I needed a standard flush mount to replace only shade. The lady in the store insisted in getting the brand. This is a ceiling fixture from 1970 where to find that info? No one was able at least to assist me with my need. No good customer service. I Will not recommend this store.

I had a great experience here, I got my fixture and bulbs way sooner than expected and they were the perfect addition to our living room!! I get compliments on it all the time! The employees are so helpful and were so communicative and patient as I found the perfect fixture!!

I ran into this store convinced I wasnt going to find a light fixture for my foyer since my previous two purchases from two separate stores resulted in fixtures that were too big for the space and blocked the door from opening. With the internet having everything, I assumed my venture to this store would be fruitless...boy was I wrong!To make a really long story short, I needed a fixture that I could walk out of the store with that day because my contractor only had a few days left at the house to install it. I didnt have time to order something because by the time it wouldve arrived, my contractor wouldve been gone and I have no business doing anything related to electrical work myself.I ran into the store in a tizzy but Danna was able to help me find something that I absolutely loved. Since time was of the essence, she offered to let me take the floor model home that day. She had one of her guys disconnect it for me and within a few minutes, I had the entire light in my trunk. They even gave me the lightbulbs!I had my contractor install it that day and since then, Ive received nothing but compliments for it. Its really a beautiful piece and I owe it all to Danna. WIthout her help, Id still be up that proverbial creek!

Very helpful. Stuff outside the normal home stores

I accidentally knocked over a very expensive lamp. I thought it was beyond repair. I had nothing to lose so I took it to Elegance Lighting. Five days later I got a call that it was ready. I couldn’t believe it, it looked good as new! I’ll never go any place else again.

Folks, stay far away from this business. They do VERY dishonest business practices. From deception to lies. Run far away from the company. The personal are not trustworthy of your business and money. Whatever they have in the showroom you can buy online for a fraction of the cost, even from their own website. Also, watch for the bait and switch practice. Save your money and time, shop somewhere else. Consumer affairs and New York State Better Business bureau will be talking a look at there business practices due to our recent transaction with this poorly ran business. Dont listen to whatever nonsense they may write after we post this review. Its simply just not true.
