I ordered this affordable but good quality shower door off of Amazon. After a while the door broke but I contacted the company and they quickly had a new part shipped out. We love this shower door it looks great and works well.

Purchased a 59 Slipper tub (oil rubbed bronze). Was extremely easy to order...had some issue with delivery into our community by the trucking company (cant have tractor trailers) but Kai got it resolved and had the trucking company hand it over to a smaller box truck company.

We just did a full remodel of our master bath. I searched all over looking for quality products and stumbled across Woodbridge via a Youtube review. after a little more research I found their prices very competitive and with free shipping I decided to order some items. I purchased a new whirlpool tub, vanity faucets and 3 led mirrors. All items were shipped promptly and with the exception of one of the mirrors arrived in great condition. The one mirror that was damaged during shipping was promptly replaced and shipped after I made a call to customer service. we love the new tub and the mirrors really stand out. I have recommended Woodbridge to several of our sub contractors after our experience.

I purchase this freestanding tub for a new custom construction. 71 long tub is perfect for stretching your legs. The bottom is rough to prevent slipping. It is sturdy and came with no scratches or damages. Also included a bonus tub pillow. My installer used spray foam at the bottom cavity and caulking around the base to prevent any sound when stepping in.

We love our Greenfield model freestanding tub! It’s beautiful and just the right size for our space. Woodbridge has many designs and sizes to choose from so we found just what we wanted. And, the price was very competitive. The tub was delivered to our front door in just a few days...carefully packaged and in perfect condition. WoodBridge provided the best customer service and product support I have experienced in many years. My wife and I were building a new custom home for our retirement. Since this is planned to be our forever home, we decided to splurge a little and design most of the features of the home specifically as we wanted. We wanted something unique for the bath and decided to go with B-1815 Black and White Slipper style tub to be the centerpiece of the bathroom. We began construction in July of 2020 and to ensure that it would be available when needed we ordered the tub about 4 months later to ensure that it would be available to the plumber when needed. The tub arrived 10 days later, well palletized and with no apparent damage at all. When we finally unpacked the tub to actually install it, we discovered a hairline crack at the top of the tub which had not been readily visible when we performed our inspection when it arrived. We immediately called WoodBridge and I was lucky enough to talk to a gentleman named Kai G. He requested pictures and a short timeline explaining the delay in discovering the damage then and told us it would take a few days to review. Within 3 days we received an email from him letting us know that they would be issuing us a full refund. We really didnt want our money back... I called back and asked if we could get the same replacement tub as the bath colors and design had been done around that specific tub and they had no issues with that and told me they could ship it out the next week. Not every company stands behind their products in this manner. I wanted to take a moment to thank them and Kai for the superior level of customer centric help and support they provided to us. In these times, it is a rare commodity.

I bought a jetted tub online back in October after several researches over reviews and videos since it was my first time having one. Shipping and notifications over email went great, delivery had a bit of delay due to crazy times and UPS. I was very happy once I received it, It works great, It looks awesome so far. By accident we lost a gasket on the pop up clog that prevented the water from going away. I contacted Woodbridge Bath and they responded very quickly. They will send a replacement part at no charge. I love this tub! Its beautiful and nice to take a bath in. Fits perfectly in my master bathroom as a free-standing tub. I love the brushed nickel which matches the other fixtures in my bathroom. Customer service was very helpful when I had to call them.

I ordered the 54 tub for a smaller space.  Its a great tub, deep yet compact, with lots of style and is perfect where a smaller bathtub is needed - it has a real wow factor.  I made a mistake when ordering and got the oil rubbed bronze drain and overflow instead of my intended matte black.  I contacted customer service, and after reviewing all the facts, they bent over backwards to make me, the customer, happy.  I appreciate the customer service and the assistance provided!   Whether for new home construction, renovations, or even airbnb updates, Woodbridge provides a great product at a really competitive price.Ken C.

I looked at many tubs in stores and show rooms, priced up to $5000. This Woodbridge tub, at around $800, looks and feels just like those expensive tubs. I was looking for a free standing tub under 5 feet long, with a deep soaking feature, and a solid base not feet. This fit the bill. It came right on time and is in perfect condition. I had a couple of questions over the weekend and customer service followed up twice on Monday with calls and an email. We are excited to get this installed in our new construction home and will follow up with pictures at that point. The tub is solid, smooth, and beautiful! Excited to soak in the 14” deep fill level and comfy angled ends. Perfect!

Beware of the positive reviews...Ordered a tub with matte black hardware. Received a tub in a box with no marking as to what hardware it contained, with brushed nickel hardware. Woodbridge offered to sell us matte black hardware for $180. After deciding we would just return the whole tub to Amazon Woodbridge offered to ship the matte black hardware when it was on stock again (2-3 weeks). After following up again Woodbridge offered to send an invoice for the $180 hardware, or give a $90 discount for a good Google review. Our return window with Amazon has expired and we still have the wrong hardware. Beware of the positive reviews... who knows how much of a discount was offered in exchange for something that should have been corrected for free.

First tub was damaged but customer service was very helpful to get another one out quickly. Ordered a whirlpool/air bubble tub and it is beautiful. Our contractor said it was one of the nicest tubs hes installed, and found all the instructions helpful and hardware good quality. The only suggestion was that he wished the plugs were 90 degree angled and cords a bit longer. Cant wait to use it! Thank you :)

We ordered the 56 Acrylic Freestanding Bathtub Contemporary Soaking Tub directly from Woodbridge and our contractor was able to pick the tub up directly from their facility. The tub is very nice looking and fits our small space perfectly. Its a great size for soaking for individuals under 55.

Purchased a beautiful acrylic bathtub that accents our new bathroom perfectly. Delivery was prompt and straightforward. We had one minor issue that required support, and customer service was excellent.

Worst support ever!!!! I had went to the Norwalk location and picked up the B0980s toilet and spent $1100 for it. Got it home to install and was following directions and it comes with a 1/4 turn angle adapter and it is supposed to go to your inlet however it is not a standard size. I went to Home Depot and to a specialty plumbing store and no one has anything that will fit it. I tried contacting tech support for a whole week and have never gotten a response. Talked to someone twice and they told me they would have someone call me back. That never happened. I spoke with Robbie? today and he said he would have Freddy? call me back and that didn’t happen even after being reassured it would. So leaving multiple messages and calling multiple times has been useless! I just want to take the toilet back and I want a refund! Worst tech support / customer service ever!

Our new WoodBridge bath tub in great condition and it is like a piece of art. The only issue we encountered was that we ordered the brush nickel drain when we meant to order the chrome. Even though we purchased our tub through a site other than WoodBridge, we reached out directly to them to see if they could assist us in getting the desired drain. While the site where we made our original purchase would only allow for a full return of the whole tub, WoodBridge came to our rescue and allowed us to purchase a replacement drain at a reduced price and with minimal effort on our part.Thanks WoodBridge. We will not hesitate purchasing from you again in the future.

I have been building houses for 10 years and have been buying Woodbridge freestanding tub for 5 years. Usually freestanding tub range from $1500 to $2500, Woodbridge offer their tubs at a reduced price, around $800 to 950, and they are just as good as the expensive tubs. Also their customer service is excellent! They respond within 24 hours every time, I live on east coast and they are located on the west coast. Do yourself a favor and get one of these beautiful tubs.

I ordered a tub from Woodbridge because reviewers on Wayfair seem to love their tubs for their quality and price. It looks beautiful and arrived in great condition. I had to contact them because I didnt pay attention when making the purchase and ordered the wrong finish. They were able to help me and I avoided having to return the entire tub. Im very happy.

We really love how chic and an attractive our Woodbridge black and white tub is! Even better than looks it is a comfortable tub to sit in while bathing and it really retains heat well so you aren’t constantly topping off your bath with hot water. Their team was very good at communicating.I later decided to change the finish for the overflow and drain for chrome. I contacted their customer service, they were very responsive in helping me order the alternate parts.Will send updated pictures when I finish the install.

I purchased the Woodbridge Jaxon 59” model from Home Depot. We are completely remodeling all 3 of our bathrooms in our home so I have had the opportunity to choose any bathtub I wanted. I searched for over a month, bought one tub and was not happy with it when I received it. I purchased the Woodbridge bathtub and couldn’t be happier with it. The quality and workmanship in the design is right up there with more expensive tubs. The thing I like most about the Woodbridge brand is the product line has so many options to choose from that you are destined to find the bath products you are looking for, the size, the look, and best of all there are so many products that you will definitely find the one that fits your budget. I have already had complements on the tub from the contractors on the job and can wait to show it off to my friends and family. Ordered a tub with the incorrect color hardware (pop up drain and overflow), the seller gave me a discount and sold me black hardware for $90, the hardware is the same stuff you buy for $30 on amazon. Though the tub seems to be a pretty good product, the service from this place warrants such a low star rating.
