Excellent customer service from Brian at Batteries Plus Bulbs on Watson Blvd! We needed a new battery for an older cell phone. Best Buy wanted to ship it to California to be repaired. The Verizon store recommended Batteries Plus Bulbs. Within 30 minutes Brian had the phone fixed and working great. He was super friendly and helpful!
My experience from calling the store, interacting with staff, and the final result of my experience after leaving the store was first class and the best customer service I have ever had. From observing other interactions as I waited until my turn again was first class. These gentleman brought back the old school customer service which modern day is lacking. Great place to buy batteries
If zero stars was an option, thats what I would have rated Batteries + Bulbs in Warner Robins, GA. I scheduled an appointment online to go in and have my phone battery replaced. They asked what type of battery was needed at the time of scheduling. I showed up and they tell me its not in stock. So, they order it and I have it replaced a week later. The replacement battery was faulty so I went back in and they ordered another one and told me it would be there in 2 to 3 days. Here it is 3 weeks later and the battery has not arrived. I asked for a refund of my original battery so I can go elsewhere, but they said I have to come to the store. Everytime I called within the last 3 weeks for an update the people answering the phone seem like they have no clue what is going on. Absolute worst service I have received from any establishment.

I needed a key FOB for my car and I priced a replacement at the Car Dealership. I paid $93 at Batteries+Bulbs and the dealership was going to charge me in excess of $250! The price and ease of getting my replacement at Batteries+Bulbs is the reason this place is AMAZING!Please do not let dealerships rip you off! I had no idea this place cut keys and did programming for key FOBs. All I had to do was order/pay online. They send an email letting you know when the key FOB was there. I took my car in and the key and programming was done in 15 minutes. You do not get any better than that! GREAT EXPERIENCE! This store has all sorts of batteries for toys as well.
Please dont waste your time at this place if you need a key fob. The gentleman by the name of Phyeon will tell you anything to get you out of the store. Very unprofessional. I will take my business elsewhere and let everyone know this place is a joke.

Recycled fluorescent tube light bulbs. While there I discovered that they have the batteries for my motorcycle, truck, and cars in stock in the battery types I am looking for.
I went to batteries plus to get my iPhone 6 cracked screen fixed and so far my phone is working fine. Im satisfied with my new screen. My phone is just like new. Customer service was good. I have nothing to complain about. I strongly recommend.

Waste of time. At 4:55 Sat. 8/18/18, I ordered online a Duracell battery for my mower. It stated they had it in stock and at 5:08 I got confirmation email that my order was ready for pick up. Each email stated the item I ordered Duracell, etc.... Approx. 2 hours later Idrive down there, carry the old battery in, expecting to pick up my Duracell battery, so I can cut grass next day. The lady said can I help you. I tell her I have an online order. She pulls it up, I run the core refund onto my credit card and she finishes the sale. She then puts the battery on the counter so I can take it. ONLY then am I seeing that they DID NOT have a Duracell battery. They chose to stick me with a Ever Ready. If I had wanted Ever Ready, thats what I would have ordered. I tell her that is not what I ordered. She says, Well they did not have any Duracell.....Well....Ya think an email stating such would have been appropriate. Or just maybe mentioning it when I first walked in. She did not care. She did not say sorry or anything. Wasnt her loss. I will never go in that store again. I took my business to a different store. Who decides to give a customer a totally different item? Thats NOT how it works.....
Will even change your batteries in your watches for you for free. You just have to pay for the batteries.

Had my order ready on the counter when I entered the store. Had my core charge processed within 5 minutes of me turning in my old battery. Super nice, and made sure I was fully taken care of. I also saved $50 over local competitors. Will definitely consider them in the future.
I arrived at 7:50pm when the posted closing time is 8pm. The open sign was on with an employee sitting inside with the door locked. The employee refused to acknowledge me and wouldnt answer the phone either. This is simply unprofessional.
A little hesitant to go after reading a couple of reviews about service,being handicapped. Arrived and fell on the curb in front of the store. Before I was on the payment good both men from the store were helping me up. I had ordered online and they has me loaded and ready without even going in the store. Visited the store for the first time today. Two salespeople were on duty when I walked in and two customers were being waited on. As I looked at an item I was interested with questions I made eye contact with a salesman and waited patiently for him to complete the transaction with the customer he was waiting on. In the mean time another customer came in the store and the salesman chose to wait on that customer rather than me, I had been waiting at least five minutes. I left and found the product at Lowes for half the price. It was my first and last visit to the store.

We have a Black & Decker hand-held vac that we have used for over 8 years. it finally got to the point that the batteries would no longer charge. I finally decided to take it apart to get to the batteries. There were 10 of em about the size of extra large AAAs all wired together. I took it to B + B store and they didnt hesitate...Yes,sir, well take care of it for you. They were friendly, too. Instead of buying a new vac, we just replaced the battery pack and saved ourselves almost $80.I highly recommend Batteries Plus Bulbs in Centerville - just down the walk from Del Taco.
Went in to get a screen replacement for my phone and am very satisfied! Staff was very helpful, patient, good at communication, and replaced the product when I had an issue with it a few days later. Would recommend!
I ordered the battery online, i got a 10% discount for doing so plus I got a $10 mail in rebate. I actually purchased the battery cheaper here than going to Wally World. I got to the store and the battery was sitting on the counter, I gave the worker my core and I was out the door in less than five minutes. Installed the battery in my mower and cut my lawn. Great experience and will definitely go back.

Went in looking for led bulbs and was met with attitude. You’d figure since the place was empty they would be ecstatic for the opportunity to sell something. Nothing there I can’t get from Amazon, without the attitude.
Poor service and they dont have any inventory management policies - I scheduled a phone battery replacement a week in advance as a birthday gift for my girlfriend. I called the store 3 days prior to the scheduled appointment to pay for the service over the phone. The employee that I spoke with informed me that they were ready for our appointment and I purchased an additional screen protector for the phone. When my gf went in on the day of the appointment with her phone at the scheduled time, they informed my girlfriend that they used her battery for a walk in customer that came in that day, and told her she could drive to Macon to get the battery or if she wanted they would go! Of course my gf preferred them to go to Macon (Im shocked that they would even suggest for her to as this was clearly their fault). My gf ended up giving them her phone and that took 4 additional hours for them to complete versus the original eta, altering out plans for the day. Also, when she arrived to pick up her phone she was told by one of the store employees that she forgot to put her screen protector on and asked her if she was comfortable in doing it herself. This neglect in service standards and store policies impacted her birthday gift far more than it should have for something was scheduled so far in advance. I attempted to speak with the store manager several times, (he wasnt there on the scheduled replacement day) and when I called to speak with him I was just left on hold for a long period of time. This store seems to have issues, beware in selecting them for your business, they may just ask you to drive to Macon regardless if they know youre coming for a reserved part!

Originally I had an issue with Batteries Plus Bulbs because of some damage that happened to my iPad when I went in to have a new battery installed. I was quite disappointed with how the management intended to handle the problem. However, I spoke with a member of upper management on the phone and was very appreciative that he listened politely while I told him of my situation. After listening and then conferring with his superior he was able to get a very fair resolution to the situation... for which I was quite grateful. If you experience any disappointments with the service you receive I believe that you will obtain a fair resolution if you will be HONEST and take the time to speak to those who have to make difficult decisions.I deal with the store located in Columbus, GA. The local manager is a fine man and will do whatever he is able to do to help you to get the merchandise you need or to resolve any difficulties you might have later on. The upper management individuals associated with this store and others in the area are cooperative and concerned that they offer the finest service along with quality products. I believe that Batteries Plus Bulbs is a good place to go when you need batteries or other related products and would recommend that you try them before choosing anywhere else to shop. Personally, I will continue to shop there when the need arises.

This store, and the employee were a life saver. I was in desperate need of a battery replacement on my Sturling watch in order to use the next morning for my the LSAT. After trying Walmart and other jewelry stores, none would touch my watch due to liability (sturling must not be a common brand). Poor customer service, very rude and unhelpful on the phone. My son was stranded when his jeeps battery went out. I was sick at home and he was 20 miles away in Centerville, Georgia. So I opted to conveniently pay for a battery online and he could pick it up in the store. After AND ONLY AFTER I made my purchase did it show me the message that I had completed my purchase and to PLEASE BRING MY ID AND CC USED TO PURCHASE BATTERY when picking up the battery. So I called and spoke to someone and explained my son was stranded and I had the CC here, he has no way of coming home to get the card. She was very unhelpful and not sympathetic at all to my teenage some being stranded and she said he can come and get the battery if he has your CC WITH HIM. I asked for her to refund my money and she said her manager would have to do that in the morning BUT I WOULD HAVE TO COME IN STORE WITH MY CC AND ID!! Hahahaha. What an online convenience!!!! Why open a cooperation where your techs dont even show up to satisfy your costumers . Some people actually drive a good distance to only get turned around because they havent properly trained your current sales rep! SAD!!!!!!

When I called to see about bringing it back in the girl on the phone was very hesitant, asked if Id dropped it again or anything, which I hadnt. She then tells me I have to wait three days to bring it in because the guy who repaired it wasnt there. I decided to just take it to an Apple Store. Lesson learned.

I went a few weeks ago to have my Iphone6 screen replaced, asked before I made the appt if the screen was a Apple screen because my device was still under warranty. I was told that it was a week or so later my iPhone started resetting itself and sometimes not responding so I contacted the store and the manager had me to come back so that he could replace the screen again. Well after a few hours I was still having the same issue! I contacted the store and was told to keep him updated on what Apple says once I take it there. Well I drove 2 hours to take my device to the Apple Store only to be told that a 3rd party screen had been put on my device so my warranty was voided . I contacted the store and spoke with some lady who was extremely rude she yelled and so on and then hung up the phone and never answered again. May I add that my iPhone is the only phone I have and it is very important that I have it for work. I am extremely disappointed because now I am stuck with out a phone because the device is not responding at all now not to mention I bought my iPhone at full retail price so 600.00 is now gone and I am stuck with out a phone.!!!!!!!! And last but not least I was also informed by Apple that my screws are not in my phone. So whoever fixed my screen left my screws out of my device and now the iPhone has crashed . I have only had my phone 3 months.
