Very happy with service and products! I have had Johnson and Johnson install 3 different doors over the last few years. They include large commercial roll up with opener, oversized garage door and last week a modern door with glass sidelights on a new build. Appreciate there attention to detail. They show up when promised and took the time to make sure it was perfect!

Got service same day I called! Damon put in a new motor and replaced parts all in the same visit and the price was definitely reasonable. Ill recommend them to anyone that asks.

Derek and co-worker showed up earlier then expected to replace the garage door spring. In under 20 minutes the new spring was on and all fixed. They are very reasonably priced. We will definitely use them again.

Horrible owner!The job was completed and done correctly, two broken springs on a garage door. However the owner showed up 2 hours late, showed himself into my garage even though nobody was home and even more surprising, after asking him what he was doing in my house he proceeded to curse at me in front of my 5 year old son. After asking him to stop cursing he said he only did because I was attacking him by asking him why he was in my house. He said my wife told him to come at anytime, this was not true. We both work odd hours and wouldn’t commit to “anytime”. This is why nobody was home when he showed up, 2 hours late, because being told “around 12” doesn’t equate to 230 in a good business practice. Furthermore, in the future, I would reconsider hiring someone that has no issue using vulgar language at a customers house, in front of little kids.
