonderful experience.

I have been a client for many years, and have had multiple hearing aids here. The warrantee was just about up on the hearing aids I was using, so JoAnn suggested I try the newer model, which I did. They didd not work out for me as I was getting substantial feedback in both ears. I ended up not getting the new hearing aids, but it wasnt for lack of effort on her part, as she adjusted them multiple times. Perhaps when the next generation of aids comes out they will work better.

Went to Affordable Hearing in December 26th to have my hearing aids repaired only to find them closed. However, Joann was there and she took me right in and took the time to adjust my hearing aids and get me back on track. This place is by far has the best customer service of any place period. For the past six months I have been unable to leave my residence here at Holly Creek retirement center because of the virus. I am overdue for a check up and some replacement parts, but hope to be permitted out soon. Earlier, the service was fine, we had some problems getting the financing set up in the beginning but things have been otherwise fine.

JoAnn Dunn and her assistant were the most professional and courteous personnel I have ever experienced! I went into their office today for a hearing exam, and they treated me with respect, and were very knowledgeable in their efforts. I would highly recommend this office.

They really treat you well at this site. Everyone from the Receptionist to JoAnn go out of their way to make you feel comfortable with the whole process. They really want to ensure that your hearing aids are working well and giving the results that are needed for improved hearing. I am so pleased that I found them to help me out.

JoAnn cant keep an appointment. Technically competent but I feel like I get the bums rush when in her care. Spent lots of money on new hearing aids with poor follow-up after the sale. Have since moved my records to a different hearing center with much better results.

Joanne is competent but i have never been treated so rudely in an office setting with other patients within hearing distance. It was uncalled for and very unprofessional.

I visited the affordable hearing center at centennial twice with my dad for having his hearing checked. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My dads appointment was with JoAnn Dunn and she was extremely knowledgeable about the hearing aid instrumentation.We totally appreciate her patience and the attention that she gave us in trying out different settings and helping us understand the different options for my dad in choosing the right hearing aid.Most important, she never tried to force us into picking any specific solution - instead she really took the effort to give us all information that we needed to make the right choice even if that meant we didnt pick the device from her center.She has really great work ethics and excellent knowledge in her domain.

Susan, her receptionist, is friendly and efficient. Both of them go out of their way for you. Office location is very easy to get to, as well.

I had my first visit with this office today and was pleasantly impressed. Joan was obviously highly professional, capable and personable, performing a very comprehensive checkup on my hearing aids, which are now performing far better than they have been recently. I was asked to have my wife accompany me so that my hearing could be tested against her speech, which I thought was a good test of how the aids would perform during daily use around home. I can highly recommend JoAnn and this office.

JoAnn Dunn has always been patient and understanding with my hearing situation. I purchased hearing aids through her about 3 1/2 years ago. I have had a challenging experience with my hearing aids, failing a couple times while under warranty and again shortly after warranty expiring. She has gone the extra mile with the manufacturer to present my ongoing problem and getting it fixed.

Joanne was wonderful. The hearing aids were the worst waste of money I have ever spent. I should have gone to the drug store. $7000.00 for hearing aids without rechargeable batteries, dont help when all you hear is background noise. WASTE OF MONEY.
