As a local contractor I have acquired product with Hughes many times. They’ve always been very professional, fast, and well priced. Plus any company putting ads out that make woke liberals cry has my business!!! 🤘🏻🇺🇸🤘🏻

As a woman I find your ads very disturbing exploiting women, it never fails in a male oriented trade. There must be a better way to improve your ads where you want to include us females doing a hard days work. This is the 21st century for Gods sake.

Hate their horrible tv ads with someone’s wife “attempting” construction. Stop putting these trashy ads on tv it makes your company seem childish and sophomoric. Wouldn’t shop here based on the ads alone.

Great customer service, came in looking to save a few bucks on really hard to find and expensive cedar 16ers, they were 60 ea but the youngman went out of his way to find a few beat up ones for 10 bucks, saved me 200.00 and i was able to make a few rough ones workable... thx guys

Consistently GREAT service here. Employees are consistently friendly and go out of their way to find just what I need. Lumber they sell is top quality: they sort through to make sure everything you receive is excellent quality. Employees in yard are absolutely busting their behinds but somehow always find a way to be friendly and helpful. Not sure how they find such great folks, but keep up the good work!

At this point and time, we have sent off two complaint letters to Hughes Lumber, Dennis Rawls owner, and have not received any type of response. The last complaint email sent to Mr. Rawls was dated 4-7-2020. This company appears not to have any customer skills, nor do they care about customer service and return customers. I have instructed my contractor not to pay the quoted receipt given until such time that we receive a written response back from Mr. Rawls regarding our complaint and issues. Future customers beware of un-knowledgeable staff regarding Timber Teck products and pricing and poor limited product displayed.7-5-2020 update to above: Mr Rawls still has not contacted us but instead had one of office staff make a phone call to us. It is very apparent that customer service is not a strong key issue with Mr. Rawls. It is a good experience for us that we now know that companies that have been in business this long, in the area, does not always mean quality! Warning, we suggest that small infrequent customers should look elsewhere for products since it appears that Hughes only likes to deal with bigger orders and companies. Dont really understand how Hughes Lumber could stay in business this long with this type of customer service and attitude.

Friendly staff, family run business. I ordered some materials for a deck cover and they were nice enough to deliver it for FREE and when the manufacture shorted some of the roofing they still delivered the shorted items at no charge. Very professional outfit. I highly recommend this business
