Eric and Marc are my 5 star standard for service now. I have never been so impressed with their business. I needed extra large U-bolts for my RV, and I needed them fast. I found them online but to overnight them would be an extra $100. After calling around a lot of places, someone clued me into The U-Joint. I called and asked if they could help me out and all I got was a frank Yes no run around hem and haw. I brought an old one to make measurements for sure and in under 15 minutes they had all four bent up and I was checked out. Grade 8, extra long nuts and washers all for less than the stock price online, SERIOUSLY CHEAPER, FASTER, AND BETTER THAN AMAZON! Dont compare their stuff to the flimsy off the shelf stuff from Auto and tractor supply stores, they arent even in the same class.They specialize in drive line components and fabrication. U-Joints, U-Bolts, bearings, springs, drive shafts. Medium to large truck sizes though they can do smaller stuff but its more difficult for their set up. They do tractor work too. They also have a selection of common consumable pieces and parts on shelves out front. Also if they cant get the part for you they know who can.Most shops ascribe to the good, fast, cheap triangle and pick two, but somehow they nailed all three. Never experienced that before. No place from here on out will get 5 stars unless they match The U-Joint standard.

Excellent customer service and the work is done right the first time. I have had drivelines shortened and the yokes welded back on here, as well as u joints and carrier bearing replacement and high speed driveline balancing done. Always impressed with the quality of work.

If i could give them less than 1 star i would. Whole experience with them was everything but professional. I was told a 2 week turn around for my driveline, after 4 and half weeks of not even a phone call i went down to see what was up. Turns out they havent even touched my driveline because apparently the guy stoped working there that did drivelines. So know 4 days before my drag race event i am screwed over. A phone call would have been nice 2 weeks ago!

My driveline was supposed to be repaired in 2 weeks. After 3 weeks without a call, I called them. After 10 minutes on hold, I found out the driveline was not even touched yet and they had no idea when it would be done. They said they were 6 weeks behind on work. Im taking the driveline to someone else.
