Called this morning to see when someone could check out our AC and they were able to come out today. Donnie gave me a call 15 min before he arrived and found the issue within minutes of being here. He stayed to talk to our home warranty over the phone and everything was settled promptly. Highly recommend this company!

We had our inspection done by Mike on a 25+ year old system and he was great. It was just my wife at home with a newborn and he was very careful and professional to make sure my wife was comfortable and he didnt disturb them. He laid out the condition of our system and the options we had and was very helpful. We were so impressed with him that we went ahead and ordered an install of a new system with this company without cross shopping. Sure enough the install crew were great as well. They only ever came in to install the new thermostat and kept us informed throughout the install.

This was the first time I had called the company for service when my A/C compressor went out. He came in on time and was able to pinpoint right away what the issue was when checking the unit. The capacitor had went bad, but he had another one on hand that he was able to quickly install and test, which got the unit back running once again. Quick, professional, and knowledgeable, Hassan was great and helped me get things running again at a really hot time of the year. Will definitely think of them again when the time comes!

Hassan did an awesome job replacing my thermostat! He was very thorough in checking to make sure there were no other issues with the AC system as well. He was prompt and on time. After contacting the company late on Saturday they were able to fit me in the very next day. They have a good team of people.

This company was easy to contact and while they didnt have a same day appointment available for me when my A/C was having issues, they were able to fit me in the next day, which was great! Mike my first contact was great and very professional found out what was wrong with my old system offered to fix it, but did other testing showing that I had a cracked heat exchanger and that he would recommend a new furnace. Gave me a quote right then and there. He also gave me a quote on the upstairs furnace and new AC unit. Both were very competitive offers and almost the lowest for a new system. Found me deals and discounts on both units that lowered the price even more. He then handled all the install information contact with the crews. The two crews that come out to work on my units were very professional and did a great job. They built a new duct system that was not in the original quote, but did not charge for it. They were also very professional with my kids running around asking 100 questions (as well as me). I would recommend this company for anyone and will use them from now on because of this experience and how they help me.

Just got my furnace installed and things went great! JP and Josh from Five Star came and spent the majority of the day working on my furnace which was awkwardly positioned in a tight utility closet space. Not only was it done in a timely manner but the guys were courteous, professional and very honest with me about every situation. I was given an extensive overview of what was done with the furnace replacement and how to use my new thermostat controls. Both men were very nice and I’d be more than happy to do business with them again!

Had a heating emergency. They sent a tech out that morning. He quickly assessed that it was an electric problem. He was very specific about the issue. When the electrician came, he seconded the assessment and fixed it quickly. I’m extremely impressed with the knowledge and the professionalism that was exhibited. I will 💯 use them again.

5 Stars! I did a google search, picked these guys because the service call price was the lowest. They reached out to me within 10-15 minutes to schedule an appointment, same day, within a few hours. JD came out, he was very professional, wore a mask, it’s snowy and wet outside and he removed his shoes upon entering the home. He was very knowledgeable, and answered any questions I had. Alright, so the guy who came out to have a look at our old furnace was extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. He walked us through what happened, and what needed to happen to fix the situation. Our heat exchanger went out and it wouldnt be worth buying a new one for a 20 year old furnace. We ended up getting a new furnace from the company and they gave us a great deal, even upgrading us to the carrier brand. Then they sent two installers out like a day later(really quickly, noice), and they were also fantastic, friendly, fast, and professional. Sometimes companies send out cheerful salesmen and some really moody installers but everyone from the phone operators to the installers were just great. I would recommend this company to anyone. This is how companies should be doing business. Ill likely be grabbing an AC from then coming up this spring!

Cody was a very friendly and knowledgeable service tech. He did a service check of our very old furnace and made very good suggestions on keeping it going until we replace it eventually.

He was straight forward, honest and did not try to push me into a sale and that is the main reason I purchased our new air conditioner through them at Centerville Heating & Cooling instead of someone else. Jake and JP (with some assistance from Dakota and Mike) were the technicians who installed our new system. They were smart, timely, efficient and so easy to talk to. We have a very old home which presented some problems and they were able to adapt and overcome them quickly. They answered all my questions, provided me with exemplary service, and worked as quickly and efficiently as our old house would allow. I could not have asked for better customer care. They are the reason for my review and the reason I will be a return customer. Thank you so much for making my experience a happy one.

They came out the next day which was great. Everything got done repaired properly. Although I wouldnt expect anything else out of a 10.00 fuse replacement. Although they did suggest that I add a pound of freon to my tenants central air at $99 a pound. I only gave four stars because I think $99 a pound is way too much money. I know what freon actually costs (friend in the business), and the few minutes it takes to add a pound of freon shouldnt cost $70+ in labor.... sadly enough most companies will probably charge you about that same amount of money. If you are an educated consumer or do-it-yourselfer, I would even suggest learning how to put in Freon yourself. I dont live close to that property otherwise I would have.In a nutshell, I do believe they are a credible company and will probably use them again.

My wife and I appreciated the service that we received to have the heating and cooling system installed. Jake Olding and Chris Cohen were courteous and efficient with their work. They seemed to enjoy their work and they wanted to make certain we were satisfied with their work as well. My AC went down and the other contractor who came out on a Friday for the service call couldnt have a salesman come to our house until Wednesday. I called Centerville Heating and Cooling and they came out immediately. Our new unit is ordered and they gave us a portable AC unit to use in the meantime. Very courteous, friendly and helpful.

Centerville Heating and Cooling performed maintenance on both the furnace and air conditioning unit and did a great job. Hassan was very informative and polite. I will definitely use their services again!

It had begun to get cold and my fuurnace was not workIng. I had planned on only having the furnace repaired and had received a quote, from another company, just for the repair. I contacted Centerville Heating and Air for another estimate and found that for a few hundred dollars more I could have a new unit installed. The representative, at the office, knew that I did not have heat and sent a techician the following day, which was a Saturday. The technicians, who installed the unit, were on time, knowledgeable, and very professional. The day after the installation I received a call from 5 Star to make sure that the installation went well and to see if I had any questions. It was, overall, a great experience. Thank you.

I called to setup an AC system tune up. I understand they are very busy this time of the year, so I had to make the appointment for 3 weeks out. 2.5 weeks go by and I get a phone call saying they do not perform tune-ups on Saturday. If you dont complete this service on this day, then why would you book the appointment, or not notify me sooner. I find this to be very frustrating and would not recommend them because of this. They may or may not show up to service your system.
