On my first day, I had a rough experience, I was having trouble getting to meet up with the office manager, Jessica I didnt work out the first day to get the lease, but they contacted me again today to see if I was still interested, they offered a discount for the inconvenience and even offered stay later to get it worked out. They definitely made everything right and were very helpful. Absolutely recommend this place

The receptionist here is so great at customer service! I called to make reservations and when I came in, she had the same friendly personality and wasnt fake at all! She felt very genuine and welcoming! The location is ideal too for even such a small town! Its near a block of retail and restruants and also I just moved from the bay area and their prices here for storage beat the bay prices!This has been my third storage unit location and I can say the feeling here I get is far better than the other two! Its along the outskirts of the town but perfectly within shopping and restruants like Ive mentioned. I guess thats pretty much a shock to me since most of my storages were never this close to anything like that and too theres security cameras and the access and rules apply the same across the storage board.Im pretty happy with this place!

StorQuest is AMAZING!! We are moving into Ceres and needed a place to store our 4 bedroom house temporarily. Angela was super friendly and was able to take care of us right away. The facility is well kept and everything looks brand new. They have cameras and sensors everywhere so I feel very comfortable knowing my belongings are stored safely.

I was there for a little over a month and had no issues what so ever. On my last day there, I got myself a U-Haul and was waiting for a friend to get off of work to help me to load my truck. But one of the on-site workers, Matt, was so kind enough to help me load all the heavy furniture. It was about to rain, so he was so nice and took the time out of his day to help me. Just wanted to give him a shout out :)
