Had to close the account due to my mom’s passing….the remaining 70% of gas left is NOT REIMBURSED…personally I feel like they misled us in believing it would be when that day came…

Bums were supposed to bring my gas yesterday, never showed up or called. So I call again to see whats going on and they tell me now its going to be tomorrow. Thanks guys, 2 more days of no heat or hot water and I cant cook

The service at this location is almost as bad as the service at the Eugene location that is the only thing that is worse 1 star

You cannot reach these people...office is closed and locked...do not answer the phone...!

Ferrellgas is my GO-TO propane place. They installed my new tank and always give me the best price on propane. Everybody there is totally professional and great to deal with.

They helped me piece together in my whole van conversion propane system from the tank all the way to the water heater and two burner stove.I’m stoked I came to Ferrellgas
