Nothing is ever available. Nobody answers the phone. Pizza is unavailable 99% of the time. Cashiers don’t even care about anything. This 7/11 is terrible at best.

I have grown up in central point and have been going to this seven eleven since I was a young child. I have usually had good customer service and once in a while bad, but you get that everywhere you go. Recently an employee named CASEY has been assisting me and making my day a little bit better with his positive attitude, calm demeanor, and wonderful conversation. It is a breath of fresh air to say the very least and I for one am happy to see it. The store itself with its cleanliness and updated look gives it 3 stars, but it’s the service and employees that are what gives it that something extra. CASEY is an amazing worker and stand up guy and he is that something extra that helps me in my five star rating. To the owner and management of seven eleven I must say you made the right choice in hiring him and I believe he can go far if he is given the proper guidance.

Usually love this place since the new guy started not impressed one bit hot dog had to expired was gross and the bun was hard as a rock😔

Great workers but when i drove my friend who had been drinking for taquitos. There were only two and they were pretty sorry looking. So we went for chili cheese dogs to find the cheese was out too. I didnt know it takes 30 minutes for taquitos.

Out of All Medford and central point 7-Elevens this one by far is the best service and Definitely on point with the Cleanliness. They keep their coffee full at all times and everything is properly functioning.

This place has got to have the best maintained coffee bar in the WORLD.. !! Always plenty of fresh full pots & an ultra clean area. Nice work... and thank you... !

The girl that answered the kid prank calling 711 is the best worker and person I ever met

Quick, always stocked, slurpee drinks seem to be maintained and Flavors rotated better at this location. The store manager is always helping out with local kids and their sporting events.
