The process to get signed up was quick and painless.We we shown the unit and the property and units are clean, easy to access and secure.Signed up for a 10’x10’ unit that is a very good value on a month by month basis.

The on-site manager Hayden is very personable, very efficient at his job, he knows his business and whats available. The premises are kept clean and secure. The storage units that I rented were clean inside, the roll up door worked very easily, and no sign of animals or insects. It was and is a good experience renting here.

Had a great experience! Offered all the different promotions and said which one would be best money wise for how long I was planning on using it. Very friendly! We came in close to closing time not knowing what time they closed and still helped!

Don’t rent here unless you want your rates doubled 3 days after they assure you that your rates won’t be increasing this year. Blaming market rate increases for the hike when it’s $40+ more than anything else local. Been a customer since shortly after this location opened, don’t make the same mistake, I won’t be using Extra Space again.

I found the service was very helpful, friendly and efficient. I was able to set things up over the phone. They patiently answered all of my questions and went over the info. with more than once per my request.

The only complain I have about renting here is my rate went up without knowing it. I called and was told that could happen at anytime. When I rented I was not informed of this.If I had known I would of stayed in the storage unit I was already in. That one was the size I could park my truck & trailer in. I was only paying $100.00 a month. I didnt need that big of one the 2 or so years I would be gone. If I knew this one was going to cost so much & keep going up in price I wouldnt of moved.

Selected my unit, setup my payment plan, and received my entry/exit code online and in a few minutes. Very easy.

I lost my keys and really helped take care of getting it out and taken care of.

They will get you in with a good price upfront then increase your monthly rate by 42% with only 30 days notice. I will never rent here again.

The facilities are decent, but in the course of just a few months they raised the price on our small storage unit from $45/mo to over $100/mo. So we canceled. A 5×8 unit is not worth $100/mo.

Finally decided to get one storage unit and so far this company has been amazing with their services. Derek the manager is a great manager really cares about us as customers. I fully recommend this company if you are looking for storage

Rachel was very helpful and nice. Ive never had a problem with this Centerville office. It has been a very good experience. I have had problems with a couple places we have rented from. I hate when things are so complicated and not clear for what you are paying for. This office was easy and clear about everything. They have extended their helpfulness to make it easy for me and I have saved money too. I will definitely use them again in the future.

This is my first experience with storage units and I’m almost 58! And for a first timer, this company absolutely shines. The response to online reservations is lightning quick. Shaina set me up with maps and gate codes she texted to me so I could look at the units on my own before I decided. And I’m so glad she did as seeing the units, I did need a bigger one. She got me set up with what I needed so rapidly and she was such a pleasure to work with. The units are clean and the property is great, and just off of I-15. WARNING! Bait and Switch! Rate will increaseListen, you get what you pay for as the old adage goes, and I patiently waited out for the correct opportunity to rate this storage facility. As it turns out, my gut feeling was correct, they are all slimy snakes in the grass and do what they can to get you in the door, then rip you a good one. For 4 months I have been using their services, heres my high level take for what its worth:Pros:- Clean facility- Secure (so far)- Very Accessible- Friendly Employees (a bit pushy)- Good Value (up front)Cons:- Dishonest- Shifty Customer Review tactics (more on this below)- Corporate feel, corporate runLike many of you, I look for the better deal. Which at the time just happened to be a great rate offered by ExtraSpace. First of all, I cant count the many many times I was asked to leave a review right away. Youll notice these little QR codes all over the place in the office. Yeah, theyre links to google to leave them a review. They pushed and pushed and I simply refused since I clearly hadnt even used the facility as of yet. Extremely pushy and I hadnt even signed the contract yet. Oh, and apparently I was also told that I should expect to see a rate change every 5 month, not a conversation I recall having, nevertheless today I got slapped with an increase. Keeping in line with current market conditions is what they claim. A phone call proved futile in pleading my case, the rate increase is inevitable. As such, this is a warning, there are so many other storage facilities out there, but unlike those other facilities ExtraSpace seems to always have availability...hmmm... If you find a better rate somewhere else I would bet they honor the price for the length of the contract, unlike ExtraSpace who WILL INCREASE every 5 months on the dot.

Shaina kept me informed on the availability of a specific unit size that I was looking for, which was much appreciated. Dave was also very friendly. Would recommend if professional and friendly service is important to you.

I was able to get a storage unit the day that I called, and a unit within a mile from where I lived. They even drove me around to see all the different sizes before making my selection. As for signing and making everything official took about 10 - 15 minutes. What I really like is you only have to give a 10 day notice to move out. Everyone who has helped me has been truly kind and willing to help. I have had other storage units in the past and this is my favorite so far.

Easiest storage rental Ive ever been to. Quick and easy to get setup. Michael was awesome and very helpful. I rented an outdoor space for a motorhome and you cant beat the location right off I-15. I should also mention that corporate customer service is stellar and helpful in finding local storage for exactly what you need.

We rented a storage unit here while we were in between moves, and we had a great experience. Shaina was so helpful, the check-in process was very simple and easy, and our unit has been perfect for our needs. She even drove us around to look at a few different sized units to ensure we found the right fit. One night we came to drop some boxes off and the gate code had changed. The number provided was on Eastern Time, so they werent able to help us. We called Shaina and she was able to assist us right away, even though it was 9:30 PM on a Friday. Thank you for your excellent service!

We had a great experience from start to finish with the Centerville location! Super quick and easy to sign up. We regularly saw employees riding around, keeping an eye on everything, and it was super easy to “move out” of our unit when we didn’t need it anymore. We’ll use Extra Space again for our storage needs!

Clean and neat office. Staff was friendly and nice. I gave them four stars because of the sales pitch. Great rates, but you have to have insurance, which is additional money.

Horrible horrible people to work with. I was hung up on when I asked why I owed for 2 months when I just paid the month before. They wouldnt answer the phone after that. They locked me out of my unit claiming I was 32 days behind when I was paid and up to date 32 days before that, then told me I was 2 months behind. I finally got in touch with a manager Monday after losing 2 days of moving because I had no access and nobody to answer the phone to help me. There are so many traps in their contract. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU HAVE $600 A MONTH TO FLUSH DOWN THE TOILET. They are truly horrible, horrible people.

Even though Shaina force me to buy a lock and made me walk to a unit, she still managed to put a smile on my face. She is friendly and her customer service is amazing! The facility is clean and well maintained. I wouldn’t rent anywhere else!

Because they were doing renovations they reset the access codes. Did they send me an email? No. Did they call and tell me? No. Did they make it easy by just having a number I could call to get an access code? No. What they did is told me that I had to come in when it was convenient for them and get a code. Why I have to be physically present in their stupid office during the time I work to get a code is beyond me. Find a facility that cares enough about customers not to jerk away their access and make them jump through hoops to get in.

Needed a place to keep everything after moving states. Mike was great to work with and offered the right sized unit.When moving in, I had broke the key in the disc lock on the moving truck door before getting it off making it impossible to open. Mike helped me out by cutting the lock off right away and earned himself a lock sale so I could get back to my move.I left my belongings in a climate controlled unit which was easy to get to, plus the building had motion lights and carts to use.When it was time to move out, Mike was straight with me about how much longer the unit was paid for. I was able to pack things out as easily as it was to pack them in. If I needed storage in that area I would use them again.

These guys are awesome! I walked in the day of and got a unit! Keep in mind that you’ll be paying an extra $16.50 a month if you don’t have storage insurance, and there is a $24 one-time upfront administrative fee, but first month free and month-to-month after that!

The team at the Centerville facility was great to work with. They went out of their way to accommodate me while I was out of town and had the perfect spot waiting for me when I got back. Highly recommend this facility.
