The service here is amazing! They have smart knowledgeable staff who are always welcoming and helpful. Just recently I had the need to use a paper cutter to trim down a printed book to size. The staff welcomed us in and helped us get it done. Within minutes it was cut and stapled ready to enjoy. This is the kind of stores and staff we need more of in our community. My son was so overjoyed and impressed with the whole experience.

I am a customer since 15 years at this UPS store, and have made only positive experiences. Recently I had to send a large package with delicate goods to Germany and the boss himself, Rodney, packed it excellently and professionally; it arrived swiftly and in perfect condition in Europe. He is always nice and friendly, as well as are his employees. The 5 stars are well-deserved!

Superior customer service and attention to detail. No matter how busy the staff is taking care of customers.. they always greet and have our best interest. Saturdays are always busy-but we are treated to A+++ customer experience. Kudos to Angel, Lisa, Alana, and Ryan.

This place always has the kindest and most efficient people working there! They make ot a very easy process. They are always so friendly at the counter. The staff and service at this UPS store are absolutely top notch. I trust them from past experience to securely wrap/package just about anything for me, including electronic equipment, which saves me a ton of time and energy on buying packing materials and worrying if Ive done it right. They also dont hesitate to offer a range of options (including non-UPS ones such as USPS) depending on your time and money considerations. This is my go-to place now for any kind of shipping needs, and they also do notary service and passport photos too.

These guys are always so helpful, patient, and professional. Every staff member I’ve talked to has taken the time to answer all my little hypothetical questions as I figure out the best way to ship most of my stuff across the country.

I visited the store on September the 4th before closing time, and I was taken care of by a personable and efficient young lady. Her name is Angela and I consider her one of the best customer service reps Ive seen. Shes definitely very courteous and polite. She greeted me with a smile and handled my transaction fast and carefully. I highly recommend that Store and give five stars to Angela.

I think some of your stores are rude for the following reasons:1 If I dont pack my boxes, some stores need to charge a packing fee.Some of them help me pack for free. Why is that?2 If I give them the USPS package, some stores dont give me the tracking number.Why is that?Some can give me, this is why?3. If I submit the package to the Courier downstairs, they will not scan my package. Whose responsibility is it if it is lost?

I think it a wonderful place. All the employees there are very helpful Because I had many questions and they hlep me answer all my questions and my friend said the shipping quality was incredibly amazing and I would like to one day try it out! This is the best UPS store in Fairfax county. The employees are courteous, efficient, friendly, and they even remember you name as a customer. You helped me notorize, print, witness, and overnight EXTREMELY IMPORTANT documentation to my brother in Ohio. When I walked in the UPS, I was already stressed and worried after being turned down by my own bank and a few other shops for notary services so I was pleasantly surprised by hear UPS could not only notarize but print, copy, overnight and witness what I needed! Im speechless in a good way and amazed with the help I received from Rodney at this UPS Store in Centreville. You have to admit that just like a place with many stores (McDs, UPS, Giant, etc), you will NOT get the same service at each store.I had to get a package with important medicine to my mother all the way to New Jersey the next day.. Unfortunately of all the meds she couldve forgot to bring, it was the vital heart meds. Anyways after a great short call with Rodney, I headed on up to the store. Rodney could tell it was me right away and asked if I was Mr. Smith, I said yes sir. He probably saw the urgency and worry on my face.Rodney not once acted worried and was just calm and said dont worry, well make this happen Mr. Smith. Im telling you, just with him being calm it made me calm and I felt a lot better. I had to get a padded envelope and Rodney didnt tell me to get something expensive, he just had me get what I needed (the $1 padded envelope). Some people at stores could make up stuff and have customers purchase expensive, unneeded materials.My updated info was in the system as confirmed by Rodney so the next step was to give him my mothers vacation address.NOW this is what I appreciate the most. There were 2 different options as far as shipping goes. Both options said shipment would arrive the next day (today). However one option was over $30, and the other was around $12.Rodney said hes had past shipments where the shipment that cost less arrived early the next day, and some took extra time. This is just something that even UPS couldnt even tell me. The $30 option was just not worth it to me, and I really didnt have that much money.OK, well I of course bought the cheaper shipping and just told my mom it would arrive the next day (today). I called my mother this morning at 9:30 am and as we were speaking about the shipment, the UPS guy was handing the package to a family member!!!I just cant thank Rodney enough, good things happen to good people. Thats what I believe. From the 1st call to Rodney, to me leaving the UPS store feeling good and a lot less stressed. It was one of my greatest times at a UPS store and 100 times better if I would have gone to the actual post office.I just cant recommend this UPS store, especially Rodney enough. Its truly the best place and staff Ive dealt with. I hope the owner and/or manager reads this review. They have a true gem of an employee. Thanks Rodney!
