I purchased a 10 gauge shotgun on gunbroker from this company what i recieved was a model 1840 chopped up musket that was in very poor condition but stayed it was a shooter 8(. Evidently these people have no idea what they are selling legendary arms but have no idea what a shotgun amd a musket are. This isnt the first time they have done this as per feedback from others on gb. Pretty sad people dishonest thieves!

Terrible communication. Terrible customer service. They say they take pride in not being a pawnshop but what does that mean? Pawnshops have better customer service. You give no information on your items and basically say take it or leave it

The owner was amazing, shes so knowledgeable and helpful. She did a private party transfer of a firearm and a background check($30) and it went smoothly. She has a rule which is you can go up to any gun, even behind the counter, (the cases are unlocked) and check out the firearms. She even lets you use her FFL license to have a firearm shipped to her shop($30). The inventory is absolutely awesome, used guns in good condition with no mark-ups like every place in Jackson county.

Ive used several other local FFLs with varying results... but this place is consistently great. Their transfer fees are very respectable, and their inventory is always really impressive... however the thing that really sets them apart (for me) is the consistently great customer service. I always feel valued in their store, and free to browse without ever feeling like a burden. For me personally - its these little things that set a business apart. Kudos!

Walked in with cash in hand to buy a carry revolver today. After we were ignored for a good 10 minutes by both female emloyees, we had a chance to examine the bubble jet printer kindergarten cut outs featuring inflammatory and racist political rhetoric plastered all over the store and front door. We promptly left and bought the same exact gun from Black Flag Armory in downdown medford. I give this place 2 years before they are a memory. Just like guns-r-us.

Friendly gun shop Ive ever been to. Cant wait to give these folks money again. Ladies, there are fellow ladies here whom work here. You will feel very comfortable.

Beautiful place. Definitely has some legendary firearms in stock! Most importantly donated safety bullets to support local Friends of the NRA committee who do an annual dinner to support local shooting ranges, events, and safety. Kudos to the owner!

Helpful at first, but after I ordered and my weapon came in her uneducated paranoia closed her shop while all others stayed open, she was very rude to me when I suggested options not only for me but that would help other customers, eventually I had to have another gun shop owner go get my weapon taking up his time and resources, I do buy 1 to 2 guns a year and I will never use them again but believe me the other shop owner who helped will get all my business and anyone else I can tell
