I was impressed by the variety of items here. I recently got my Halloween costume from them and would say that they are better than Spirit of Halloween. It was busy though and a short wait was required at checkout. They had plenty of staff around who were helpful in finding what I needed.

I stopped by this store to get my wife some accessories for her costume. The store was packed with people but the store was stocked stocked had helpful associates. The line moved fast and it was a good experience.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Store was well maintained.

Purchased last minute balloons from here and the inflated them right on the spot. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and I was in and out in less than 10 min.

Not impressed, find better help at a graveyard.... when bothering staff members busy chatting it up with co workers you are severely inconvencing them by asking them a question. Even more when asking where something is... glad I only have to go here once a year...

Visited the Centereach Location, they were awesome, 4 employees helped me, they did a great job!

They didn’t have any helium tanks and the store was messy. A lot of stock unavailable and many empty shelves and isles :(

Went to this store to purchase a costume and was told they dont have it then one employee rolled her eyes when I asked can she call another party city perhaps party city in patchogue and she did so I asked can she please ask if they can put it on hold she mumbled omg and I just left such a terrible performance

John and Mikayla were so helpful. They have great personalities and made the experience joyful and fun, inspite of covid and facemasks. Very glad I chose this location to get our decorations and celebration supplies. Definitely keep them on staff; they add value to this place!!@

Brought some balloons here to be filled, which was great that they do that. If they had the one I wanted for my son I would have bought it there but no biggie. Wasnt a cheap as I thought it should have been but I guess helium isnt a renewable resource so the price is what it is. If you are looking for Halloween costumes they usually have a lot. Just dont be the person who goes the day before. There is plenty of parking here.

I was looking for little fun things for Christmas, found everything I needed!! And there were no long lines to stand on.

Staff cares more about making other people comfortable than accepting someone with disabilities in their store. Despicable.

I was surprised that this store expanded so much & had soooooo many different party things. Very impressed and their balloon selection is unbelievable!!

Balloons kinda worth it but everything else Walmart carries the exact same stuff and way cheaper!!

This was one of the bigger Party Citys that I have been in. A little confusing cause its not setup like other ones. But very clean and the employees are very certious and helpful.
