We have been absolutely blown away with the service and product provided by TCS&G. We walked in with an idea in my head to honor Trooper Schaffer from the WSP who was killed in the line of duty less than a day prior and had a completed design and rush order within hours to deliver to our first responders in the area. The care and service provided was top notch. The quality of the product was fine but staff were indifferent and aloof at best and bordering on abrasive. None wore masks while working directly with me as a customer.

They did a full custom wrap on my truck that turned out amazing. The customer service was impeccable and pricing was great. Highly recommend this place

Reasonably price, but less than stellar service. I called for a quote to have them make invitations for me. The main lady asked me to email her the information, and the design. I went ahead and than asked her to confirm she received the email. She said she did, and than told me they would be done in a couple hours and she would call me. Four hours later I was in town so I stopped by. She said rudely that they had gotten behind, and that she would call me. I waited another 4 hours and called and she told me she never received my email, like she had originally thought. I resent it, and she said it would be done first thing in the morning. When all was said and done it wasnt done till 3:00PM the next day. Disappointing you want to shop local, but you dont always get the service you would like. I would recommend Staples or Sign Pro.

This place is massive and can take care if any order. I love the local support this place does.
