Very awesome experience. We called around to office supply and party stores for event wristbands and no one wanted to help us. When I called Party Depot they were helpful and that did not change when I got to the store. I am very pleased with the experience.

Went in on a Friday at 7:30pm w my friend to buy discounted Halloween items and the girls working had the worst attitude. Especially the one w the long black hair and black lipstick. I asked if The Halloween items were discounted and she replies, “no. Nothing.” And continued to ignore us and blow up her balloons. ACCORDING TO THE WEBSITE, there is in fact a sale going on/ up to 80% online and in store!!!!! Perhaps she wasn’t properly informed of the deals or discounts... but she didn’t have to be so rude. My friend and I ended up ditching our items and leaving bc our mood was completely ruined after engaging w such a negative human being. We were so mad, we didn’t even bother to catch her name. We left as fast as we could so she wouldn’t spoil our appetite too.

Been to this place 5 times in the last year, had exactly the same situation happen. Their computer system is always down, so dont bother going there without cash. However, they never notify anyone that theyre only accepting cash until you get to the front of the line. There is ALWAYS a line of one or two people even though the store seems empty, and it takes 10 minutes PER PERSON to get checked out even with 3 or less items. The staff is nice enough but very slow and typically not helpful.

The number options available here is amazing. If you need something to add the perfect touch to a party, chances are this place has it.

They were great and very friendly. Not really helpful. Just stayed behind the front desk.

I purchased a bouquet Moana balloons here. I live in Gainesville and this is store is the closest party store. I picked up the bouquet on my way home around 5pm for my 2 year old daughters birthday. As I got out of the car and was walking into my house the biggest balloon flew right out. I called the store and the clerk, Amanda told me I can bring the bouquet back and she will exchange the bouquet for a new one. I expressed to her that I live in Gainesville and driving back to Centreville would take a long time due to traffic. I asked her if I could bring it back tomorrow on my way to work. She said it was fine. Regardless; I ended up taking it back right away. By the time I got to the store 3 of the strings on the other balloons were already off. When I walked in she looked at the balloons and said she would have to call corporate owner, Manny to ask if she can exchange them. Once she got of the phone she said im sorry, i cant exchange for them at this point I was furious. She told me over the phone she can exchange them, not only did I drive 20 mins to the store, she took back her words and now I have to go back in 6pm traffic another 25 mins? I told her that the cleck did not tie the strings tight enough. Forget the fact the balloons were not blown up properly, they had already lost helium in 1.56 hours since I purchased them. She said I could call corporate and talk to them myself. I called the phone number she gave me and spoke to Nick, supervisor; I explained him the situation and said he would call his GM/owner and get back to me. A few mins later he called back, and said they will not honor the exchange. I told him even though she told me she would and he knows that his employee hadnt given me the quality of products advertised he wont honor it? He said Yes,. All the customer service reps told me as im stading at the counter waiting for Amanda to get off the phone with corporate this is never happened before, But clearly reading the reviews posted by others on therir poor quality of balloons and service, it clearly has, multiple times. How are they still in business.HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICELYING TO CUSTOMERSPOOR QUALITY OF PRODUCTSPOOR JOB ON COMPLETING THE ORDER PROPERLY!I have contacted by bank to withdraw my payments. I have been here a couple of times before and its just your basic party supply. Although I found what I needed I was unhappy with the experience. The older guy who runs the place treats you like a car salesman. While I was trying to look around I was hassled about what I was looking for, and he seemed impatient and just wanting to make the sell. Today I went in to see the prices of their balloons since my daughter birthday is in two weeks. The young lady was explaining to me what the prices and size and amount of balloons came in bouquets. The guy came up and interrupted us, told her to go do something in the back and he would handle it, she looked confused but obeyed. I told him I just wanted pricing and I was not paying today, he kept badgering me saying you pay now so we can have it reserved and ready to pick up in two weeks, pay today so you are sure to have it, go ahead and pre pay it I said no Im not buying it today and probably will go somewhere else since they dont have what I want. I wanted a specific mickey mouse balloon, he told me mickey mouse is the same on every balloon and to just go ahead and get it. I just walked out, I might have just gotten them there but deff not now after that crap!

I just googled party supplies & this store came up it was about 32miles from my house & ive never heard of it. So I just tested the waters & out of every party city, party co & Walmart this was the only store that has monster Jam theme & race car things. Prices were pretty good a few cent cheaper than others. The only thing I didnt like was I felt rushed & watched. The associate kept coming to the alise that I was in cleaning every couple secs he would ask did I need help when I said no he left a min or two later he was back 😑!!! Annoying.. Oh & on the door it says NO diaper bags, backpacks or large purses. Lol

Horroble place. Totally waste my time. We got a clearance item for $7.50 then when we checked out it was 24.99. We wasted out time shopping and totally disappointed !! Should have put in the right place !!
