As a first time buyer of landscaping rock I walked in pretty clueless, luckily, every staff member I met in both the office and the nursery were very kind, helpful and informative.They were very knowledgeable and were able to answer all of my questions. Better yet, everything I ordered was delivered hours after purchase. I will definitely come back

I worked with Nick, the owner, to get 10 yards of bark delivered. Nick was courteous and very easy to work with. Prices with CLS were less than the Bay Area even with an appropriate hefty charge for a long distance delivery. CLS had a nice range of products that I could not find in the Bay Area. I will definitely do business with this company again.Update: delivery was on time, which I greatly appreciate. Nick called to follow up, checking to see that all went well.

I called to get some info on soil for my planter boxes I planned on gardening with. Ryan answered the phone and took the time to explain the different options they carried and the benefits of each. After placing my order, the delivery was made on time and they dropped the soil exactly where I wanted it. I called back a few weeks later to order walk on bark. I again spoke with Ryan who remembered me from the soil order and we spoke about how things were going with my new garden. You dont get that type of service anymore, and I will always recommend California Landscape to all my friends and family. Super friendly, knowledgeable folks!

Ordered a couple of yards of pea gravel and had it set up for delivery the other day, little did I know it would be one of the best customer service experiences Id ever come across. A guy named Ryan delivered it to us and Ryan was probably one of the nicest/friendliest guys Ive encountered in a long time (and thats coming from a guy who has been a store manager for 7 years now). Whoever this guys boss is needs to know Ryan deserves a raise/promotion because encounters like these are rare now. It was such a good experience that I tried to give him a tip and Ryan was so nice he totally insisted not to take it because I can tell that him just being nice and doing a great job is something he probably does with all the customers he helps out. I love this place. Its small enough for friendly personal service, yet large enough to do commercial projects. We have been using them for years for our personal yard, and they donated soil to Ceres Community Garden.

Weve visited the Nursery twice and found our salesperson, Pam to be not only helpful, but a lot of fun. Shes obviously as stoked about plants as the customers. Also, the plants we have purchased from the nursery have thrived; so the quality and pre-purchase care they receive is obviously top notch.

This place has the best customer service! I got Belgard pavers from them and their personal attention was just great (Thank you Ryan). They take the time to help and to explain to you about stone pavers or products they sell, they also delivered all my pavers on time as scheduled (Driver was very professional also).
