I wasnt just a sale to her but someone she truly wanted to help find the perfect dress for & Ill always remember that!The salon itself was GORGEOUS and reminded me of those boutiques you see on Say Yes to The Dress. One thing I noted was the vast amount of dresses this shop had in stock! Id previously went to Davids Bridal and they didnt have as much selection, so this shop will definitely have you covered. Also, I especially loved when Rachelle led me into a room where I could not only get changed but slip into one of their cute, fancy robes! I was looking for dress for an event and went in to this boutique on a whim. Their selection of many beautiful wedding dresses was impressive. They also had dresses for events! She RESPONDS. 😋 I regretfully bought 2 dresses online that turned into a disaster even after alterations. This woman saved the day just 5 hours before my Sons wedding- I was dressed head to toe and ready to go!! My dress fit perfect in all the right places!! This shop was easy to get to-beautiful-has spacious private dressing rooms-huge variety-accessories and the best dress knowledge in town. After my online nightmare trust me- her knowledge and experience is truly needed for such an important event.

What a fabulous place! The owners were wonderful to work with. Martin listened to what I was looking for, and gave me a variety of options to choose from. He had ideas on dress alterations that I hadnt thought of and was determined to find the right dress for me. Rachelle was very patient while my bridesmaids and I talked about the dress in private. She offered a list of seamstresses and explained how to properly store my dress. She answered all my questions and listened to me concerns.They also have many accessories and veils to add any style of dress. I kept a record of the ones I liked for later purchase. They have non-traditional options which is what I was looking for and could not find in the 3 other bridal shops that I had previously gone to!I also appreciated that, for a small boutique, they have available hours to accomodate a busy schedule. I booked an appointment online, and received a phone call the next day to confirm. Available hours and fast customer call backs, were not the case in two other bridal shops I had worked with. There is something to be said about dedicated business owners like Martin and Rochelle!I would definitely recommend visiting Dress for a Day when shopping for that perfect bridal gown. Went in on a whim to find my daughter a flower girl dress today! This shop is absolutely beautiful and inviting when you walk in! The owner was extremely helpful and patient with my talkative 5 year old! She even held the littlest one while we put dresses on my older daughter. Being a mom of 2 littles and going into a bridal shop of all white was a terrifying thought!! What a phenomenal experience, Rachelle (my apologies if i spelled or got it wrong) was absolutely wonderful. I came in with ZERO idea on what I wanted. She asked some questions, and after 5 dresses, I found THE DRESS. If you want a very personal experience dress shopping, I would definitely go here. This was my first time shopping for a wedding dress and I have to say that honestly, this was the best experience I think I couldve ever had! This was my first visit to any bridal store - and what an amazing one! I was slightly afraid of not finding anything that I like but I just felt amazing in the first dress I tried. Rochelle is kind and patient. I cant imagine it was delightful sitting through while I video called my mom, but she was right there, waiting patiently for me to finish and helped me try on my dresses. Martin was super enthusiastic too! I loved the fervor with which he got me the gorgeous veil and the beautiful hairband. Recently had an appointment to try and find a wedding dress for me. The shop is adorable and the private room was more than I could have asked for. My family that joined me felt very included and comfortable. Im a plus sized bride and I never in a million years thought any store would have dresses for me to actually fit into and try on. I went in not knowing what I wanted, and not really wanting to be there. Trying on clothes is not something I like doing let alone with someone I dont know. WORTH THE DRIVE!! I was sad to find out they moved from Centerville up to BG. Rachelle was amazing and patient. She brought in dresses based on my vision and patiently listened as I picked each dress apart until she brought in the PERFECT one. My first being David’s Bridal where I left feeling more overwhelmed than before. However, the owners of this boutique, Martin and Rachelle, made me feel SO at ease and basically treated me as family. theyre also the sweetest couple together. They asked If I had a specific style I was looking for and price range, and then they both immediately found several dresses to meet my needs. They were both so unbelievably patient with me and kept up friendly conversation during the entire appointment... Not to mention Rachelle made me feel very comfortable as she helped me get in and out of dresses. I have definitely found the one, and I will 100% be back to try-on dresses again “for the first time” to please my mom and mother-in-law-to-be. I found my wedding dress at Dress for a Day and highly recommend for anyone looking to get a dress for a reasonable price with the caveat of making sure you ask for a female attendant if you do not feel comfortable being dressed by a man. Afterwards I looked up my dress‘ retail price and it goes forfor $2500-3000 which I bought for $750 (around $800 with taxes). It was also probably one of the more expensive ones (due to the mass amounts of beading) there so if you need even more affordable I tried on lovely dresses for around $300 too. The experience was very personal; I booked a time two days before. They do have an ever-changing stock so even if you don’t find something you are looking for then you can let them know and they will call you when they get something which matches the description. I think they also do rental bridal dresses but I did not go down that route. It was my first dress shopping experience and I was dubious about how many options I would have, but I tried on about 6 dresses in my sizes (6 bridal) and they still had more that I could have tried. The only tip I would pass on is that I didn’t realize I would have a male attendant. His name was Martin and he is the co-owner with wife Rochelle. Since I set up the apt with Rochelle and I haven’t had any other dress apts, I didn’t even think to ask for a female. He told meto get undressed & to take off even my bra. He was holding the dresses for me to get into and even though I am not an overly-private person (I am an OBGYN Nurse and spend a lot of time with undressed women) I did not feelcomfortable alone with a stranger inches from my body. Even my mom tried tocome in to help me get the dresses on but he just gave her a job to take her out of the room and then shut the door again. It didn’t feel malicious, in fact I think he just wanted to make it special for when I came out in the dress, but even in my clinic we always have female chaperones for when the woman is undressed so she feels safe—and that is with the confidence of knowing the man with you is licensed and held accountable. I would have thought the same consideration would be made in dressing. Everyone in my party could tell I was uncomfortable which did affect how I felt at the beginning of the apt but my mother-in-law-to-be found Rochelle and explained that they wanted me to be dressed by her. There was a smooth transition and I finally felt comfortable. They were a very attentive team and sent me away with alteration recommendations and a contact as well as a cute bubble bath product. Overall, great dresses and nice shop but just clarify if you want a female attendant.

Martin and Rachelle were so extremely helpful. I was a very last minute bride looking for that perfect dress. They got me in last minute and did everything in their power to help. They went above and beyond. I did not purchase my dress from them but the only reason was that I needed something that fit perfectly due to my wedding being in 2 weeks. They had 3 that I loved!! I would recommend them to any friends and family and am so appreciative for all they did to help. I wish I could have bought from them. Do not hesitate to give this local boutique a glance, you will be amazed at their selection.

They were not pushy about buying a dress. They helped me find three that I liked a lot. I was totally comfortable with them.

We absolutely adore this couple and love this place ❤️ They know exactly what to do what questions to ask how to make you feel they even had more dresses at their warehouse that we drove to. I told my daughter I love them so much I would have them come for Thanksgiving! They are fabulous and we loved our time with them and picking out a dress ❤️

Rachelle was so helpful today. I was a walk in appointment and felt very welcome. She had great suggestions and a lot of plus size dresses for me to try on! Whats also great is she has dresses you can buy and take home that day, which is super convenient. Mirror and robes in the dressing room made me feel at ease. Thanks Rachelle!

Absolutely amazing experience!!! We came in here randomly after eating lunch downtown and ended up finding my dress! Amazing prices for high quality dresses and the BEST customer service I’ve had. The staff was genuinely excited to help me find a dress that i loved and let my young sisters help in the process.

I heard about this Salon when they opened over a year ago, and have been meaning to visit sooner. My husband and I decided to renew our vows recently, so I decided to visit. The atmosphere is a true upscale boutique experience. More importantly, the selection of dresses are beautiful and affordable, and the owner makes the experience comfortable and enjoyable. She makes you feel like you are the only person that matters that day, an finding your special dress is her top priority. I can’t wait to go back to see new dress inventory!I went in the store tonight to look around, and see what new dresses Rachelle and Martin had. I bought a beautiful dress from David’s Bridal for my Vow Renewal the week before. However, it wasn’t giving me the feeling nor was it doing anything for my figure. (Thank God I can still take it back). Rachelle even remembered my name from when I was in the salon two months ago. There was an absolutely stunning 3D flower with pearls lace mermaid dress on the rack, when you first come in! I tried it on and it really looked good on me. However, I was very hesitant about it being a very low back. I wasn’t originally going to let my husband see the dress, but I really needed his opinion about the back. Rachelle and Martin showed us alteration optIons for the back, train, and the cleavage that I didn’t want to show. Rachelle and Martin are amazing! I love the atmosphere at the salon, and you feel like you are having a better than Yes To The Dress experience because of how they treat you! This is the best bridal salon I have ever been in! I am so grateful they are in my community!

I loved my experience here this weekend! The owner and her husband were super nice and accommodating to my bride-tribe who wanted me to try on absolutely every accessory under the sun!
