I usually buy here for things I need or have sharpenings done, etc. I have a Craftsman riding mower with a Kohler engine that needs work, likely warranty, as it is only 2 yrs old. They wont touch it because its on a Sears/Craftsman mower. These are actually built by MTD or another company that builds the majority of mowers in the US. Who cares what frame its on, the engine is what needs work. They are listed on Kohlers list of Expert repair centers. I probably wont be back. You lost a customer

Ive bought Stihl products and Toro products from them. What Ive experienced is their service dept. performs poorly. Their shop rates are high. Theyve demonstrated an inability to fix the problem on the 1st attempt which means a 2nd trip and more time without the product. They do not consider the inconvenience of having to go back a 2nd time. Ive learned to google all repairs before taking it to them. Good chance you can learn online how to repair it at a fraction of the cost..

I’m a homeowner with a lawn obsession and love for Gravely & Stihl products. I feel like Centerville Gravely treats me just like I’m one of their best commercial clients. They are patient while truly trying to understand my needs and offering the best advice and service. I will always use Centerville Gravely for my yard machines and tools. Kyla & Steve are the best!

No complaints... Centerville Gravely was pretty much top notch when I bought some equipment from them recently. I was replacing some homeowner-type lawn tools that were damaged in my move to Centerville, and I was happy to find the new equipment I needed was in stock and ready to go. The staff there was attentive and helpful, and I particularly appreciated how Donovan the technician went over all the dos and donts and explained the proper operation and maintenance. Donovan was extremely professional and thorough, so I feel pretty confident that if my lawn stuff ever needs repairs Ill be able to count on him to get it fixed it right.

I bought a Toro walk behind about a month ago. Ive made the mistake in the past of buying from the big box stores only to have a mower that lasts 2 years and nobody wants to work on. I visited Centerville Gravely and learned more about mowers in 30 minutes than I learned in 50 years at the box stores. I am now in the market for a backpack blower and again,They get my business. I cant say enough about their customer service. Keep up the good work!

Very pleased with the service I recieved! I have a 30 deck self propelled toro. Turnaround time was 4 days, so I didnt even miss a mowing. The repair tech was knowledgeable. The staff was friendly and even gave me ideas on how to maintain it so it will last longer. Ill be back!

Sometimes the service is good, other times service seems lazy. They have the equipment a decent amount of time to fix the issue I take it in for but I keep having the same issues over and over again. Each time they say it is fixed. This is the fourth time I have had the same issue with this mower. Hopefully this time is is truly fixed. Make sure they actually write the items down not just say Ill put it on the ticket. Ive gone to pick the mower up without that item being marked down on the ticket. They dont seem to go through the mower to make sure the belts, pulleys are working correctly when you have service done. I thought when you had a tune up and say check if there is anything else it needs that was what it was going to get. Not so. Now I have to take the mower back for yet another problem I thought they would check when I had it serviced. I appreciate them getting the mowers in and out relatively quickly but now I have to take it back and probably be without my mower for yet another week or two. Glad I have a backup mower, it is older yet it works every time. Not a Gravely mower btw..

Great family owned businesses. We just had a new motor put on our zero turn Gravely and its awesome. Again the motor failure was all my fault, for ignoring the noise and tryi g to finish my lawn.I felt like the price was more than fair, and the job seems to be well done.

I wish I had seen these reviews before doing ANY business with these people! Con-artist would be the best word to describe it and then on top of that you can include rude!! I would highly advise against doing business with these people regardless of your situation. If you do, it will not be a pleasant experience. I live a mile away from them and I would go to Cincinnati if I had to............

NO STAR. They claimed to have fixed my snowblower and promised me that they tested it after repairing in summer 2016. The gas tank was empty when I picked it up from them and they assured me they ran it to empty and it should be dry. I never filled the gas tank or turned the machine on that year because there was no heavy snowing in 2016-2017. I tried to use it for the first time last weekend (January 2018) and the entire gas fell through the carburetor area. I took it back and they are asking for more than $100 to repair a machine they supposedly fixed already. Their original repair tag is still on the machine. In my opinion, this is not honorable business practice. Beware.

Went in for the second time over multi year period with the same lousy result. In this case, i was going in for something generic as opposed to a specific Gravely/Stihl part. Something landscape professionals would need for sure over the course of a season. The Counter lady cant simply say we dont carry that part or suggest where you might get one. Instead you get a bullcrap story that basically says since your not going to pay us an arm and a leg for a simple task, we WONT help you. Oh and you didnt buy a Gravely. She must be a family member, because based on other reviews, she costs this place business i guarantee it.P.S. My neighbor has a gravely zero turn and it leaves grass on top of their lawn and big clumps when it turns. Dont they have mulching blades or is that just the crappy cut a gravely gives.I wont be back a third time no matter how desperate i get.The jokers at Sears are at least polite.

I have used this place for parts for my commercial gravelys but try to avoid them if I can. The lady that has always answered my calls over the years tries to challenge me each time by asking for serial numbers when it is not always necessary. I have called while on the road with no way to get her the info and she always acts like she cant be bothered to look up the part anyway. Its like she tries to avoid selling you the part. Even if you have the serial number she will find some way to make you feel like you dont know what you are talking about. I tried to make friendly conversation when picking up a part today and she ended up telling me how ignorant I was for using toro blades on my gravely. Even though the blades were identical in dimension. She acts like a know it all and wants you to know thats she is smarter than you are lol.
