This store has some very friendly and knowledgeable men and women who will go beyond what most employees will to help find parts that are not carried in stores. The employees greet customers right away and even at busy times there are not more than 2 people in lines to check out. Overall great people and great service.

Be careful. Appliances wont be taken away unless disconnected (=$$$$), wont be installed if requested over the phone or online (hello, its 2016!), delivery service was very late - I called and was given excuses, no status updates, no assurance at the least. Youve lost me as a customer!

I came here to purchase my new home appliances. The first time when I went here the staff was very nice and told us that we could open their credit card and enjoy 5% off. So the second time we came here to buy washer, dryer, refrigerator, dining table set and sofa. They totally cost us more than 3,000 bucks. At that time my girlfriend and I forgot to bring our ID. So the staff told us that we can come back next time and open the credit credit to get the 5% off. I dont want to told you that the first time they delivered us a wrong table and the washer was missed. And the second time they send us a washer with more scratches on it. And then we came back here and want to replace a same condition washer. Finally, the manager gave us 15% discount, however, he didnt admit that we can open their credit and get the 5% off. The whole experience make me disgusting.

If you are looking to purchase a washing machine then you will be in great hands with Mauricio - he is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. As an individual who has no clue about washing machines, this gentlemen made me comfortable with my purchase
