Look no further than FAS Outdoors for precision and expertise. Ive been coming here for a while, I always have a great experience and confidence in my equipment when leaving. The shop is very welcoming, professional, and detail oriented to make sure everything is the best it can be, from your form to your tuning. See Kyle for all your archery needs!
I do not recommend FAS outdoors at all. They had my bow since July 10 just to put on new strings/cables. After many attempts to contact them (over a dozen calls, voicemails, and in person visits) I was finally able to get my bow back today August 27th. Nothing had been done to it at all. I was able to get a full refund but that’s no excuse for the way they treat their customers. We also had a new elite ember on order since July 15th again no communication with us what so ever and the bow was not in either. We received a full refund on that today as well. I believe Kyle (the owner?) is who we talked to today and he showed no remorse for the situation at all. All he said was “sorry about that” with a grin on his face. He also had an unattended handgun sitting on his desk in the front office while we were there. By unattended I mean walking away from it to the back while customers have clear access to it. We were not the only people there at the time and there were more waiting at the door when we left.
If you need an example of the trash customer service here, look no further than their responses to bad reviewsUpdated with his personal messages to me
Staff is very nice and knowledgeable. Indoor Archery range awesome. Kyle was great with helping me work on my form and setting up my new bow.
Im very new to shooting but felt comfortable and supported in this setting. Very nice facility, and ownership goes out of their way to answer questions and provide advice.
Great facility and friendly staff. Very knowledgeable and welcoming.
It’s difficult to even start with the satisfaction that I experienced here. In short, I originally purchase a bow from Cabela’s (mistake) and then took it to Field and Stream to have after market string put on (MISTAKE)!! After picking my bow up I knew something wasn’t right. After speaking to a friend of mine, he then referred me to FAS and more specifically the owner Kyle. I went there w the sole intention on just having my bow looked at and fixed even though this was not there issue!! They were more then willing to look at my bow and spend hours in fact fixing it. Bow string was not on right, washers were broke in half, it was one draw away from being a huge danger. I did upgrade a few things and I went home that night and thought about my experience and decided to invest in a much nicer bow. There was not a single thing left undone when it comes to my bow. The time they spend in making sure everything is exactly tuned, draw lengths were exact, cams are finally tuned. No screw was left unturned I left this place confident in every single thing I purchased.theres absolutely no reason as an archer you should shop a big box store when you have a place that cares at your finger tips. Thank you Kyle thank you FAS and I can’t wait to drop a monster w my new Vertix!
Great folks and they know their stuff.
We can not remove our review. In light of recent events and language used we can no longer support this shop. Sorryfor any inconvenience.
Very nice facilities and knowledgeable staff.
Great place, knowledgeable bow techs.
Finally an archery shop in Dayton who’s staff actually knows what the hell they’re doing.
