The food was great as usual. I love that I can go to any In-N-Out and its consistently good at a reasonable price.

In-N-Out Burger is the best fast food burger. If you have never been please note the line is always really long but it always moves incredibly fast. My favorite off menu item is the Flying Dutchman. It is two burgers and cheese and that’s it. Each bite you get to taste the salty goodness of the burger.

The food was great and the service was fantastic! I hadnt been to an In N Out in about 3 years so my Double Double Animal Style hold the tomatoes with Animal Style Fries was amazing! I even got another Double Double to have for dinner later after my drive back home to Idaho. Pocatello and Idaho Falls would be perfect for future locations!

This restaurant is consistently one of the busiest in the city. If you are visiting during peak meal hours, plan for a minimum of a 20 to 30 minute wait to finally receive your food once you arrive (inside or at the drive thru). The quality of the food is good, and order accuracy is generally acceptable as well. We have had a few messed up orders, but our overall experience has been positive.

You know, when you wait forty minutes in line, I don’t feel that it’s a lot to ask for the burger to at least be cooked through. I would go and ask for a refund or a replacement meal but unfortunately, I don’t have another forty minutes to waste waiting.

Rev up those fryers cause I am sure hungry 😋 these burgers are really good especially with a shake! One of my favorite places to eat when I’m down here in Utah!

We had some great food despite it being super busy! Ella was out walking the drive-through line taking orders and she was very friendly. We got some double doubles, grilled cheese and my oldest got a 4x4 which he scarfed down no problem!

Burgers were not quite cooked as much as I would have liked them to be. Fries were like paste. I think oil was not hot enough when they were cooked. Line moved fairly quickly in drive through. I think the overall quality and taste has gone down in the past few years.

Quick service. Cashier patiently took our specific secret order and got everything correct when reading it back. Requested extra spread on the way out and they obliged without hesitation. Went inside for takeout instead of waiting in the caravan that was the drive thru.

In-and-out is worth the stop. Its a great limited menu place with amazing shakes and burgers. I love the atmosphere and the service.

We stopped here after our trip from the mountains and it was delicious. Very filling as burgers are big and made fresh to order. The special sauce is a plus too! They box the orders to ensure ease of eating while traveling. Id highly recommend this place on the go as they are filling and affordable.

Its in-n-out burger and despite the long lines of cars being more like in-n-idle-4-30-40min that should speak for itself. Unless you dont like burgers of any kind. in which case we should respectfully agree to disagree despite the fact yer going to burger hell.

Went there at a busy time and they handled it very well we got through the long line very fast which was good since we were in a hurry to get to a real salt lake game and didnt want the food at the game.

Honestly... not a fan of the fries at all. So many people are crazy about them, but theyre weak, skimpy, tiny, and tasteless to me. The burgers are a good fast food burger though, and I do love the shakes (strawberry and chocolate are bomb). Animal style burger is tasty, and staff is always energetic, cool to see a fast food joint moving so quickly.

Always great employees who have positive attitudes with a passion for excellence and perfection. Hamburgers are always tucked in ready to eat, shakes are simply the best in town and the fries always have the crispy little guys in the bottom that you want to share with your loved one (my wife and I feed each other the little guys!). This location is close to the freeway but a pain to get to because everyone and their mom seems to use that exit. The food is still dang good though. Avoid the French fries because they are usually soggy but the burgers and shakes are great. In n out spread will take your burger from a 5 to a 10. Animal fries are pretty good also. I would definitely recommend in n out but everyone knows that because it’s good stuff. Cheap and tasty. Can’t get that combination anywhere else I’ll tell you that

This is the SLOWEST in & out i’ve been to.. i was the only person in the drive through and got a single burger & it took more than 10 minutes to get my food out…. it’s sad because they usually have a reputation of being fast & so i rely on them to get my food quickly because i only have a limited time for lunch…. :/ disappointed

Was very, very busy. No available seating and a line out the door. The staff was efficient and got our order 100% correct though so we were perfectly happy to take our food out to the car to eat.

We always have pretty good experiences with this company. Good at keeping tables clean, sweeping, and taking garbage from tables when they can. Food is always fresh and very yummy.I wish there was one closer to me!

Tasted great, fast for how many people that were in line in front of us. You just need to know if you are coming here around a meal time expect to wait. They will get you through faster than other places that may have that many people in front of you.

Fast and delicious, as expected of in n out. When we got here, the line was out the door. We were ordering within 10 minutes, and had our food 10 minutes after that. Amazingly quick, and with no mistakes.

My first time at a In-n-Out Burger to see what everyone raves about. Its not a bad burger but definitely over rated, bonus point for the toasted bun negative points for the almost invisible beef patty. If I visit again I would definitely get one of the secret menu options to see how it stacks up.

What can I say about In-N-Out. I was raised in Southern California where I was able to have it whenever I wanted. Now living in a state where I do not have one I make sure anytime I go to any state that has an in and out we stop and we get ourselves a double double animal style with animal fries. The menu is simple and they have definitely perfected a good hamburger.

Fries - Animal style - are a national treasure, along side the double double. Very delicious meal without feeling heavy or artificial like typical fast food.Always well staffed and they move through busy lines quickly. The McDonalds next door should take notes.

They were busy, but they were fast. The staff there was so nice and I was very surprised with their customer service in such a stressful time. The guy cleaning the tables was so nice and took his time to talk with all customers as they approached him or as they were passing by. He was overheard multiple times telling customers if they need anything to let him know which you dont really hear in fast food.

Great location and I havent had any problems since they moved in many years ago. Yes the drive in lines are epic long on weekend nights but that is to be expected. Service is fast enough considering the hordes of people who come here.

The customer service is always good at this location. The accuracy of food is always met. The food tastes fresh and even with a very limiting menu, you can request your hamburger to be made with your choice of topping and I have never had an order that was wrong. The secret menu is a fun bonus. The animal style fries are my favorite! The lines are always long at this location. On this visit the employees kept cars moving and the speed of receiving order was a lot better then past visits.

Its a good burger. Worth the hype? Again, its a good basic burger, but it wont be everyones top burger. The nostalgia with the uniforma is fun and the service was great!

The staff were all friendly and helpful, our food was out in a reasonable amount of time with it being during lunchtime, and you could tell it was extremely fresh. Was it the best burger and fries I have ever had? No. But was it a delicious meal for a good price? Yes. Happy to have had this “west coast” experience.

Theres a reason In-N-Out has been a smashingly successful private company for almost 75 years offering essentially three menu items: Burgers, fries, and shakes an no parfaits, salads, nuggets, wraps, or other nonsense. They succeed because theyre the best in the business.Many a modern consumer says Youre not succeeding if youre not willing to change with the times. #BS. In-N-Out is proof positive that if you do something well sustained over the better part of a century, you dont need to change. Ever.

Overall this place was good. In general I dont think that In-N-Out Burger deserves the hype that it gets because there are better burger chains out there, however that being said, their food was good. This was my second time going to this location. The place is very crowded and very busy, however I feel that they got my order out in a reasonable amount of time. They got my order right first time every time. The staff is professional and very expediente. I recommend to anyone who hasnt been to an In-N-Out Burger, that they at least try it once. It is worth the wait in line.

We went to In-N-Out for a quick lunch. Even though the line was long, it moved quickly. My boys ordered usual items like cheeseburgers, I love to order the Double-double, animal style, protein style (with grilled onions and special sauce, wrapped in lettuce instead of a bun). We also upgraded our fries and ordered them animal style as well.

Excellent Burgers! They were even able to do a gluten free burger for my fiance. The french fries are gluten free too!!!
