They have the absolute best deals! Like theres a whole section of 75% off merchandise almost every time. I can get fancy good smelly gourmet soap there for less than it costs at any generic big box store. Well worth the Stop and I make sure to go every time Im in the area.

First visit to the bath outlet and I couldnt remember the name of the spray I would have loved to have purchased. Overall, they have some really good sales on clearance items, large selection of discounted candles, perfumes, mens colognes, and discontinued items that they still sell. I love the selection of lotions & hand soap that were in the clearance section for $1.50! Lots of yummy fragrances. The woman that assisted me ?her name started with an m....kind&helpful! Thank u4 being kind&helpful!

Looking for a special flavor Christmas foam soap and found lots of other seasonal scents instead. We will be back at the Xmas season for our favorite flavor.

Bought alot of body spray and lotions, good prices and great fragrances, customer service was great.

I always make sure to stop at this outlet. Sales are great. Employees talking amongst themselves made it hard to find a couple items but I ended up scoring here like I always do.

I mean its bath and body works. You go in and for like three weeks after you smell a mix of Christmas and that one girl you used to know WHO JUST LOVES PARIS! Happily my daughter liked the Christmas stuff. I got some hand soap that smelled better after I could smell again. Didnt have cinnamon in it at all.

The shop is an outlet store. Before going there I didnt know that Bath and Body Works had outlet stores. I didnt browse, as I normally would in a Bath and Body Works. I went in for one reason only, to get Twisted Peppermint hand soap for the holiday season. So, I cant give you a full comparison to their other, non-outlet stores. But the outlet was about the same size as their other stores, with seemingly the same amount of product. As usual, staff was attentive, helpful and friendly. I do plan to go back sometime, when Im not on a mission. Lol

I love their Semi Annual Sale, it gives me a chance to stock up and also to get fun things for gifts so your always ready for a last minute party, what lady doesnt love Bath and Body works and all the amazing smells! It just makes you feel special to have a signature scent!

Yummy smells from the minute you go in the door. This is an outlet store so they often have some of the retired fragrances you may love!

Went in during end of year sale. Covid precautions in place obviously. Sale items mixed in with regular items so you MUST ask for help to determine what is actually on sale. Employees were nice, bellflower and quick to find what was asked for!

The things that smell good are regular price. The non-sellers are what is marked down.

Erik and Bekah (manager) have horrible customer service. They told incorrect information and took no accountability of it. At 5:30pm i came and i asked what time they closed and he (Erik) said 7pm. When I came back at 5:59 they told me they are closed and they couldn’t let me in, not even for a quick 5 minutes. Their hours on the window, online, and employees are incorrect. Even though I drove 1hr and 30 minutes to come there they still didn’t take accountability of it. HORRIBLE service from Bekah and Erik. Don’t waste your time there, they workers clearly don’t know anything about their job.

I love this store!!! Great deals on candles! I only stop in when the 3 wicks are $12 or under and they have a great selection! They always have clearance items available for 50-75% off AND they let you use your coupons ON TOP of sale prices! Very friendly helpful, staff as well! I stop in here at least once a week and am never disappointed!

I know the holiday times can be stressful but the associates here did not even check in with us. I expect someone (when there are at least 3 not helping anyone) to at least ask if we need help. Or signage that explains all the nuances. We bought something thinking it was a unique bathbomb, it was not. Love the products but not the service this year.

Love, love love this brand. Smells so good when I go in that all logical thought flees, and I always end up spending much more tha I should. Candles are astonishingly fragrant and wonderful. Ginger and cardamom products are my new favorites, please dont discontinue them!

Went there for the first time. Was very helpful, prices were reasonable. Bought a couple of gifts on sale for a friend of mine. Liked shopping there.

This outlet store had such a good selection of discontinued products, I was in bath and body works heaven! Most products were at a very discounted price too! For the most part the employees were nice with the exception of one girl who had a bit of an attitude. Other than that I would highly highly recommend stopping here to shop since the price is good and the selection of them were amazing.

Many of the employees were very helpful. One even guided me in the right direction during the sale and showed me where a better deal was. Unfortunately the cashier was very rude. WATCH YOUR BANK ACCOUNT !!!!!!!!!Was charged twice and I live an hour away, had to drive all the way back with receipt and they would take care of it. Finally found the time to take care of it the next day and was told that they didnt do it the bank charged me, so went out and called my bank and they said they didnt do it so had Bath and Bodyworks print out a receipt and in it states one charge at 6:59 and the other at 7:02 but for some reason they still didnt do it, so having to dispute it and will take 10 days for something that should have not been such a problem.SO AGAIN WATCH YOUR BANK ACCOUNT AFTER SHOPPING AT THE OUTLET IN CENTRALIA WASHINGTON !!!!!!!!!!!!

My wife loves this place. Like all Bath & Body Works, theres a ton of smell throughout the store. Its pleasant smells, but it can be a bit overwhelming. Great products and prices make up for it though. Friendly staff at this location too.

Staff is always super helpful and friendly- sometimes a little to anxious to make sure youre doing well amd can be overbearing. Product selection is great, almost always an awesome deal to be found. Shop here frequently, would recommend.
