Went in to check prices and it was like a cloak and dagger situationwhere the dudes trying to haggle with me and I just walked in.. Im just looking for a mattress can I see the prices on the cheap ones?and hes like well you know my other store...... this and thatIm out of herewent to odd job and picked up a freaking queen size mattress for 300 buckssuper comfortablestill sleeping on it

Salesman was actually very knowledgeable and courteous. Store was clean, product displayed nicely. .... prices were outrageous. Big Lots was in the same plaza, same mattress, half the price.

March 14, 2017 - purchased a new bed and it went way smoother than we expected. Our salesman Matt was excellent, knowledgeable, honest and didnt try to sell us anything we didnt want. The store itself was clean and well stocked; I would definitely recommend buying here.

Our salesperson Devin was extremely attentive to our requests. He went above and beyond by explaining things to us and making sure we were comfortable. We will be referring our friends and family to him.

Purchased a dual King adjustable - Customatic Dreamstar bases and Stearns and Foster Tinsley mattresses. The sales person, Chris Stewart, was top notch and took time to help us find just what we needed without high pressure tactics. It was a pleasure doing business there and dealing with Chris... That says a lot about Chris as I normally hate dealing with furniture sales personnel as much as I hate car personnel. Chris came across with fact based/no BS information and really cared about us.When it came to delivery, sleepys sent a crew of three guys who quickly and neatly assembled the beds and removed the old bed. They were courteous and very focused on making sure we were satisfied with their work before leaving. When they departed they took all packaging and everything was spotless. I would strongly recommend using this branch of Sleepys.
