Had a screen replaced on my phone. The gentleman who fixed the phone was extremely knowledgeable and service was fast and accommodating. I had a small issue with my speaker phone after the screen got replaced. The gentleman who did the repair went back through my phone at no charge and with no hassle. He fixed the issue and its been great ever since (over a month later). I Will Def be going back to alibaba for phone repairs in the future.

Unfortunately not a honest repair place. Plz be aware. Recently fixed an iPad mini screen. These guys charged huge amount, I asked them is it worth to fix the shop owner said certainly it is worth. When I left the iPad for fix the battery was working 100% fine. Now after screen repair the battery cannot hold charge for 5 minutes. Whatever they did the battery is dead now. When I called to express my concern he directly start attacking me like I did a crime to trust his repair shop. Now he asks for another huge amount to fix the battery which himself damaged. So the price of this old iPad will cost me way more than a new one. Just wanted you guys to be aware.

I got my screen repaired there a little over 2 months ago. When I got it repaired the guy said theres a 60 day warranty. My screen messed up a little over a month later, I called and left voicemails no response. It keeps getting worse so i called again and the guy says its not covered under warranty and that even if it was its out of the 60 day range. The warranty and the fix feels like scam. Paid 200$ for my phone to be worse than when I first got it fixed with them

All though he gave me a fair price on the screen, battery, and home button I feel they skimped me on the home button because it still has issues working at times. My iPhone even gave me a warning to turn on my manual home button because my home button was having issues but other than that it’s alright.

They repaired a google pixel 3xl screen in the process of fixing the screen they did not create a waterproof weatherproof seal and allowed for debris to enter the camera making all the photos terrible. I called them and told them my concern. I said i had the work done some time ago but it should be weather waterproof. they told me my business was valuable to them then invited me into the store. when I got their I met a hostile owner that suggested I wanted free things. NO I WANT YOU TO STAND BY YOUR WORK. i have no problem paying for materials needed for service but your work is not quality not waterproof and after you get your phone fixed here it will not be under and manufacture warranty so it will be impossible to get it warrantied somewhere else. after paying 1000 for my phone and breaking my screen I decided to be cheap and I thought I would save $120 bucks and came here for a new screen instead of going to my manufacturer. that has costed me the entire device and now the camera looks terrible and they are holding the process hostage unless I pay full price for the arbitrary time and labor in access of the cost of the phone. if you are thinking of coming here try your manufacturer first. :) Amazon refurbished phones get next day sent to your house and are typically cheaper than the repair.

Very quick service at a good price. Needed a new charging port in my iPhone6. Other repair places wanted $70-$90. He did it at Alibaba for just $60. It took him only 35 minutes. I was very happy with my service and would recommend them.

I have used Alibabas THREE times, and each time has been fantastic, and way less than I was expecting to pay. The first time was so impressive, that Alibabas has my cellphone repairs for life! My wife cracked her screen a week after she got her phone (iPhone 6S Plus), and Apple didnt remove the protective backing off the screen when they fixed it (NEVER using Apple again), and that overheated the phone until it burnt out the power chip on the phone a year or so later (which Apple obviously refused to repair even though it was their fault). Alibabas replaced the power chip, and a few other parts, and totally restored my wifes phone to working flawlessly!

Didnt get it and instead got a cheap aftermarket screen so bad that I would have been better off fixing it myself while following a youtube tutorial.Iphone is worse off than it was before by a huge margin. We took our IPhone X because it was stuck on Apple logo. We knew how to factory reset, but wanted to see if there’s any way to restore the data. The owner said it would be $100 regardless of whether they would be able to restore the data or not. At the end of the next day, he calls back and lets us know that they weren’t able to restore our data but did the factory reset (which we already knew how to do). We left the store with the worst feeling of spending $100 for a service we could have done at home.

After finding this place on google, I decided to give them a call about my Galaxy Note 9. They were very informative and knowledgeable. My screen was cracked, I asked about special orders, they didnt need to, had the part in stock. I dropped the phone off, went to the gym, when I returned, the phone was fixed and looked like it was never damaged!! Highly recommended and if I ever have issues with any other phone, this will be the place I turn to!
