Picked up some Glenmorengie Very Rare 18 YO Scotch. Sells for 200 in KY got for 110. Although the website stated 100, prices are set by the State. Dont count on the website prices.

They had an excellent selection - except the rum was a little light. The place is MUCH bigger on the inside than it looks like when you pull up. The staff is very helpful and knowledgable, like letting us know which items we were interested in were only available for a limited time. Again, the selection they had is not usually seen in this area.

I thought the store had a great selection. Unfortunately, when it was my turn to check out, the cashier did not say one word to me. Although I greeted the cashier, I wasn’t greeted in return. The cashier also didn’t tell me the price of my item (pointed credit card reader), acknowledge the end of my transaction, or give me receipt. I thought it was odd especially since they talked with the person that was serviced before me.

After calling roughly 5 gas stations and liquor stores looking for a specific cider I was finally able to find it at Centerville Liquor and Wine. They were extremely helpful even though they were quite busy when I called, they offered to call me back once they found it and did so quickly.

The inventory is good and they have some brands that can be hard to find. Always courteous and helpful.

All of the staff are good enough people except one woman who works there. A friend and I walked past the delivery driver and exchanged a few jokes. When we walked into the store 30 minutes later we were accused of foul play and told we had broken the law by talking to him.

They had some items that Ive been searching for a while to find! Not everything was on their website so Id recommend calling or going in to check.

Wonderful place to get craft beer and hard to find liquor. If you follow them on Facebook, they post pics of the new stuff the get in. Bring all the money you can.

I don’t call myself a great connoisseur of wine and spirits, but when I walk into a good store I can feel the ambience immediately. Centerville Liquor and Wine is such a place where you feel at home right away. The owners are very knowledgeable and friendly. It’s just the right size store where you can be in and out in no time. With a sizable stock of quality wines and liquors, you won’t be going anywhere else once you visit this place.

First visit to this store. Initially impressed by size and selection of products. However, when I asked staff for assistance with a particular liquor, I didnt feel the staff member had much knowledge about the product in question. Also felt the both staff that I interacted with lacked a bit of friendliness. I will stick with Arrow Wine in the future.

Any unique items are kept hidden behind the counter for the friends of employees. I would not suggest visiting this shop.Have stopped by twice now and asked for an item and told they didnt have it only to watch a friend of theirs walk in and get it handed to them. Shady tactics, especially for a state agency.Im not a competitor, Im just someone who hasnt made buddy buddy with your staff to score rare whiskey. Put the unique items on a shelf, instead of hidden, and I will remove my ACCURATE review.

Wont tell you what they have selection-wise over the phone. As other reviewers have said, they seem to keep item information secret even though the liquor is state controlled. Not worth funding a store like that.Edit (reply to store owner): No, the website does not update frequently enough to be reliable for whisky that sells out right away. The website shows some liquor stores having blantons even though its been sold out for a week at the store, and even still shows liquor stores that have been closed for some time. And no, I shouldnt have to drive 30+ minutes out of my way to your store every week to check for those whiskies. Thats a waste of gas, this is why telephones were invented. I was willing to do that drive if you had whisky that I wanted, and I would then pick up any other liquor I need at the time, but now I just simply wont drive the extra way for your store.

Great place with a great selection. Friendly staff and very knowledgeable. Location is easy to find on sr 48 in centerville. Plenty of parking and easy exits. I would reccomend this place. Always enjoy shopping there. Dont forget if you find this review helpful give it a like.
