I wasn’t even there for 20 minutes and the kind man who helped me, Albert, tested my battery and got me a new one installed. Thank you guys for all your help and your kindness. No masking, no sale. I went today to buy RV batteries. Not only were none of the staff wearing masks, they looked angry that I called them on it. One of them actually said to me, We dont have to. So I left and bought $500 worth of batteries at Batteries Plus, where they have more respect for their customers.

Went here 4 or so months ago got 2 new batteries is my pick up. Today went in had new battery put in the suv. Everything they are extremely fast friendly helpful nothing but great people and service here wouldnt go anywhere else. I love that place! So helpful. I wasnt sure if it was my battery or alternator going out, so they tested both. My battery had a dead cell and alternator tested ok. I was actually really surprised at the quality, speedy service. I expected to be ignored while I carried my own two battery cores in and then left to wait at the counter while they handled money making customers. Instead, they came out to my car and got the batteries immediately and wrote it up and cashed me out in less than 5 minutes total. And all with excellent & polite manners.

They come out to your car, check your battery, ask you how long a life (of the battery) you want, then very quickly...voila! your battery is installed and youre ready to go!! All in less than 15 minutes!! Courteous and knowledgeable!!

On 2/28/19 I purchased a NOCO Genius G15000 battery charger at this store. As the salesman was showing me the various charger models, I noticed that one listed at $99.95 on the shelf label had a paper price tag showing $90.00 attached to it. As the salesman was talking to me, he tried to scrape off the $90.00 price tag.The G15000 wasnt on display, so the salesman had to go out into the warehouse to find one for me. He told me the price was $189.95, but the package had a price tag showing $160.00 attached to it. When I asked about it, the salesman told me that the $160.00 price was from the home show the previous weekend, and that he couldnt honor it. If I didnt desperately need the charger, I would have left the store without it.At the very least, this is a case of sloppiness (i.e., someone forgot to scrape off the home show price tags), or at worst - dishonesty (the salesman knew he should sell it to me at the marked price, but didnt). The bottom line is that the salesman should have realized the mistake that was made by leaving the home show pricing on the battery charger packages, and honored the price.My wife called the store the same day regarding this issue. She left a message for the manager, who was not in. We never received a call back. She also called the Interstate corporate office - the person we talked to said she would relay a message to the owner of the store, but we never heard back from that contact either. I sent a letter to the store on 3/22/19, but again - not even the courtesy of a response.I know that this is somewhat of a one-off situation, but I was obviously hoping that the store would make this transaction right by charging me the home show price. In the end, not even a quick note or call to let me know that wasnt going to happen? Wow . . . pretty lame.This was a very disappointing customer service experience. Weve purchased a few items from the Interstate store over the years, but we wont be back.
