Walmart Pick Up is great! Staff is always friendly and they are quick to come out with your groceries. Substitution on items are always accurate and Im usually happy with what they pick. Their time slots are sometimes available same day which is very convenient.

I had searched online for a bathtub grip handle, and decided to visit Walmart. I found the bathroom section and found the grip handles. There were a few to choose from, but not too many really. I chose one and brought it home to try it. It works great! Not expensive but well made! Glad I bought it.

Dangerous store! They were out of carts by their entrance. I was waiting for the attendant to bring them my the entrance. I began to hold on to my cart, a female elbowed me in the chest. Then took my cart. The employees saw the whole thing, and just turned around. Please be careful at this store, it is dangerous.

Anytime I come here to this Walmart, I never spend more than 10 minutes. I find what Im looking for very quickly and I get out. Its never let me down before. Never had any problems here and its never given me bad merchandise. Never had bad encounters with people here, something I couldnt say about almost every other Walmart Ive been to. Ive also never had any problems with checkout here, be it self-checkout or otherwise. If I need to go here, I know its just gonna be in and out. Place is clean and staff is always courteous.

Wall mart is a nice place for a shopping. Wall mart have a reasonable price there.

This is one of the nicest Walmart around here unfortunately corporate always under staffs all their locations. Not to place low ranking on employees. 95% of the staff here is helpful and cordial. Good variety of products. Lots of parking. Safe location. Right off the fwy.

No shopping carts available upon entering, so we retrieved one from parking lot. No sanitizing wipes available, station completely empty. 2 broken down electric carts, no others available. I was told to take it at my own risk. I could not believe I was hearing this from your greeter. If they are broken, why not remove them from the entrance or maybe put a Out of Service sign on them? Highly disappointed once again in your customer service area. Youre not any better than the Downey store.

The store like any Walmart is always busy. This particular one is always pretty clean and very well stocked for the most part. The cashier was an older African American woman whom was very polite and asked me about my day and plans for the weekend which made me feel comfortable. This should be the norm everywhere.

Ive always loved Walmart, But lately the have a very poor produce department and a limited selection of goods, Id have to say this Walmart is going down hill😪The fruit and vegetables a never fresh and spoils very quickly.Every time Im there they are out of stock of the things I need.But they still provide fast friendly service.

I bought a pre-paid phone in the Electronics dept. The sales rep Brandon was very informative, helpful and polite. He actually took the time to activate the phone using the store wi fi. Im convinced I couldnt have done it without several calls to the help line. I am very grateful and wish to express my highest appreciation to him. Well done!

Walmart pretty much has everything under one roof. I remember at one time, there use to be a McDonald’s in there. You can get groceries, bathing suit, and hunting supplies all under one roof. They have changed up their electronics section as of late, maybe due to theft, nobody knows but overall it’s still a great shopping experience with low prices. There are always seasonal items for valentines, st Patrick’s, and of course Christmas. It seems to be always stocking their shelves. If you need to make only one stop, this is the place

People from all out the area shop here and the lines are RIDICULOUS! I stood in line one night forover 35 mins. It literally looks like black frieday most times when I go in there. They have over a dozen registers and have lines back to layway smh.

Wasn’t a fan of the setup of this store personally. Used to newer Walmart so possibly that’s why. Overall it was a decent Walmart though. We came in to get boxes and left with the boxes we came for.

Horrible Walmart. Nothing is organized, the way products are placed makes absolutely no sense. Its easy to get lost and not know where anything is. Only giving two stars instead of one because the customer service seems ok.

Pretty big Walmart with a good selection of items. 4/5 stars because both advertised Price Checker locations didnt actually have a price checker.

Everything was fine until I went to the self check out and watched a women pretend she was scanning a huge package of sox NO BEEP she proceeded to bag it then she scanned a small item and checked out. I think the attendant should be way more attentive.

Staff was courteous,not enough hand sanitizer for public use,@ the time I arrived fresh vegetables were few and far between .

I love the groceries here! The produce is always fresh and well stocked. The bakery is huge and the selection of baked goods is awesome compared to our local Walmart Neighborhood Market. The lines arent horribly long and there are more cashiers available vs. the self-checkout which I hate and isnt always convenient. Its definitely worth the drive to come here. My favorite Walmart in the area.

Ok went in to buy a television, but could not find any salespeople in the electronics department. On my way out, a greeter helped me get the television that I wanted. Kind of sad if you ask me. The greeter was a 5 and electronic salespeople are a 1.

No social distancing. Customers not wearing mask. Not organized in vitamin area. Certain toy sections not stocked. Books not stocked. The fishing supply area was good. Mens rest room was dirty. Only one electric wheel chair, and it was charging that we seen. Outside front of store sidewalk dirty.

Fresh veggie and eggs are fresh and cheaper than nearby supermarket

The Vision Center is great and helpful and the grocery store was friendly and low prices

We found a fridge for 129 dlls and when we went to the cashier to pay for it they told me that that price was wrong. And they didnt kept the price. Chris the manager was rude and disrespectful. She dont even accept their mistake when we have pictures and one of the associates knew about the price and agreed with us.

The csm Flore was very unprofessional and so unhelpful. Kept me waiting pretending to be busy. I believe her managers name was issabell, came over and was so sweet and made my experience much better.

First time going there on 6/17/2021 for the Photo Center. First was one of the employee to take a passport photo. He didnt really know how to take the picture according to the passport photo requirments and the photo end up being usless.I went back to walmart to try to retake the picture, they said the employee who took my picture was on break and I will have to wait over an hour for it. After requesting the supervisor, Lorraine Barajas came and helped me.She is very professional and patience to listening to my request and retake the picture for me. The result is all within the rules for the passport photo. She didnt charge me for any extra fees. I must say this is one of my best experiences with taking passport photos compared to other services.

First experience with this Walmart was not so great. Was in search of a product within the Electronic section. I called prior to coming but with no luck of the anyone picking up. I decided to just drive over (30min), In case they were busy. When I arrived, I took a moment to browse to see if I can visually find what I was looking for. With no luck I ran into Daniel, he was on-site @ the register within the electronic, When we asked him what we were looking for he said he has never seen anything like it (Razer Kishi) with no luck explaining what we are in search for I asked if we can provide the SKU or UPC to find it. He said he doesnt have any computer, with no luck or interest of help we left. Called another local Walmart prior and they were able to find the product via SKU #. But with this Walmart I felt as he had no interest of helping us. Maybe he had a bad day, but couldve had a more positive vibe. Until next time maybe not.

There were only 3 or 4 cashiers available and lines were nearly to the back of the store, I had to leave my cart and go to Ralphs. This has been happening at most of the Walmarts...very disappointing.

THIS STORE DEFINITELY DOES NOT FOLLOW COVID-19 SOCIAL DISTANCING LAWS OR BASIC SANITATION PROCEDURES. in both the actual store or at the check-out queue. Everyone packed like sardines at the self-checkout machines. The self-checkout employee not making sure people stay apart. Nobody wiping down carts prior to customers getting carts or after they are done with them, no Lysol wipes, no hand sanitizer at the entrance or exit of the store. Just general disarray. Wal-Mart needs to take a hard look at certain stores and crack the whip, because their stores are basically unchecked super spreaders not following federal covid-19 guidelines and corporate doesnt seem to care.

I am a Google Publisher, plus give him 1* 2* 3* 4* 5* stars.Have you ever had the feeling you were been watched at?The security guard was following me around. I buy the printer and proceed to EXIT. Walmart CSR Supervisor, walks behind me and follows me. I cross the parking lot to get to my vehicle. The CSR Supervisor continues walking along Walamrt building. CSR Supervisor stops; then returns to Walmart.

If you buy things online to pick-up, it tends to be cheaper.

Always out of stuff and its been like this for years always holes in the shelves missing alot yesterday there was only three checkstands open and big lines and nobody there seems to care the shelves are all mixed up and cluttered the Cerritos location is really going down hill the manager of the store must walk the store with his eyes closed or the manager just dont care I guess somethings will never change.
