Every single one of the employees I’ve interacted with so far make me soooo so happy, they all have the best customer service. Michelle and Sean (I’m so sorry for probably spelling that wrong) were both so thorough and helpful when I came in a couple different times looking for things. I’ve only encountered Zura over the phone but they were so willing to help with my questions and even called back to double check that they had returned my call from earlier in the day, since it was a busy day for calls and they forgot to cross my name off the callback list🥰 every one of them has been openly considerate and dedicated to helping me! thank you all!!

I was treated really well by the staff at Smokin Js. I came in to get some advice and assistance for a vaping device for my father who is a life-long tobacco user and was smoking the rest out of his house (hes older and has taken to smoking indoors with the windows and doors closed). They were very patient and helped me get a vaping pen that would accept both nicotine and cannabis oils (he also needs pain relief). The next day I had to call back for advice on how to keep the oil from spilling when my father switched from one oil to the other and they were very patient and helpful. We solved the problem and I was on my way. I found their prices reasonable and the staff knowledgeable. I will definitely go back. Many thanks for their help!
