PROS: Stocked up in most make-up items and skin care.CONS: Half and half points on staff friendliness and knowledge about the products.-- Perfume authenticity is questionable.STORY TIME: I recently bought Coco Channel the exact one to I had at home in order to replace (in which I had purchase at diffrent store and location a while back). Now, fast forward: the perfume I purchase at Sephora had a diffrent color and smell to it a very a strong alcohol and babayyyyyy! ( let me tell you that this perfume is not cheap and Im not rich). The alcohol smell was way more potent than it should have smelled and it also did not stay and last all day. I am aware the their is a diffrence between EDT and Perfume and than colors do change over time, but this was not a good bottle.The item was returned and an origanal bottle of this perfume was purchase at a reputable department store and it was exactly the perfume bottle I was attempting to replace.

I definitely loved the kind of customer service this beautiful ladies gave me! I was kindly helped by a super nice young lady named Violet (I believe is how you spell her name) anyway she was so helpful with skin care she definitely knows her stuff and answered every single question. Not only that she was super patient with such beautiful personality!

Mánager is not the nicest person, I wanted to buy makeup for my wife so we went to Sephora Cerritos to find out that you cant touch anything on display. But some of the palettes were closed so my wife tried to open one to see the colors inside and the manager approached her in a very bad manner to tell her that all items were for display only. We are not coming back.

They finally got a whole Charlotte tilbury section so that’s dope. I spent a good 30 in here and no one asked me for help but they were busy. Most of their testers were clean, but almost all of the Fenty foundation testers were all empty.

I love shopping at Sephora and employees are very nice. When it comes to their events it not good at all. They don’t have many sets displayed. They only have like 8 sets of each. When I ask one of the employees, she told me that they didn’t receive their shipment. I will not be coming back for the events.

Do not get your makeup done here or if so not by Monet. I was getting my makeup done for my birthday, mind the look I wanted was simple (neutral colors) I even showed her a picture. She started with my shadow and it was so off from the picture, not only was it off the colors she chose looked horrible on my skin tone. When I had to explain to her that all I want is a neutral look she told me that they she only had a limited time with me ( which was rude because it’s not my fault you don’t know how to do makeup) she was rushing through the whole thing and I literally had to ask her to put on certain things like blush, eyeliner, setting spray. She was rushing so much she didn’t even contour my face I literally had to do it myself and fix my eyeshadow. Not only that she didn’t even send me all the items she used on me( which is what there suppose to do) But again she was rushing. I’m really not one to complain but the service here was horrible I would NEVER come back to get my makeup done

Counter girls are extremely rude and talk about customers infront of other customers. Truly unprofessional. Wont here again. Luckily I can make my purchases online and not deal with my local.store again.

I had the worst experience here I was on a Sunday just recently I was surprised the store was not busy I ask a skin specialist for a product that Sephora had send me for my skin, as I show it to her I was already at the brand I was looking for she was helping me out it was a small selection she left to verify if it was on stock, she came back and said we were out and she may order on line I thank her and walk away my HUSBAND suggested that I look on the checkout isle and sure enough it was there, I acknowledged the registered lady and told me who help you the girl with the red hair because she new, she dnt know anything my jaw drop to the floor and told her no it was not her so she said oh okay we get tons of product every day we are not aware on what’s on the floor and ring me up and said have a nice day, NEVER WOULD I EVER GO BACK !!!

This past week, the woman I asked for assistance was rude and very disrespectful. She seemed to be having a bad day or as if she didnt even want to be there, no need to take it out on customers and act all ghetto. Other times Ive shopped here I have had no issues.

Be warned, this place is super busy on the weekends. The line to check out is long, but they do open every cashier so thats a plus. With that said, this is the Sephora to go because they have a much larger selection in comparison to the JC Penney adjacent stores. I buy my Pat McGrath lip glosses here. Overall the staff are friendly even when slightly overwhelmed with customers.

I had an upsetting experience today and its not the first of this type of occurence. I asked an employee to check the drawer if they had a new concealer because the box I had was ripped opened so she opened the box and concealer and stated no its not open so I asked her nicely can u check the drawer if you have more, because I did not feel comfortable buying the ripped box so instead rolled her eyes did not even check the drawer to find out if they had any more so handed the make up to another employee and asked her with attitude if she could help me and my friend and walked away. As I saw another new employee I asked her if she would check if they had more of the concealer and she willingly checked the drawer and stated they ran out, that was not difficult and very easy task to do. Then, as we were walking to make line I stopped to look at their small samples and an employee (not sure if she was a manager) was faced paced walking towards me and said Excuse me I am doing a store check (not knowing what that meant) so I took a step forward so she can walk in the pathway because she was charging straight to me and she walked around me to my left then forcefully opened the drawer below/infront of me almost hitting my legs so then I had to move and keep walking to the cashier stopping my shopping process. Instead she could of said excuse me I will be opening the drawer infront of you and I would of taken a step backwards out of her way. They are very rude with attitude written on their face. In my opinion the new young employees are nicer and willing to help with knowledge about products but the workers that have been their longer walk around with attitude. I made the decision to buy the foundations online without asking for their assistance because its better to avoid bad customer service. Overall, I love sephora for their products but Dislike Cerritos Sephora Customer Service.

Thank you for my birthday gift

Trying to speak to a live person on the phone is impossible. I need to go to Sephora today to by a brand of make up they carry. No one else carries it. I’m trying to speak to a live person to enquirer where the closest place to park to get to there store since the mall is huge. But they don’t answer their phones. Frustrating. The website doesn’t tell you where in the mall they are located. I wish I could make my purchase elsewhere!

Went in this time for skincare instead of makeup. Jessica is the skincare department is very kind and incredibly knowledgeable about skin and the products your skin type will need. She spent alot of time with me and didnt make me feel rushed. She took her time answering all my questions. I got a few samples of things I wanted to try and then she gave me samples on things she recommended. She also took the time to notice that I was purchasing very expensive items and informed me that Sephora does 30 minute hydra facials for customers spending $75+. They couldnt get me in that night because it was late, but they were able to get me in the very next day. If youre going to buy skincare $75 before tax) definitely call ahead or go on the website to book your hydra facial so you can get the facial for free. Again, thank you to Jessica for your time and for truly making it such an educating experience. I love all my new products!

Beware! According to the employees at this establishment Samsung Pay is not accepted and they do not advise that anywhere. If you use Samsung Pay I would advise you to go to a different Sephora. They wait until you are paying to tell you that it is not accepted. If you pay using Samsung pay the will give you a hassles say that it needs to be voided and that you need to use another form of payment. Avoid the hassle if you are going to use Samsung pay and go to a different Sephora.

Lol I have gone to this Sephora twice for them to tell me that they don’t have a Bobbi brown product when it says online that they have it and when I asked she didn’t even bother to check if they do or not. The first time I guess the girl was new because she said they didn’t carry the brand and when I said I always bought it there she asked a “manager” but they were too busy to even check . Then I asked about the lily lashes and she said they don’t have it but AGAIN it says online that they do. Poor customer service I rather go to the one in downtown Disney .

First Sephora has the best scent. Smells of happiness. Second, best of all Jessica (love if I spelt your name wrong. I apologise 1000 times), is THE BEST! So kind, knowledgeable, smart and patient. Whoever hired her, deserves a raise. J deserves a raise and two promotions. Thank you Sephora for hiring Jessica!!!

Too many people on the weekends and they don’t care really

I really had to get something for an occasion. However, when I got there on time, just 2 minutes right before the closing time which is at 9, the workers closed the door on me ! When I knocked on the door to show them the time, they refuse to open the door to me and even gave me a laugh. Horrible associates. They just wanted to close the store so they can leave. This occurred on 8/25/2018
