I take my Q50 RS here for service. Oil change every 3000 miles to keep it healthy. They always do a good job. And constantly reassure me that I dont need my brakes changed just yet lol (sorry guys, I have brake pad anxiety). Service reps are fairly nice, respectful people. Very happy with the process. Not being that familiar with the Infiniti brand we did need to go in for a test drive, but in the midst of COVID wanted to make it as short as possible. By far the worst service department and body shop Ive ever been to. Ive had multiple experiences with them where theyve failed to communicate with me, theyve failed to fix what Ive asked them to fix, theyve ordered the wrong parts even after assuring me they ordered the right one, and theyve even broken something else while fixing what I took the car in for in the first place. Their sales team is solid, but take your car elsewhere to be serviced.
