Excellent service and delicious beverages and chocolates. Our barista was especially patient given our indecisiveness at the counter. We bought some chocolates on his recommendation and did not regret a single choice. There is a closed room for meetings and the decor is warm and inviting. During the summer there’s a patio, though you will be next to the drive through in the land of oversized trucks and SUVs. One thing I might have missed—unlike other Winans locations, this one may have not sold wine(?). Someone correct me if I am mistaken!

Never had a bad cup of coffee from here. The guy running the window to day around 8am was absolutely fantastic. He welcomed me we a warm greeting. Asked me how my day was.

Nice sitting arrangements, including a meeting room, if you wish to. Close to major retails, hence could grab quick to drink and then continue shopping. Good stuff.

Great alternative to glorified star bucks. Plus they have all kinds of chocolate

Worst experience ever. Spent 45 minutes in the drive thru with only 2 cars ahead of us the entire time. The employee taking the order then told me she already had my order when we had never even been greeted. Coffee was cold when it got to us. Leaving one star because there isn’t an option for zero.I will never go back again.

Good Winans coffee place with clean and cosy atmosphere... they have bigger variety of sweets in this place than any other Winans in the area... very friendly staff as well...

Great place to stop for great coffee. I usually go to the store on Far Hills in Centerville. I was in the area to do some banking and shopping and realized that there was a Winans right up from the bank. They were all so courteous and friendly. Ill definitely be back there.

Best coffee in town. Their brews are leaps and bounds beyond what that green mermaid can offer.

Waited 5 or so minutes for our order to be taken. Not sure if it would have taken longer because I called out to remind them I was there. When I got to the window to pay they took another 5 minutes to come to the window. They didnt ask for my phone number for rewards or anything. This is the only location Ive been to that either doesnt ask for my number or does it after the transcation is completed. It took close to 5 more minutes for them to hand me my order of one hot mocha and one pumpkin pie latte. Both were burnt. This is the closest winans to me, but I dont think I will coming back.

Went into my local winans to grab a quick cup of coffee and something to eat. Ended up staying for the great atmosphere and the excellent customer service that Carrie gave to us. She was awesome and made the whole experience that much better! I will definitely be back.

Coffee is good but drive thru service is always extremely slow. So dont go if you are trying to get somewhere..

I just plain love this place! They make a bevy of delicious hot drinks (Seriously, I can get a dark hot chocolate!) And, since they make their own chocolates, you know anything with that ingredient will be better than most. And, as I just said, they make their own yummy chocolates so you can grab some of those while you are there. I particularly like how they make milk and dark chocolate versions of almost all their confections. Their stores usually have a really nice inside sitting area thats comfortable and smells great. This particular store actually has a meeting room that you can use. Now thats my kind if meeting!

I love Winans ❤️ this is my go-to coffee place. I love the iced mocha latte with almond milk. But their seasonal drinks are on point as well! If you really want a treat or a frappuccino I recommend the Buckeye Frappuccino. Its amazing and coffee, peanut butter, and chocolate really do go together!

Always delicious coffee and the chocolates are scrumptious!!! Their rewards program is a nice perk! Employees are pleasant and do a great job. Love the drive-thru as it allows me to grab a coffee before doing a large Costco run across the street!

I always enjoy Winans coffee. The staff was a bit frazzled as it was one person running drive through and the inside counter and the parking lot was a bit odd to find. Good spot for a quick and delicious coffee.

I come here a LOT (probably a little too much), to order a sugar free buckeye frapp with extra flavor (everyone who works here knows my drink:)). This is hands down the BEST Winan’s I’ve ever been to (and I’ve been to plenty, trust me!). The staff at the Wilmington Pike/Bellbrook location is AMAZING...ALWAYS providing exceptional customer service (every one of them), not to mention they know how to fix my drink. They’re a blessing...check this place out; lots of keto/sugar free options!

Great coffee, but very overpriced. Chocolate is really good!! Traffic.... well getting in and out of the parking lot can be difficult at times. I recommend driving around the building to exit at the light.

If anybodys ever heard of Sees Candy from the other coast this beats all! Since I usually stop over there for a little drink and snack before I have a nail appointment and I dont want to have to brush my teeth again I just rub the chocolate on my thighs cuz thats where its going to end up anyway LOL. Great place great drinks and they even have a little room if youre having a meeting you can sit in. Fabulous staff!

I wish the baristas wore name tags so I could tell you the name of the guy to specifically avoid. He was brusque, aloof, and borderline rude. We were there for an activity in the community room and next time, I wont be wasting my money on a courtesy order or logging into their narrow-band wifi.

Winans is one of our favorite places to get drinks! Weve had many different mixed coffees, chai (both frozen and hot), smoothies and chocolates and everything is always delicious!

Coffee is not bad but the concept of a drive thru obviously doesnt register on the staff who works here. Have been sitting here ten minutes.

My cold brew was a bit weak, but good. Service was nice.

Bad service. Waited 15 minutes for a peanut butter frappe. Wouldnt tell me price of it at ordering station. this location doesnt accept the reusable sleeves, Groupon or Winans rewards so theres really no point going to this location if you ask me.
