Saturday night 8pm. Busy drive thru. We walked right in, the only ones inside. There were at least 4 workers just as busy as bees . Friendly guy at counter took our order and at least 3 people worked on our order consisting of only 4 items. We were in and out in record time. I was very impressed! Everything was made as ordered and as usual, tasted delicious. We visit family in town each year and after this experience, we will be back.

My husband & I went there last night and my husband requested a medium chocolate cone and it was very small so my husband commented and the owner stated that is how big the medium cones are. They are not that small at other Dairy Queens . Also, I requested extra whip cream several times there and they never add the extra whip cream. I dont care if they charge me for it but I want extra whip cream. Also, after pulling away last night my husband discovered his cone was chocolate on top and vanilla on the bottom. Owner had made a mistake and started putting vanilla in the cone and realized it was supposed to be chocolate topped it off with chocolate instead of throwing the cone away and starting over or making the vanilla for someone else and gave it to my husband that way.

They make great desserts. Enjoy them every time.

Dining room needs opened up this is just to save them time from having to clean and deal with people in two different areas. New ownership is cheap sizes are not the same. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else. This is not the old DQ of Centerville. Heck going to Kroger’s and making your own beats this nonsense. The miamisburg DQ is 109 percent better just not close.

Good ice cream, priced far too expensive. Consider that a sundae costs about $2.29 cents, two small cones dipped in butterscotch just cost me over $6. As I was getting ready to leave, some man pulled up ran in and grabbed an ice cream cone then gave my niece a very dirty look.

Portion size is terrible for paying over $4 for a brownie treat...why even bother with a lid? My husbands small cookies (?) & cream blizzard had so few cookies in it - it looked like vanilla ice cream - he asked for a few more crumbled cookies on top and the Owner/Manager made him pay for it! The Owner/Manager hovered over all his employees afraid they would give a customer a regular size portion - NEVER going back.

We have come here several times and I dont know why. I guess because they are close to home. They are tight wads. They give you VERY LITTLE icecream and few toppings too. I couldnt believe tonight how little of icecream was on my cone. We probably wont come back for awhile.

Authentic Italian pizza. For anyone wanting an experience the textures and flavors of pizza in Italy. And also top of nyc pizza. Unassuming. Will catch you by surprise. The signature la margarita pizza is my fav. All are great. And the pizza chef is so authentic and likable. Its a must stop in Manhattan.

The food was mediocre at best. One of the bbq sandwiches tasted like it was day old and reheated a couple of times. Chili dog was no better. Only the shake and Blizzard were worth going to get.

I ordered a slushy and it tasted like straight syrup, it was mostly liquid and barely any ice. Literally made me nauseous trying to drink it because it was so sweet. I won’t be going back to this Dairy Queen.

This is the local go to for Blizzards, Sundaes and Shakes. Service is friendly but sometimes the speaker on the drive-through is tough to hear. Beware Thursday through Sunday nights. Expect a long line in the evening. Especially on warm nights. If you dont see something on the menu, check the DQ web page for other specials. Love the Blizzardshere.

One of the best places to get ice cream in town. Line at drive-thru is always long but they serve customers quick and are friendly. Theyre also generous with their portions.

Went to go get an Orange Julius the other day and the line for the drive through had approximately 30 cars. First I thought that it was going to take forever. Fortunately it only took about 10 min. Very quick drive thru!

An awesome place to work! The workers are friendly and helpful. There are a lot of yummy options to choose from. The store is kept clean and will accommodate to nut and gluten allergies. The atmosphere is calm, yet up beat. The store is open year-round with seasonal blizzard flavor changes.

Its a very friendly and respectful area. All employees are hard workers and always moving around fast to get things done, by asking each other. That shows unity and togetherness. DQ also kept well cleaned. Its a great feeling to be here, love it!

What a great experience bought the mega chili dog combo, thought it would be just one for the price but was two with chips and a drink. Brought back so many memories for when I was younger and the Mom, Dad and daughter that were working very polite, professionals and courteous, wishing future success for your business. Will be returning!!!

DO NOT ORDER CAKES FROM THIS LOCATIONI called to order a birthday cake on Wednesday to pick up the following Tuesday. Even though I stated I was going to pick up the cake on Tuesday, I received calls to pick up the cake on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.Whenever I did pick up the cake, it had the wrong name on it. I said that the name was wrong and was told by the store representative the name was wrong since I waited to pick up the cake. What??? I told them that I didn’t need the cake until Tuesday. Whenever they did change the name, the incorrect name was sloppily wiped off and handed back to me with a condescending grin.Believe me, I understand mistakes happen. But to blame the customer for a stores error is absolutely unacceptable.

Just ordered a pecan turtle blizzard. What I got had dark mint chocolate. I called to complain and only told I had to come back. No credit and no apology. I didnt even mention that it was more of a milkshake than a blizzard. We tried to spend money at this place during the shut down but I guess quality isnt a priority for these owners. Save your money and hopefully they will sell the franchise.

Its a touch dirty and the staff didnt know how to split the bill between card and cash, but overall no issues. Tasty blizzards at a *decent* price. The ramp to get into the parking lot is quite steep though, my car bottoms out if I dont take an extreme angle.

Soft serve was really soft. Most of it melted before I got home. Prices are decent.

I order the same thing every time and get something different every time. Portions are always different. My order is usually wrong but the window is closed before I can say anything. I’m going to find another place to go.

Without question, this is simply the BEST Dairy Queen!! Paresh and Sangita make us two sheet cakes every month to take to our friends at Assisted Living for their birthday celebration. And EVERY month, they take the care and attention that one would expect if it were their own cakes. They are absolutely incredible, caring people and I dont know how they manage to make each month just a little sweeter than the last.Theyre one of a kind in the restaurant world and we love them just the way they are!We live out of town, but we always honor this DQ with our business ... thats how very remarkable PARESH and SANGITA are! Very disappointed with recent experience and will never be back. Obviously Centerville location is under new management, I have ordered birthday cakes with this store many years in the past and always been very satisfied. This year my cake cost double, myself and husband both recieved unfriendly poor customer service, and the cake fell apart before it even reached my home 2 miles away. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

I think this location is either under new management or new ownership, because they are skimping on their toppings and whipped cream and did not even give me a spoon for my sundae in the drive thru. I am doubtful that Ill return. Its not like it used to be.

Have been to many different DQ’s but never experienced this kind of treatment. Bought hot fudge chocolate brownie without fudge and when asked, received response arrogantly asking to pay for more money. Just the worst customer experience. Not even following minimum DQ standards. Not even going to this place again.

We love DQ! This is a regular stop for my family during the summer. My son claims they have the best hot fudge. I like the Blizzards, they always seem to have a flavor of the month too. Clean store, prompt service.

Eating ice cream is a big Splurge for my husband and I. They didnt have the blizzard we both wanted because they were out of it, then when we ordered our second choice, we wanted it made with chocolate ice cream and they didnt even have any chocolate ice cream! Then, when we got to the window to pay and pick up our order, they were out of lids!!! We are so done with Dairy Queen!

Great service and exceptional ice cream cones...especially when they are double dipped! Very clean establishment.

Manager is horrible. Gives 1 punch on punchcard per visit versus number of qualifying items. Puts hardly any candy in the blizzards. Employees are great but manager is all about profit versus customer satisfaction. We now drive 7 miles to another DQ which is much better service.

VERY UNFRIENDLY STAFF. Upon arrival, no one was cheerful or friendly to greet us. We’re impatient when my children ordered for themselves. Then they were very rude when I tried to tell them the Reese cup candy in my blizzard was too hard and stale. They weren’t kind at all and did not want to replace it. The old staff was much more nicer.

Went through the drive through and asked to add pineapple to the brownie batter blizzard that I ordered for my son. The young lady that took my order acted like I asked for 50,000 dollars and said what!!?? I ordered a small chocolate sundae at the drive thru. When they handed it to me, I thought it looked odd because the chocolate was in the middle vs drizzled on top. I thought they had layered ice cream on the bottom, a layer of chocolate sauce and another layer of ice cream on the top. When I got home and began to eat it, it was apparent that they had just coated chocolate on the surface of the inside of the cup giving the appearance of a layer of chocolate . I had to scrape the cup in order to get any chocolate on my spoon. If there was 1 tablespoon of chocolate in that sundae, I would be shocked. Very disappointed.

New management / owners have really brought this location down. They are very skimpy on the toppings / ingredients. I PAID for extra sprinkles on my kids ice cream and still had to complain about the lack of toppings. I hate to say this, but we will be going to another ice cream shop from now on. Sad to say after almost 15 years.......

Long, long wait at the drive through. 10min plus. Maybe just a bad day but that was my experience. Blizzard was good though.

Not sure if they even have a manager working most of the time. Went through the drive thru, I was told to wait just a minute at the speaker, waited 15 of those minutes before going inside to order. I got inside just to be treated as if my patronage was a hassle, I mentioned the speaker issue to alert the kids working about the issue just to get an attitude and eye roll about them not working drive thru so whateverTypically slow service before this, but this was the cherry on top.

DO NOT ORDER CAKES FROM HERE! Ordered a cake online for my daughters birthday. In the special request section, I wrote in to make a change that they couldnt do. Didnt bother to call me. My personalization (Happy 9th Birthday) apparently couldnt be done. Didnt bother to call me. Manager came over to totally explain their process (in way more detail than anyone would ever care) but was yelling the entire time. I even told him to lower his voice. He even told me additional problems with their online ordering. At no time did he offer a discount or anything to correct their failure. Now I have a cake for my daughters birthday that sounds slightly stupid (Happy Birthday 9th) and no time to order another one.I only gave 2 stars because a 1 star is never go there. You can go for ice cream, but not cakes! 🙁

Would not recommend this Dairy Queen. Drive thru wait time always seems to be an issue. I waited for 47 minutes tonight only to be told that they could not make burgers or chicken fingers. I would have pulled out of the drive thru after ten minutes of waiting, but the drive thru does not allow for that (no way to exit but to proceed all the way through). Also, I asked to speak with the manager about the wait time. He was not available so I asked for his contact information and was told that I could Google it online. The consistently long drive thru wait time is not worth it.

We never got food at this location, but the ice cream tasted great and the drivethru staff was very nice/got the order correct. Biggest complaint was the drivethru line and it going slow.
