From the moment you enter the place, the staff is very friendly and formal. They are very honest when giving you an estimate. Also, the work done is great and is worth every dollar charged. I find it to be a place that charges just enough for its excellent work. Totally recommended!

Most of time I get the great services, but one of the receptionist is not professional and impolite. I was told they cant do the State Safety inspection because they ran out of supply.. what kind of supply do they needed for an inspection?? hmm

Min did an awesome job fixing my BMW X5. He was very professional and went out of his way to fix other small things I addressed to him if he can fix. I fixed my car before at the Fairfax location and did a fabulous job so I decided to take it back to them again. It was very convenient to my house so I took it to the Centreville location. I would always go back here and they definitely earned my business. Great work Min, you need a raise!

Insurance recommended them for having my car repaired after a collision. I have to say they are one of the best in the area!! Would 100% come back for regular Inspection for my car like oil change or any other problems! They’re professional, understanding, and know how to treat their customers with care!!

I am a woman who doesn’t know a single thing about cars, meaning I’ve been ripped off by virtually all auto body shops in NOVA. NOVA collision center is the ONLY place I trust to give me their professional opinion on my car. I feel safe knowing they take care of it all and have never had a problem with their services. I’ve been in multiple accidents and they’ve been so accommodating to fix it as soon as they can. I’ve gone to the dealership to get my car looked at where they’ve given me a paper that lists the prices for the countless of services I “need” to get done, then I take that paper to NOVA collision and they save me thousands of dollars and honestly tell me what I actually need. NOVA collision center is a place I trust to give me honesty opinions, great/fast quality service, and good prices!

We went to Nova collision center to fix the car as the insurance sent us to them as a certified collision center. When we dropped off the car, the estimator guaranteed that the airbag light would be fixed by changing the seat belt and a few sensors in the front. We received a phone call from Nova collision center after a week, which was the estimated time to fix the car, claiming that the car was fixed. At that point, they charged insurance around $3000 and claimed that they fixed the main problem but told insurance that the light won’t turn off because of another accident (clearly they didn’t know the cause of the problem). When we went in to ask for the documentation/evidence that they provided to insurance, Danny, who is the estimator responsible for our case, panicked and couldn’t provide the evidence that he claimed he provided insurance. When we pressed for the evidence, he left us in the parking lot and went to talk to other customers. He also provided documentation that didn’t show the problems he highlighted. As we were paying the deductible to release the car, Danny called a family member an IDIOT and he was so disrespectful then as we were walking out of the office he came after us to fight us. When we took the car to the dealership, they determined that the problem was not what Nova collision center had stated.This is by far the worst experience and Danny was the most disrespectful employee to work with. I recommend people to stay away from this Repair shop. They will break more stuff instead of fixing the car. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Great service at a very reasonable price, needed all four tires replaced as well as an oil change and state inspection. All of which was completed in a very professional manner as well as the on the same day I dropped my car off. Ask for Justin Yoo when you go there and he can get any job done in the most professional and timely manner possible. I will certainly be conducting my car needs here from now on.

My husband and I were so impressed with the professionalism of NOVA Collision. We were in an accident and the insurance group suggested them so we went in blind and hoped for the best.Here are 5 things that I admired about our experience:1. We were given our representative’s name when our appointment was booked via the insurance. So glad they didn’t just give us someone random when we showed up to make sure they understood our circumstances & what we needed.2. When we arrived onsite we didn’t wait long in the office space.3. Kay, our representative, was very friendly and clear.4. Enterprise is locates in the building, so it was easy to drop off our car and then pick up a rental. Returning the rental was easy too.5. When the repairs done, the car looked like new! They washed the outside and cleaned the inside.

These folks were great. Brought in my 13 Fiesta, which had a leak in the trunk. Another place a year ago charged me 500$ to fix, and they didnt fix it all the way - the leak just got smaller.NOVA Collision actually fixed it, worked hard to make sure it was fixed, and charged me half as much. What more is there to say?

I was told my inspection has failed, and was recommended to buy the new wiper blade for 40$. maybe theres commission involved and i admire the sales technic, but if it was quick fix

I got my vehicle back with a dash light on. Come to find out none of my taillights or license plate lights were coming on. When i took it back to them, they refused to take a look at it & blamed my car for being too old so the wires had to be bad due to age. Im a mechanic myself & only took my vehicle to them because my insurance sent me there. The same morning that i dropped off my car i had it state inspected so i know the lights were working. After the back and forth of them not wanting to look at it, i took it upon myself to take a look, turns out they never connected the wires back on when they replaced my bumper. So much for it being old thanks Nova Auto Body.

I cannot believe I have not heard of this place before. The name is a bit misleading, it is a collision center, but its more then that. They do everything from detailing, maintenance and repairs. I called them asking for multiple things and they recommended that I only do one of then as the other things were not necessary given the mileage and age of the car. Their prices are super competitive and the people on the phone arent in a hurry to get your money and getting you off the phone. Highly recommend this place. Honest, up front, and very clear.

I did my research when looking for a collision repair place and it paid off in spades. They inspected my car as soon as I came in, conferred with my insurance company, provided me an estimate, and gave me a drop off window within short order. My insurance gave them three days to complete the work and they had it done in two. They have an Enterprise Rental satellite right in the building which is convenient. When I picked up my car I noticed that they even cleaned and vacuumed my car which was unexpected and greatly appreciated. Ive had bad experiences with collision repair shops before and am exceptionally grateful to have found these folks.

Great place! Needed to get my front bumper fixed and they were able to do it same day at a very reasonable price. Jong and his staff were kind and honest. They have a big lounge area with sofa chairs and couches and offer complimentary beverages while you wait (coffee, tea, hot chocolate). Overall fantastic experience and highly recommend! In addition to auto body work, they can do mechanical repairs, oil changes etc. They do it all! Check them out, you wont be disappointed.

I received an estimate for a bumper repair from 3 places, and NOVA Collision Center was the only of the 3 centers to wipe the area of damage for the estimate. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The gentleman who actually looked at my car took the time with me to explain what they were repairing, talk to me about my concerns, and recognized me by name without looking at a sheet when I came to pick my car up from the finished repair. I expressed concern about how long the car would be in the shop, and they were able to finish my bumper repair same day as drop off. My car looks wonderful again thanks to this group and to top off the excellent customer service, they brought my car from the parking lot to me, and vacuumed the interior. I would absolutely recommend this place!

This is a brand new facility with an awesome manager. He is very fair and takes very good care of his customers. This is a 2nd facility for the owner and manager so they are seasoned pros who have earned the loyalty of their customers. They treat ladies and men the same....fairly.

I just went to a new auto repair shop that opened up in Centreville for an oil change. I was impressed with the service, everyone here is very friendly and my oil change was done before I could finish my coffee. I will definitely be using this shop for all my car needs. I can tell the mechanics here are very knowledgeable and are experts in car repair.

This location was on my insurance companys list of providers for bodyshop repair, so I took my vehicle here. I could not have asked for a better experience! From the receptionist who was extremely helpful, to the manager, Min, who went out of his way to assist me when this new location was not found by my insurance companys claims representative. The work was done in a very timely manner (2 days), and when I went to pick up my car, the receptionist called the rental car company for me to let them know I had returned the car. Superb customer service and an A++++ service experience. I would highly recommend this location to anyone in need of repair of damage to their car!!

The customer service was phenomenal. Sunny was courteous and addressed my concerns. The car was repaired ahead of schedule and I was notified and updated on the status. Enterprise was in the same building thus the rental car was easily picked up and Nova took care of turning it in. The body work was excellent and the paint matched perfectly. They continued to exceed my expectations when they returned what had been a dog hair, toddler ridden mini van immaculately cleaned, vacuumed, Armorol, and windex. NOVA Collision Center did a fantastic job on the body work on my Lexus RX 450h after it sustained a gouge and scrapes on the side. It looks brand new! And they finished the job a day earlier than expected. The employees are all extremely polite and professional, and they even got rid of some unrelated paint transfer on the other side of the car and took care of some scratches at no charge. The employees are conscientious people who take pride in their work and are willing to go above and beyond. The processes of getting in, getting a rental, getting out, and then picking up my repaired car all went very quickly and smoothly. Hopefully I wont need body work on the car again, but if I ever do and am living anywhere in the DMV area, I will definitely bring it to NOVA Collision Center again.

This is an awesome mechanical and auto body shop. First I thought this is a body shop since the business name says “NOVA Collision Center”, but I came to find out that they handle the mechanical work as well. That worked out great since my BMW required both body and mechanical work. I feel they are honest and trustworthy the way they are conducting their business. With the recent “grand opening” announcement in Centreville, I went their shop to give it a shot and found out that this location is an expansion after 40+ years of doing business at the Fairfax location. The work was delivered as promised, on-time, and on-budget. I am glad they opened the Centreville location closer to my house. Btw, my BMW X5 has been fully repaired and it looks great~ I highly recommend this place!
