Super over this location. It’s close to my work so I come here the most. It’s SO INCONSISTENT. My coffee never tastes the same EVER. I paid nearly $8 dollars for a large iced coffee and it’s mostly sweet milk! Super over coming to this location. It happens so often. Expect 1/8 of your coffees to taste like it should. I don’t care about the lines at Dutch bros, at least if you go there your coffee tastes like it should. 🙄Edit: I went back to get it remade and again, it tasted the same. Still tasted majorly like only milk and they weren’t friendly or apologetic. I’m done. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Staff is friendly. Coffee is mediocre and always overly sweet. Tried their chai today and asked for an added shot of espresso. Got an Oregon chai with no espresso.In the girls defense, she gave me the option of their house chai, but she said it’s sweeter than what people are used to, so I opted for the second option. Just bummed I didn’t get my espresso shot and paid $7 for something I have at home.This is the 5th time I’ve gone. All 5 times my order is wrong and lacks all around. But they are very friendly and nice.

Have so many unique drinks to offer and the inside has seating with wi fi.

I was visiting from out of town today (2/28) and stopped in here for some coffee. The two employees behind the counter were very friendly and fast with my order. Great place and good customer service!

Ordered the cafe mocha and it was like half mushy cookie crumbles and half very sweet coffee - I wouldnt order this again but I would try something else. Came in to work remotely but probably would not do this again because the AC was set so cold, my partner and I needed to leave to bask in the sun and find a warmer place to work :P

Just went through the drive thru like 40 min ago and the girls there are great, the beautiful girl I spoke with recommended an almond joy like iced coffee that was on point! Id say my new favorite!!!

I ordered 3 drinks. All were supposed to be medium and all 3 were iced Mr. Bs with whip cream. I received 1 medium and 2 smalls. None with whip cream. I contacted the store and the associate said I could stop by the following day to receive new drinks made correctly.The associate who assisted me was so rude and would not honor what was offered to me unless I could provide a receipt. I informed the associate that they did not give me a receipt or even ask me if I wanted one. This associate would NOT budge until I showed her this “non existent” receipt.She finally asked how I paid and if I could show her my bank statement. The fact that I had to show her my bank statement to honor what should have been done right in the first place...I can’t believe that the employee honestly asked to see my bank statement before she would even consider fixing the drinks. I only ended up getting 2 drinks fixed since I received one medium the previous dayExtremely unprofessional and honestly embarrassing! I won’t be returning.

I love my coffee and love Beans and Brews. I can not figure out what is wrong with this location. They are constantly out of items. Can’t make frozen drinks, can’t make iced drinks, can’t add an extra shot of espresso. It’s a coffee shop! How do you not have espresso?! In summer, no ice? I keep going back hoping it’ll get better but after today I’m done with this location. Someone needs to get this place in check, it’s giving all of Beans a bad name. So disappointing. It pushes you to Starbucks across the street. Side note if the manager reads this: Post a list of the drinks you can’t make at the opening of the drive through. Nothing worse than being told they AGAIN are out of something and you’re stuck waiting in line for nothing.

Way better than Starbucks and half the price. Also, food tastes better. My only suggestion would be to have pull through parking for food orders to speed up the drive through service. But once the covid bs is over youll have your lobby again. Anyways, thanks for the awesome coffee

Ill start off by saying I love Beans & Brews, but this location has to be the most inconsistent with their drinks Ive ever visited. The staff always asks what I ordered when I pull up to the drive thru window, as if my order got lost between ordering and driving to the window.I typically order the same drink every time, which is a Mr. Bs. You can plan on getting a well made drink 1 out of 5 times. Whether its burnt espresso, lack of white chocolate added in, or just a combination of both.Perfect example happened today. My wife and I both ordered the same Mr. Bs. Hers turned out great and tasted just like it should. Mine tasted like burnt espresso with water added in. This just shows how inconsistent the baristas are at making drinks.I will no longer visit this location any more. I will wait for the closer location to open up in bountiful soon. Til then I will go to Dutch Bros where Ive never had a drink order taste bad or made poorly.

I love beans and brew!! This location? Not a great first experience at all. We ordered 2 large coffees. Mine was iced my husbands was hot. We waited in the drive thru for 20 mins and then finally got up to get our drinks. Mine was ready, had to wait like 10 mins for my husbands and then it was a small. We paid for a large. But at that point my husband was so annoyed because our baby was crying in the backseat so we just left. And my ice coffee was just awful..

This place is great. Very fast service and the drinks were made to perfection. The employees are also very helpful and friendly.

This place used to be good but now the staff they have messes up my order almost every time. And now with the shortened hours there is a long line and you are lucky to get a coffee before they close. Can’t wait for Dutch Bros coffee to open

I could give cero but is not that option. I order a coffee and bisquet and way for 30min and nothing. Went I ask for it the only said that the are going to make it. 😡😡

I dont know what it is, but their mocha is one of the few I found that doesnt make me sick, whether or not I remember to get it dairy free.

Well I thought Id give this place a try instead of following the crowds over to the dutch bros up the street. I ordered a copper freeze frappe, a hot mr. Bs, and a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant. Not sure how the hot mr. Bs was because it wasnt for me but the other two items were very disappointing. The sandwich was made as if no one cared and just threw it together. The egg was literally more than 50% off the croissant. And the frappe was the worst tasting coffee drink Ive ever had. I came home and had my brother try it and he said the same thing so I literally threw it away.

Good place, however the close at 8pm on weekdays! It is a good idea to double check their hours before you head over. The staff and hot cocoa are good. Very clean location. But 8pm! So early! The parking area is a little dark as well.

How do I leave 0 stars? Hoping the new one in bountiful would be better than centerville. No large cups and unwilling to substitute. Then Im trapped in the drive through unable to leave while they take 10 min getting the car in front a ice water. Did they take so long to make a point?

Long wait. Bad customer service.I visited this location today around 10am and had to wait more 37 minutes to receive my coffee! I wanted to leave after realizing the drive-thru line hadnt moved for a full 10 minutes, but because of the way its designed, I was already blocked in. When I finally got to the window, I asked (politely) why it had taken so long. The girl said only they were short-handed today. No apology for the long wait, no other explaination, she did not even speak to me with respect or in a nice tone. If they were that short-handed and knew the wait was going to be really long, I feel like they should have put out a sign or something warning people about it before getting in line at the drive-thru. In the very least, they should have apologized for the long wait and provided better customer service. I will most likely never visit this location again.

I ordered two large caramel frappuccinos this morning. They didnt have a drop of coffee in them. They didnt answer the phone when I tried calling them.

I used to love going here lately not so much. There are two of the people who work here and are always great but lately there have been other people who are rude and today I went here to get coffees and food and their burrito was still so frozen and took them about ten minutes to heat it up and its still not even cooked also charged me more than usual for two coffees and food too.

I love the coffee here and the employees are always very nice. This is a regular meet up spot for my friends. However, I have a baby now and they do not have a changing table, so I don’t come as often because I don’t love having to get on the floor of a public restroom and lay my newborn on the floor to change her. I know it doesn’t effect everyone, but it does deter me from wanting to go there

I absolutely love this coffee shop and all the employees Ive interacted with going here!I used to avoid this location because it was usually an aggravating experience. The employees either seemed miserable or pompous most of the time and would act annoyed if I took too long with my order. Im thinking new management? Because all the employees seem to have amazingly positive attitudes now. They seem to genuinely enjoy their job and their customers now.The times Ive seen them have difficult customers (customer service can all too often be a thanks job with entitled jerks for customers) they just take it in stride and dont let the jerks get to them.I highly recommend this location! Its 100% because of the staff!

Amazingly friendly staff and great coffee!One quirk, 3 times in the past week or so Ive ordered a latte. On all three occasions I was delivered an iced latte. Today I ordered a latte and qualified my order with NO ICE. They gave me a ice cold latte in a cold cup without any ice. What the? Thats not what I ordered.I asked the friendly gal if she knew what a latte is. Shes said, its espresso and steamed milk. OK, then why are you continually bringing me iced lattes? I also ordered a cup of coffee and it was piping hot.I think the employees could use a refresher on the difference between latte and iced latte and likely other hot/cold drinks. Small details make a huge difference.

Good luck beating the drive up line by going inside. Apparently if you go inside they act like you don’t exist. They WILL forget to make your food and wait 20 min before saying “it’s now in the oven” july 26th 1230pm

I have been going to this location for years, over that past 6 months I haven’t had one order right! I hate leaving bad reviews, but today I went to get two drinks and a sandwich. Both the drinks are undrinkable, I went back in to have it remade, and it turned out even worse than the first one, and a worker with a bad attitude. I sure hope things change, because it is so disappointing!

A short lived run of quality. This place used to have better coffee and service, both have gone down hill noticably. They changed their brew and the flavor of their bean is different. If you get something with a syrup in it, it tastes like theyve gone cheaper and are now cutting corners. Their staff is less friendly, and the feel of the place isnt as welcoming. What can you expect? Theyve gone to a chain-like model, theyre pretty much the Walmart of coffee in the area.

Very comfortable environment with sofas inside and tables outside. Quiet and not overly crowded... very good place to meet for friends and conversation. Very friendly workers. Limited pastries but numerous options for frozen & iced drinks....only House Blend & French brewed coffees...we love it & visit almost daily..best coffee place in Centerville.

Ive been a Beans & Brew fan for a number of years. For the past five, Ive used this location as a place to work and connect with colleagues. The service at this location has always been 100%. Its a great atmosphere and serves some quality beverages.

I go here when the Starbucks line is too long. The coffee menu is not as big, and the quality is pretty inconsistent. Sometimes youll get a delicious drink, other times a burnt mess.

I love this place I can get a larger coffee that tastes amazing and spend less than a smaller coffee that is only half filled at Starbucks! Plus if you have there rewards card you can get free coffee! Umm yes please.

This place is great. Everybody Ive dealt with has been nothing but polite. Best coffee around for sure, and their bagel sandwiches are dang good. They have a cool rewards program, too!

I have loved going to beans&brews over other cafes for at least 9 years! I really love the (Mr. Bs) but I have had a problem with more than one location lately!.. I tell them specifically to the last detail how I would like my drink! They acknowledge me then commence to make it how I told them not to! Very tiresome having to repeat my self a second time and have to wait longer for them to fix what I carefully explained the first time!... makes me want to frequent another place!

Comfortable atmosphere and great service.Im a hot chocolate drinker and its always great here (and yes, some places have found a way to ruin hot chocolate).Ive tried some of the food and its very good as well.

I currently reside in Delaware..visiting n Utah. Verrryy picky about my coffee. They were very patient with me, made samples for me to try, but then I saw Ginger Peach tea on menu and settled for that. Thanks for your patience and awesome customer service !!

This location is consistent and makes a good cup of coffee. Only downside is on Sundays they dont pay attention to the drive through. So go inside otherwise youll just sit there.

I love their beverages and their service is always excellent! The staff are friendly and I am always greeted with a smile at the drive thru window. I would visit more often if their prices werent so expensive. A large beverage with tip is as pricey as a full blown meal.

Great biscotti. I ordered some in bulk! I dont drink coffee and was in a desperate search for Caribou Coffee hot chocolate but there arent any in Caribou Coffe places in Utah. Thats how I ended up here. It was ok. The hot chocolate wasnt as good as Caribou Coffee hot chocolate, but it was ok. One of the staff (I think she was a boss of some sort) was pretty angry at the worker that served me. It was very uncomfortable. I liked the guy. He made a mistake but it wasnt a big deal. Everyone does. They needed more seating ans maybe it would have been more comfortable for me. I kind of liked it.

The staff here are so friendly and helpful. I wish there was more locations closer but is worth the drive for sure!

First time try bean and brew i thought is something, but coffee just tasted like home made like the one you bought from grocery and mixed them your self lol, no quality like big name.
