Very clean and organized!!! Went for a special chocolate only from Cebu Island.

I like coming here because they carry a lot of exotic ingredients that you dont find anywhere else. Staff here is also friendly and ready to assist.

We have gone there to get cooked food over the last few yrs.But we wont anymore. They are rude at times.They charge way too much for the amount they give.And the quality of the food isnt all that good.They fill up containers with mostly bone.For the price you pay you can go to a real restaurant and sit down and eat.

It was OK. There was only one person cleaning fish, then one cashier. People in line started suggesting to add one more cashier cause of the line getting longer. Sale prices are excellent.

I visit this place whenever I’m in the area of Cerritos or Artesia. It’s small compared to their rival store, Seafood City. But they have some good deals especially in their seafood section. I gave it a 3 star because it’s a hit-and-miss thing.

I had a very bad experience at this location. I was ignored when asking a question in the meat section.

I love that they have a lot of grilled selection however some dishes dont look fresh as compared to other places around. Would be very nice if they will consistent with the quality of food. i believe this place would be pack like American ranch Since the location is very nice.

It was my first time at the grill section of the store. I was viewing everything to decide what I wanted and one of the ladies kept rushing me. After I chose my first item I was looking to choose my second and she kept saying “what do you want? What do you want?” I picked anything because I felt pressured to hurry even though I wasn’t sure what many of the items were. She also rushed my boyfriend paying for the food. We will not be returning due to the poor service.

Curbside pickup is great. Workers are nice and very professional.

This is my favorite lunch spot. I always order charbroiled Island Pacific Supermarket with lemon and butter with white rice and steam vegetable as sides. They have all kinds of fish to choose and everything is so fresh and good but my favorites are red snapper and halibut. I also always ask if they have Marios special chimichurri sauce. Its soooo good.

The hot foods here are tasty. I love the fact that they have frozen lumpia you can make at home. I am not a seagood eater but they have many varieties here to choose from.

Great place for your hard to find Filipino food snacks.

It takes a while for the people in meat section to come out to serve you. And the 10% for senior every Tuesday doesnt apply to every items you buy.

We met with friends at this place for a meeting. my friend recommended this restaurant. Well, it was a winning. we were warmly welcomed by the staff members and we felt excellent. The food was just great. We enjoyed every moment and we shall definitely come back again. Warmly recommended.

This is Philippines supermarket. Its not very clean and employees, especially check out girl are not particularly friendly. Place should be reorganized and cleaned. The reason I gave them 4 stars because they carry special fish you can only buy at Philippines supermarkets. Very delicious, some already smoked and you can just put it on a grill for few minutes. Large variety of great ice cream made in Philippines.

The fish market looked bomb, but I was looking for guava and passion fruit.

Everything would have been fine if the man doing our order didn’t give us attitude for a simple request. Instead of using professional customer service etiquette, he kept shaking his head, slamming our meat and his utensils around, and kept making rude remarks such as “you really want me to do this?!” This is not how workers should treat their customers.

OLD EMPLOYEELove this place very nice and clean, other employees also customers was very very nice to me when I work there. The store had everything I like so when I get off of work I can buy it and go home love the prices not to expensive. I really enjoyed working in the kitchen Philhouse whenever Im in a bad mood the Employees there make me feel better plus also the customers who see me in a bad mood always puts a smile on my face the food in the Philhouse kitchen tastes very good. Now the kitchen manager is chill also the store manager but its none of them who made me pull the plug and just quit the job. Its the upper management thats bad, a guy name Ramon whenever this guy comes in he always put so much pressure on you make you go faster then what your normally limit to I almost got hurt one day rushing because he wants employees in the kitchen to move faster, I almost slip going through the meat department because he want me to hurry to put the order in. Not only that the guy sits here complaining to much even though your trying your best even the customers and employees sees that, but dude still complains regardless of what you do even if you tried your best no positive stuff from this guy. Dont recommend working here into management gets better management is really bad I work here for three years and three months had to deal with it for that long and I just got fed up plus the timing was good because the COVID thing happened which also gave me another push to quit. Give this place three stars until they fix management stop treating the kitchen Employees like slaves. Everybody else is chill except for this guy also upper management wish I can speak with the upper management but Ive been struggling all these years couldnt force myself to stay longer.

Although the store is a little smaller compare to Seafood City but the employee is much nicer, the food is less expensive, parking is easy, cashier is very polite and most importantly I get a point. Actually yesterday I used my point which is $10 worth. Island Pacific is the best place to shop as far as Im concern

Good selection of Filipino and other Asian products. Meat prices are ok. The crew are very helpful. They have a canteen inside the store where you can select on a wide range of Filipino classics. I recommend their barbecue skewers. They are very good. Parking is good. Right next to it is another Filipino restaurant and a Vegas style buffet. It’s walking distance from the mall and is very accessible to buses.

Clean, well lit, friendly staff, and very fresh seafood. Also they have a good meat section. Their kabobs are a great option for a quick lunch. Overall a nice Asian market.

Has a wide selection of Filipino groceries. Also has fresh fish, shrimp, chicken, beef & pork for sale. You can have your fresh fish cleaned and fried at no extra charge.

This is my other go to place for fried fish and fish to take home for home cooking. Love the variety of cuts of meat.

Customer service at the hot kitchen is bad. They ignore you and rude. They charge too much for the quality and quantity of food. I wouldnt suggest this place to anyone.

Several months ago I bought a 50 pound bag of Rice; one of the many items that I buy at ISLAND PACIFIC. Two months from purchase, or half way into the bag of rice, I notice it was crawling with black bugs. I brought it back to the store and showed it to the manager. THE MANAGER made soooo many excuses as to how the bugs may have gotten inside. But He never had the courtesy to replace the remaining rice, the entire bag, or even provide an apology. I was a 20 year customer. After that discourteous experience with THE MANAGER, my friends, family, and I stopped shopping there.

I tried to order food from their little restaurant but they completely ignored me. I stood in line for 10 minutes and then the lady behind me cut in front of me speaking Tagalog. I told them she took cuts and they ignored me and kept on serving her. I observed as they helped other people but they would not help me at the little restaurant. When I told them you ignored me they continue to ignore me and serve others.

Im a constant shopper in this place! The prices are a bit higher than the other Asian store I go to, but they also have choices thats not in the other store and less crowded.

Very helpful the associate and time store close very convenient to people late in afternoon to finish their shift.

Quality and natural Asian food and drink at reasonable prices, along with friendly staff that will serve you without any sort of attitude.
