Waited 30 minutes + for the store to open.. sign says opens at 7 AM and its now 7:33.. few other customers returned as well👎👎

I placed an online order,, order was ready as promised. The staff was helpful and even carried the paint to my car.

Every time I visit this Sherwin Williams store their associates are so willing to help me make sure I have the best product and color for my job. They are honest and do not try to upsell me like big box paint departments. Their quality of paint and the colors are amazing. I specifically choose this Sherwin Williams because the service is top notch and cannot be beat.

Color Consultant service is great - $95 for a 90 minute in-home consult. The consultant was great to work with and we were able to cover a large chunk of the house... The only downside is now I have a TON of painting projects ahead of me! With it you get 50 bucks in a gift card, so its really $45 for the service. Really helps to create a better vision of what you want to accomplish, instead of trying to figure it out while standing in Home Depot under different lighting. Must schedule and pay in store.In store facility is adequate. Large selection of color swatches, adequate amount of supplies options, fairly knowledgeable staff at the counter.

I love SW paints. Getting my interior repainted and they have so many choices as well as pallets with demonstrations of color to use in different scenarios so that choosing complementary colors is very simple. Highly recommended.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I entered the store at 10: 45, nobody said anything acknowledge my existence even though they made eye contact with me many times! But I waited till 11:10 and finally they decided to help another customer came after me!!!!! They couldnt be disrespectful!!!but when I got pissed off and expressed my frustration, my order was ready in 5 minutes.

The staffs seems willing or get out of their way to help customers solve their problems.
