I was highly underwhelmed with my experience at this establishment. I am a soft spoken fellow, but am usually heard when desired. Despite this I attempted to catch the attention of 2 different clerks and only succeeded once eye contact was made. They seemed disinterested in helping the younger patrons, but would nearly immediately greet the senior patrons upon entry. Hopefully this was just an off day for the store.

We went in actually intending to buy a pair of work shoes. The staff were following us around pretending to do something near us. Felt discriminative.

New Balance shoes are great if you have hard to fit feet. The store though has limited sizes and alot of shoes that didnt sell elsewhere (ugly). The prices arent great, but there is usually a buy 1get 1 50% off sale or something similar that will offset the prices if you want to get several pairs.

Great Service! Took them under 10 min to find me 2 pairs of new shoes to replace my old running and workout shoes

The only shoes I can wear because neuropathy. I got new insoles there also. Very helpful staff. Ill be back.

Great selection of shoes. Staff kept the place neat and clean. The shoes we wanted had to be ordered. That only took a few minutes and by the time we got home we had an email confirmation that the shoes had been shipped! well get them by Friday. Great service!

This store has horrible customer service. When we entered, there were 3 employees up front, none of them welcomed us in. We were the only people in there at 12:30pm and not one of them asked us of we needed help.

The store seems small compared to competitors however they do have a good selection.

Been a few times but this time the selection was very good & they had lots of help .1st ever I saw (& bought) a pair UW colored (Purple) 990 shoes .

The sales people are actually trained and knowledgeably answer questions and ask you questions to get a perfect fit, even for those of us who have less than perfect feet.

They cant help you with fitting os sizing. They cant touch you or your shoes. Mostly just a help yourself or place your order for home deluvery.

Clean and tidy. Did not have the new balance shoe I was looking for. Music was far to loud and it wasnt for the older customer

Great selection and friendly service. The associates are knowledgeable. We particularly liked one associate, Jackson. He helped my husband find shoes that fit him in a style we liked, which isnt easy, and he maintained friendly banter with my always-teasing husband, which also isnt easy. Haha.

New Balance makes great shoes. This factory outlet store offers some amazing prices on your favorite running shoes. The only negative is the selection is limited compared to what is available online.

Website had wrong closing time. We traveled from out of town and they closed an hour before what it said.

The two sales persons helped my husband pick out 4 pair of shoes to make 2 pair. He has two different size feet so it is hard to find two pair that can make one pair. They was so helpful and they carry regular, extra wide and extra extra wide. We will go back there again when he need another pair. Thank you so very much.

This place was amazing not the outlet prices you would expect but the customer service you want. Told the guy what I wanted he showed me exactly what I asked for hustling around like my own assistant. Selection is ok, but nothing beats the customer service. Literally helping this boy try 3-4 different pairs of shoes and were helping him put them on. They know what they were doing no doubt. Super friendly with a cute cashier girl lol, way better than the overcrowded Nike outlet.

One of the ladies working here was very kind and helpful trying to help me find what I wanted. Although when I went to the dressing room, I walked in the door as someone else was walking out, and a lady yelled from halfway across the store and said stop dont go in there, its someone elses turn! And she let the man (who wasnt even standing in line) walk in instead of me. Overall I wasnt pleased with the visit.

Prices are pretty low. They also have sales which makes prices that much better. It is small so not a lot of shoe options.

One gal and the manager were horrible. Dismissive and rude.I gave 2 stars because another one of the gals was sweet, helpful with excellent customer service-i hope they make her manager, because everyone else was RUDE!

I went in expecting to see 20% off retail and was happily surprised. Theres a lot of shoes priced under $40. I will go back again.

Good prices, often buy one get one 50% off. Helpful staff knowledgeable in shoes for gait types and in fitting you to the most appropriate style. Plenty of parking. Public restrooms closeby.

Took my 2 1/2 yo grandson in for shoes and we received great assistance from Jacob. He was very accommodating and patient and we now have some well fitting quality shoes.
